When I received my food I was surprised that the chicken breast on my garlic noodles was a tad bit dry. My Asian chick wings didn't have much a taste. The lemonade was super sweet. A great find. As far as I understand, they just opened up last year. There really isn't any indoor seating here, they do have a few chairs and tables outside along the sidewalk, but this is mainly a takeout place. Best to order online, they said they don't take phone orders. Plan for about a 30 minute wait if you decide to drop by and order in person. They only allow 1 person in the place at a time when ordering too. Next time I'll order online ahead of time. They do have desserts by the slice too. I didn't want to write this review and have taken a while to do so but I want their establishment to know. This was my third visit and I wanted three orders of Seafood Crab Fries & three lemonades. There wasn't enough crab for all three orders so I took the one crab and two shrimp. It literally took about an hour to get the fries. I have never been anywhere that it takes that long. I was so hungry and had to rush home to get everyone else their food. I sat down and opened the fries (I had shrimp) and it looked nothing like what I've had before. I've ordered the shrimp, crab, and lobster before and they all had the seafood with it. This time, it was just full shrimp on top of fries and a bunch of cheese sauce, like it was a lot! I ate one shrimp and I wasn't to excited about it, ate another and it tasted musty. The shrimp had a musky, musty taste and I spit it out and just threw it away. I didn't enjoy it at all nor did my son, who also had the shrimp fries. Usually he eats them up pretty quick, this time he picked at it and threw it away. My mom did enjoy her crab fries and I'm glad because I talked them up and she was here visiting. Now the lemonades, they were prepared before I got the food and were taken out of the fridge/freezer so they were already melting. The cotton candy was back in stock and I tried that along with my son; it was nothing to call home about. We were much more happier with the peach & kiwi flavors. I was really disappointed and have not returned since. It is more on the pricey side, which is their business, but I spent close to $80 to not be happy. Bestie and I came here yesterday (4/9/21) and we were greeted by Joseph who was very pleasant, extremely patient with this being our first time and gave us info and recommendations from the menu. We shared shrimp and fries, upgraded to garlic fries ($2 WORTH IT) okay, the shrimp was HOT and fried to perfection definitely weren't overcooked and they aren't serving the baby shrimp either. Great flavor - we also shared the garlic noodles and let me just say we will order again, after we try the lobster Mac n Cheese. Yummy!!! My husband discovered this place while driving by, and after reading reviews we decided to try it . My daughter and I were prepared for a wait so It didn't bother us. We went last night at around 6:15. They took our phone number and called us when our order was ready. It took about 40 minutes. We had: Bacon Mac n cheese, Nashville chicken sandwich w/fries, yellow cake, prawns w/garlic noodles, Tease fried platter with garlic noodles and tiger blood lemonade. Everything had a good taste. The chicken wings had a lemon pepper seasoning (I believe) and they had a lot of lemon pepper on them but I handled it lol. The fried fish didn't really have any flavor but I have a sauce I make for fried fish. I have had the garlic noodles at Crustaceans and dare I say it but Tease's taste better to me. Came here after the hype of the Bay Area Foodz review. Becauae of covid and the fact that they are only open thurs-sat means a long line out front. And no phone orders are taken for pick up, which also sucks. Customer service was on point though, everyone was apologetic about the wait and all employees had on masks, hairnets, gloves and the like. The food wasn't off the chain but it was good. I was a little disappointed because by the time I made it back home my fried platter was a bit soggy. Wish theyd put holes in the to-go container to release some of that steam. Flavor on the fish and shrimp was good. I could do without the chicken wings though. Garlic noodles were good! Peach cobbler was good, too sweet, but good. Also had the peach frozen lemonade, which almost sent me into a diabetic coma...and I'm not diabetic!! Waaaay too much sugar in that one!! This is a nice and quaint spot tucked away in old Antioch close to the marina. The service was great and unfortunately I didn't get the young lady's name who helped me and my godfather with our order. She was very personable and even brought our order outside to us when it was ready. I ordered the chicken wing combo with a side of garlic fries. The Korean wings were very tasty, just a little on the saltier side and I had the dry rub as well which was good. They give you healthy portions. The garlic fries were very garlicky which I like, but needed maybe a little more butter or oil to help the garlic stick better to the fries. Overall good food! read more

