I had originally called mike diamond to come out and fix my clogged drain. Mike diamond tech said I needed to hydrojet my lines and it would cost 1500.00 WTF... Mike diamond said we had a bunch of roots in line and that there was no other choice...... How about calling a honest company? So we called team rooter. They have all 5 stars. Ignacio and JC were the techs that came out. They were very professional and honest. I will definitely do business with them again. They were able to snake my line and get the debris out (toilet paper, wipes,q tips etc.) he said there was no roots in the line. Oh wow really??? Mike diamond was full of shit!!!! I am sure you have seen it at any store ... Buy two and get the third free, or at reduced price... Or buy 3 of the same item and price of per item goes down when you buy all three. I wish we had quoted you for both units initially, so that way we could have compared apples to apples and this would not sting as much. So I went to another company and got it for $6600 for two houses and all drains kitchen, laundry, bathroom and they put in a clean out. Although I was a little antsy about the leak issue I had in my kitchen (and I was hoping they could've gotten too me sooner), a plumber named James King showed up at my place and all I gotta say is thank you. As soon as he showed up, immediately had a ton of contingency plans about my situation and was incredibly fast and efficient in dealing with my problem. Ended up saving me 'alot' of stress as he capped of a malfunctioning refrigerator nozzle in my kitchen and saved me the problem with having to deal with my HOA to shut off the water etc. and the frustrating situation I was in, in having to deal with this issue. Team Rooter is an honest company to do business! They take care the job warranty without a question. Three years ago they repaired my sewer line with trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Last weekend the sewer backup to bathroom again. Called their customer service, unfortunately all the serviceman are out at the time, I got a local plumber came right way to clean out the blockage. Next day called Team Rooter reported the problem, a supervisor discuss the situation with me by phone and offered sending a technician to site to investigate. Mr. James Craig came with Cam Video the next day found tree roots break into pipe through a coupler. He immediately authorized a repair job: to break the concrete, dig 3 ft down to reach and replace the broken pipe coupler. Two men crew showed up next day completed the job which could value of thousands dollars but all under warranty. A special thanks to Mr. James Craig, his is knowledgeable and friendly. OK, except they could only do a trench replace, not a liner. Since our sewer line goes under our slab family room, this was not an option. My problem is that they charged $150 to "scope" our sewer line. At the time, I didn't really question the charge. Then I started calling other plumbers for a scope and quote. No other company requested money for this quotation project. I had three other sewer companies come out and none of them charged for the scope service. I contacted the Company after I had this project completed by someone else and stated my issue with the charge. The Manager was not happy. In fact went toe to toe with me as he spoke over me.
