Are main drain was backed up in both bathrooms. I called team rooter and I showed them the clean out under the sink. So they told me they could not get the cap off. And they had make and relocate the clean out from the garage cut the concrete 4' by 4' and 4' deep. For $1500. Our toilet water hose broke causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor. I shut off the water supply to the toilet and stated to look for plumbers early Sunday morning. Most of the plumbing companies I contacted weren't available since it was Sunday, but Team Rooter was able to send a technician, Pascual, within 30 minutes of me calling them. Honestly, I would give this company infinite stars if I could. It's hard to find businesses that don't have monetary incentives in mind now a days so I am so glad that I found Team Rooter. Most companies would charge so much just to come out and evaluate the problem but not with these guys. I had a problem with the plumbing in my unit, I wasn't fully aware of the situation so I messaged a handful of plumbers on Yelp. Most responses just flat out told me a starting price however, Ed (the owner) first asked about the situation, if it was a business or a residential. I'm not too sure but small things like that are important to me. So onto my experience. I had a drain that is suppose to suck dirty water in but instead there was a river of water flowing out. This flooded my whole unit. I had already snaked the pipes but wanted a second evaluation from a professional. I had Mason come out to evaluate the problem. However, he did not suggest that I snake or hydrojet the pipes just yet because there was no sign of issues when he got there. He had stated that he didn't want me to waste money on something that wasn't guaranteed and suggested I reschedule if the problem came back. His mannerism was very friendly and professional. He did not charge me a single dime and saved me a couple hundred dollars this time around. Because of the superb customer service I am thinking about getting hydro jetting maintenance done by them in the future. I called team rooter for my plumbing project to re pipe the line going to the back of the house bathroom. The plumber they sent did not even look in the crawl space to see the pipes to be replaced if they are galvanized or not. All they do is looked at the location. I don't know where they got the estimate of $5,440. I called Giovanni to let him know that someone actually went in the crawl space to find out that I don't need to re pipe from under the house. So it was only a shorter route of re piping. I asked him he might consider sending back his plumber to give me a new estimate. He will not. He said to send him the lower estimate I got and he will price match. Not happy with this Team. read more

These people are a scam, call $44 for vanity drain cleaning with a proper clean out, and when they came to do my job, Jacob Y. didnt even go to inspect the clean out came and said there is no clean out, and it was stunt, said the clean out is angled, etc...etc... all the excuses in the world. Finally said oh it's going to cost $149, I said no way please leave, then he said the best I can do is $99, and I agreed, and once he left the job, the fixtures started dripping water from the joints, so I called and they said it's too late to come today, tomorrow between 9-11am, and waited, no show, then called and said tech is running later between 3-5 pm, waited no show. My whole day is ruined. I called again and they said tomorrow 6/24/2021 and I said if I don't see them by 9 return, I will take action as my sink is an expensive one is ruined with water dripping already, I will wait and see, but will not recommend these crook. read more
