These guys worked solid for 11 hours in the 100 degree heat on my deck which is in the sun and the hottest part of my yard! The Teakmaster and his crew are the best. The first time they came, it took them 5 days to repair all the damage from over 20 years of "delayed maintenance." They had to replace boards, shore up the pergola and make extensive repairs to our redwood deck and hot tub surround. They repaired both structural problems and cosmetic ones. Fine natural redwood needs some tender loving care to keep it looking beautiful. So we called Tim and asked him to fit a maintenance visit into his schedule. Teak Master is amazing. Tim Gilliam responded quickly to my inquiry and sent an estimate that was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. The work included a two-tier Ipe wood deck and a front gate and "garbage can surround" made of redwood that had been neglected for 6 years. Oscar and his team arrived on time and after confirming the scope of work, he and his team got busy. They carefully moved our furniture, covered our windows and spa to protect them and then pressure washed, sanded, cleaned again and stained everything based on the wood type. They were beyond thorough and took great care to make sure everything was done to the highest standards. I Hired teak masters for refinishing job on my parents wooden front doors. Tim was able to explain the process thoroughly and what time they were coming to do the door refinish.
