My most recent visit was specifically for their complimentary tire maintenance checks, and the team handled it flawlessly. I stopped by for a quick, free air check and had them examine my tire tread wear right before heading out on some major road-trip excursions. The entire process was incredibly efficient. The technician was fast and polite and made sure all four tires were perfectly inflated and performing exactly as they should for highway driving. The free air check is incredibly easy to navigate. You simply drive onto the property, follow the clear directional signage to the designated area, and wait. Someone will come out to assist you shortly. You do not even need to get out of your vehicle to get your air topped off. At my last tire rotation, I am glad to note that this rotation went better than my prior experience. The service bay crew was highly organized, working with the exact type of speed and precision that originally made me a loyal customer. Just like my earliest visits to this shop, I was in and out of the service bay in no time. My right passenger tire had a bad valve stem that actually rotted and the driver side front wheel actually had the valve stem that came apart and should I have been driving at 65 miles an hour I certainly would've been rolled over several times. I went into just tires on Labor Day at 12510 Capitol Blvd. and met with a gentleman by the name of Michael Hans. He's the assistant store manager. I brought my issue to him and he came back. Said we'll have it fixed right away of what he did with a matter of 10 minutes. Justin the service advisor also actually brought me out the tire and said that we're all fixed. The service requested was excellent. The quality was excellent, and the value was fantastic. Just because of these two individuals I no longer will be going to a wholesale club to get tires I'm gonna go to just tires. I would highly recommend going and talking directly with Michael Hans. The service 'engine soon light' had been on again after the dealer "fixed" it back some months ago. Today my tire was low, figured it had a nail in it and stopped by, no appointment, they looked at the car right away, replaced a valve stem, no charge as we had bought the tires there and away I went. We have bought 2 full sets of tires, had an oil change and had a nail pulled from a tire and we have never been there for a long wait. This is the place to go, they can get most brands and they don't have all of the ridiculous overhead or franchise fees and all of the other things that make the price of your tires go up and up. When Darren quotes you a price it is the price on the rim and out the door, not this that and the other thing added on once you get there.

I was told, "we're just about to get to yours, it's next -- should be about an hour" and that they were backed up from the day before. I understood and waited patiently. At 3:30pm, I called again and was told, "about 40 more minutes -- we'll call you in 20 minutes to update you on the bulb, then we'll do the oil change." By 4:30pm, still no update. I went in person and found my car sitting with the hood up -- untouched, with no one even near it. When I asked the desk about it, I was told, "we're about to start on it, can you give us 40 minutes?" In shock, I asked if they had even started yet. He shook his head no. So not only was my car untouched after nearly six hours, but I was also misled multiple times on the phone into believing they were starting or already working on it. I asked for my keys back and left. And, just like another recent reviewer mentioned -- there was no apology whatsoever. Do NOT go here if you expect timely service. I understand shops can get backed up, but being strung along for six hours for something as basic as an oil change and bulb replacement is completely unacceptable.