First of all... This place sure as hell wanted to guarantee that they got their money for their tables and cabanas, and they did. What WE got in return for that money was a RIDICULOUS wait time for EVERYTHING. When we walked up to the venue, we thought we were late but in reality the place took about 45 mins to open. It didn't even look like it was open at all which visibly confused a lot of us that were waiting in the hot sun for that amount of time to get in. There was absolutely no communication coming from ANY management about what the hold up was. This was not a good omen for the rest of the day.... THEN... after literally almost an hour wait time in the hot sun... we were finally brought to our cabana........ Our poor waitress already looked super stressed out and it was very easy to tell they were short staffed. It took about 30 mins to get our champagne, food came about 45 mins later.....BUT THE DRINKS............SMHHH.... the fact that we had to keep getting up and go get our own drinks at the bar in a VERY disorganized venue was it for me. WE spent quite a bit of money on the cabana and frankly we expected much better and a lot more timely service. No one was rude which was great, the food was delicious except you could also tell they were trying to rush the potatoes, barely had seasoning on it and they were more steamed than anything. The drinks were GROSS. Cheap champagne that gave us all headaches, cheap sweet and sour mix in our HennyThing Is Possible margarita, even more of a headache. You could barely hear the music outside, the inside DJ had way better music and you could actually hear it. Over priced Lack of management Short staffed Perpetually disorganized. I went to a "brunch" day party at Tease on 3/6/2022. Let me start out by saying the food was delicious and the ambience was good. The dj was nice as well. So when I say it was the worse brunch experience I ever had you should know that I'm not a hater. My friends and I paid $275 for a 4 person table outside that included 3 bottles of champagne that cost 5.99. I googled it. We sat down at 2:05pm and waited an hour before flagging down a server. The server reluctantly took our order because it wasn't "her table." I went to speak to the manager about our drinks and food. It was 3:00 and he assured me that our food was coming in 15 minutes. The champagne took 15 minutes and the food took another 45 additional minutes. Don't waste your time at this establishment they don't value your time or money. To top it all off they asked us to leave. I do not recommend this place at all. Management I am open to discussion. I want to cheer for you guys as I live black business. read more

Went there for a late lunch today. Incredible. Shrimp and bacon Mac & Cheese was ridiculous. The shrimp po boy was different then I was used to, but so so good. Loved the spicy coleslaw on it. My husband and I enjoyed the honey chicken over garlic noodles. The noodles were so flavorful and the honey chicken was paired so deliciously. This spot has a lot of potential. It needs to maintain quality & preparation. We had a Mimosa Cabana for 8 on 03/13/2022. Food: Salmon bites were YUMMY! Brussel Sprouts half burnt but you can taste the deliciousness in them. Potatoes, you know when you eating potatoes and they are bomb but some are not cooked all the way. We got our food in a timely matter, however some folks I know came later on in the day and were not able to order food because the kitchen was backed up! Hookah: NO COMPLAINTS! Mimosas: GAVE US ALL HEADACHES!!!! (very cheap cheap champagne) Cabana Space: Cute & enough space for 8, if they add more seating you can easily fit 10-12 people. Music: The DJ inside was playing way better music than the outside area. The music is pretty low, so in your cabana you can barely hear it. They should invest in mini speakers for each cabana so we can hear the music. YOU CAN NOT HAVE A DAY BRUNCH PARTY WITH VERY LOW MUSIC Service: 2 servers for the entire outside area. Which means there is some waiting for a lot of things. My suggestion for the owner is as folks are seated to their area the champagne bottles should come out first to get the drinks flowing before taking the food order. I felt bad asking for things like ketchup because you can see the poor girl literally running around. Also maybe getting runners, to refill water, clean up areas etc. Especially with not enough table space for drinks, hookah, bottles and food. I will say the waitress I think her name is "Star" corrected any mistakes and was 100% accountable and made sure to take care of