We had a roots inside the drainage pipe. I Did a quick search on Yelp and found team rooters. I called them and ask for their support to find what is going on inside my drainage pipe. They came and install a nice clean out and run a camera and found a few broken pipes due to the roots. They did hydro jetting and install epoxy liner inside the drainage pipe. Now everything is working properly. They are the best and experts. Team rooters is my first choice in future repairs. read more

Just saw the response to my non-review. I had to leave a non-review because Team Rooter didn't show up for our appointment. The Team Rooter response is what I call a Yelp-only response. It's there solely to counter the Yelp-effect, because if Team Rooter really wanted to fix things, they would have called me, not just posted on Yelp. We know they have my phone number, because they called multiple times to confirm an appointment for which they ultimately didn't show up because I didn't answer the phone one time. Maybe I was in the shower. Maybe I was talking to a neighbor. Nowhere in the Team Rooter ad does it say I have to be tied to my telephone from the moment I make an appointment until the moment of the appointment. Below is my response to their response: You have a clear sense of your own point of view. Unfortunately, you don't have a clear sense of your customer's point of view, so I'll try to explain, although I don't really believe you're going to listen: We had an appointment for 10am. That means that you and I have to be at a certain location at 10:00am. It doesn't mean that either of us has to be there before that. At 10am I was exactly where I was supposed to be. You know who wasn't? You. You didn't show up. Your scheduling, gas, expenses of running a business are not my problem; they're your problem. My obligation is to be home at 10am for the 10am appointment we had,. I solved my problem by calling a plumber. He didn't need to confirm; he just showed up at the time of our appointment. Give you another chance? Why? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. read more

They were excellent in many ways: prompt response, quick appointment, sent a picture of the person they were sending, which is a great safety measure, good price. The technician that came over, Rene, was cordial, professional, even used a shoe protector so to not mess up my floor. That was amazing, in my opinion. I am not giving five plus stars because the problem was not completely solved. I might need a power jet, or something else. But because they couldn't solve the problem immediately, they did not charge me, so it was very professional. I totally recommend them, and I will used them again if I need. Thumbs up! read more

Initially they seemed to know what they were doing. After a couple of hours and $420 later, they told me it was my main sewer line and it would cost $4500-5500. I called a real plumber two days later and all he did was snake the bathroom sink for $200 and all the water in my shower went down. Problem solved and huge bill eliminated. Team rooter is a big rip off!!! Don't use them unless you want to throw money away! And they broke my garden hose. Called their office three times to get reimbursed and they agreed but they did not replace. read more

A+ had an emergency in Christmas Eve with our drains flowing back in the house and basement flooding. We called a few companies but they said they could not make it out until after Christmas. Team Rooter Dispatched within an hour on Christmas Eve Thanks Leo! It Turned out our main line had to be replaced. It was a big job about a week and one day to finish. I Just want to thank Jacob, Andrew, and Jose for the excellent job they did. Our drains are at 100% no issues. They installed two clean outs as well outside the house and did a 60ft main line run to the street. Customer service was great Jacob was always there to answer questions and made sure we understood everything that was being done. He also takes pictures of the job being done so no need to worry about any Shady business. Once again thanks guys for the awesome work. I recommend this team if you need any plumbing work. I had a kitchen sink drain blockage and I had a clean out. I tried snaking it myself, but the 25ft. snake didn't reach it. I called Team Rooter on Saturday night and scheduled for a plumber to come out in the morning. They sent me a photo of the plumber, Joseph, when he was dispatched. He tried the drill snake first and like me didn't reach the blockage. He brought out the dolly and about 60 feet later he punched through the blockage. They honored their $44 price and didn't try to sell the hydro jetting and repipe too hard. Just gave me my options. Joseph was a good guy and I didn't have any problems at all. read more

I had a plumbing issue Saturday 11/20/18, called quite a few 24 hour plumbing companys that weren't really 24 hour. Many of these companies if they would come out there was a fee and then an additional charge for the job. Team Rooter had a flat fee that included what ever was needed for the fix. Junior and Anthony came out 10:00 p.m. and stayed until 11:30 to get my toilets at least usable. The next day (Sunday) they came out with a jet rooter and were able to clear the line. In doing it was discovered that the 54 year old cast iron pipe had partially fallen, and it had to be fixed. Junior and Anthony performed fast efficient and courteous service. I would highly recommend Team Rooter and especially Junior and Anthony. read more