it! YES!! I will go back! Stopped by on a late Thursday and was greeted by the staff 1 Super Kind lady at the register and the Amazing cook. We debated over various items on the menu because everything sounds so tasty. But I settled with the Garlic Noodles with Honey Chicken and Let me tell you... These were absolutely the best combination of garlic noodles I've ever had and I've had garlic noodles from various restaurants. Like literally 10/10. Perfect blend, not too oily nor garlicy. Chicken made to perfection right on top. My friend ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese. And was 100% satisfied too! Heard about their food in Oakland at Tease brunch spot but never went, I was leaving a hair appointment in Antioch we were headed to Monica's and I did not like the service just getting seated so I decided to leave passed by and noticed the logo went in ordered before going to Snoop Dogg concert and OMG this food was soooooo good, hot, fresh and the best part was it was seasoned PERFECTLY! Not to much salt and definitely not bland. I literally drove from Vallejo to Antioch I just knew it was going to let me down but it did not! I recently went to Houston and had the blessing experience at the Turkey Leg Hut you must try if ever in Houston Texas or to any of their other locations just delicious! Small establishment with limited outdoor seating, no seating inside from what I saw. Clean, friendly but definitely on the slower side. However, food was fresh and piping hot. What we got: Mac n cheese with crawfish - yes. Super ooey gooey cheesy. Good pieces of full crawfish. Huge serving that could easily serve 4-5 people when eaten as a side. 10/10 Tease seafood platter + garlic noodles - batter was on the salty side, shrimp were good size, fish pieces were what looked like 2 fishes filleted cuz into halves (that might be hard to read/imagine) but the pieces are big. The batter gave the fish an odd texture, almost like was stiff, I'm used to fried fish coming apart fairly easy. The chicken wings were super salty, saltiest items out of everything. Overall, everything in this platter was crispy. 6/10, Garlic noodles - these were good. Could used more garlic flavor but wasn't overly salty and the noodles still had good texture and weren't mushy. 10/10 Garlic garlic green beans - these seemed slightly undercooked because it had a lot of crunch to them. No complaint on my end because i like them this way, so if you like super soft, over cooked green beans you may not like these. They also had a good amount of fresh garlic and cheese. The only thing i will say is this wasn't a huge portion. 8/10 Peach cobbler - this wasn't very sweet which surprised me considering peach cobbler is usually overly sweet. This was just enough for me. The peaches weren't overly tart and weren't too mushy. The crust itself was tasteful and had good texture. The only thing that i thought it was lacking was in spices, like it needed cinnamon/nutmeg. But id get it again. 8/10 Lavender frozen lemonade - hard pass. This was definitely too sweet for me and lacked lavender flavor. 1/10 Definitely a hole in the wall that i would recommend and come back to. Figured it would be worth it from the pics on yelp. My sis got the Lob Mac n Cheese and Lob roll. Me and my brother got 2 orders of the Lob fries and split a Lob roll. My actual food looked NOTHING like the pics on yelp. I was digging trying to find any kind of meat in my fries, the pic is b4 any bite was taken. I only found a few pieces of imitation lobster. Also there was no melted cheese like the pics on yelp. My brothers was the same. Not to mention that the price went up $2 from $14 to $16 ( I got the menu 2 weeks ago). The lobster meat for the roll was ok but not much flavor, the bread from the roll was really good tho. Guess i was expecting this to be as good as the different food trucks ive tried, but it wasn't. All the hype i guess was in my head. Not sure if i would give this place a try again or even recommend to anyone else. My sis said the Lob roll was good so I gave them a star for that, but i never tried it. Maybe if someone else gets it ill give it a try but i wont waste my money again. $120 is alot for food and the cotton candy frozen lemonade was the best part of this meal for me so only that ill recommend. Please do not make a judgement based upon their pics on yelp, there is a clear lack of consistency. Ordered in person and the wait for the order was 25 minutes longer than quoted. Very flavorful. Fast forward to 2 weeks later - I got the lobster roll & fries . Good af & I'm super picky so if I'm saying it's good & taking time out to write a review - THEN YOU KNOW ITS GOOD. I love how for the lobster roll to go orders the lobster is put in a container instead of directly onto the bread. In my opinion it prevents my bread from getting soggy.
