    My Guava Sunset
    Diane W.

I was raving a fruit tea, while I was walking around the Pruneyard shopping center this afternoon. I happy to find a Teaspoon location here. I walked in and was warmly greeted by two employees behind the counter. I already knew what I wanted. They didn't have a kiosk to order from. You have to place your order at the register. I ordered the guava sunset. I asked if they could make it a little less sweeter than the 25%. I was assured that they could. I needed to use the restroom and saw that you needed a code to unlock the door. I asked the young lady for the code but she, instead, came and unlocked the door for me. That was really nice of her. The restroom was very clean inside. My drink was waiting for me when I came out. I decided to take it to go. They do have tables for seating inside if you choose to enjoy your tea there. My guava sunset turned out just right.

This is the only Boba Tea place at The Pruneyard in Campbell. Perfect place to stop to get some refreshment after watching a movie at their nearby Pruneyard Cinemas. We ordered a House Milk Tea and a Guava Sunset. In this photo is the House Milk Tea which was delicious with great tea flavor but not the Guava Sunset which was equally refreshing and delicious and not pictured. This photo was taken before I realized I was given the wrong drink but whatever this drink was, it was beautifully presented and interestingly tasty. Service was great and friendly! When I brought my drink to their attention they immediately realized their mistake and had my Guava Sunset already waiting for me! They were so apologetic and it was fine with me since I tried a drink I normally would have never ordered!

We got the lady bug tea with lychee & house milk tea. The lady bug tea was sweet & tart. We came on a friday night and parking in this plaza was terrible. Service was quick! Took about 5 mjn upon ordering for drinks to be ready

Consistently good drinks and quick and friendly service. There's lots of restaurants in the same shopping center, and I love coming here after lunch or dinner. This location is one of my favorite boba shops in the Campbell area!

Absolutely loved the quick service here! Lots of options and it was delicious! Definitely coming back when I'm in the area

As I was passing through the area, I wanted to grab some bubble tea. Teaspoon had solid reviews and looked good, so I gave it a go. Definitely was a solid place to grab a sweet drink. Recommend it if you're in the area.

Teaspoon in Campbell delivered both great boba and great service! The staff was super kind and helpful. Silky Mango with mango popping boba was a big hit with the kids, and my MIL loved the Pure Milk series. Customizable drinks, delicious flavors, and a fun stop near the kids' play area--perfect for a quick boba break!

Great location at The Pruneyard. Lots of parking and the street is closed down for walking around. The drinks are always good. I like the Taro lover drink. The staff is very friendly and usually no wait.

Stopped by after dinner to pick up boba for dessert and I got the house milk tea with boba and 10% sugar. The boba was deliciously sweetened in a rich syrup. This is why I tend to get my milk teas with 0-10% sugar lately. My husband ordered the thai tea. Unfortunately their thai tea does not allow for sugar customization here. Really wish they didn't pre-sweeten the brewed thai tea to allow for sugar customization.

You Can Stay and Lucky Soda: Special Drinks for SKZ Parlor
    Shih Fa K.

Ordered the Lucky Soda, and this is what I think happened. I ordered it less sweet so the drink turned out to be very tart. There was also not much fizz in it. Otherwise, the SKZ Parlor was a cool event. My partner got some cool giveaways. Service was fast, and Ambiance was typical of a Teaspoon

Hi Teaspoon, how I place an order and then pick up drinks? Are you open for business (April 22, 2020)? Thx

Hi Alena, We are open for business and are only doing online order through the link provided below…

To the owners. I've called in to request this but have yet to hear back. Can we please get points for ordering via Uber eats delivery? I pretty much order everyday but not getting points for my order. Can we get this implemented? Thanks

    Non dairy creamer options?

Yes. Any drink can be made without cream. But they also have slushy and fruit options like Grapefruit green tea and passion fruit that don't come with cream.

Are there any samples for new customers?

There are one or two flavors near the cashier for you to try.

Not only does it get really busy after work hours, many parking spots are reserved for other businesses. It's also usually crowded inside, making snagging a seat a bit hard. It's a popular spot, and I can see why--the menu features many different bingsoo options alongside other desserts, and they're all very beautiful and cute. There's also free WiFi and bathroom access. I will note that they don't seem particularly diligent about cleaning up between customers. You pick your own seats, and when I finally found a table, there was food residue visible on the tabletop. Their prices are a little higher than some other spots in SJ (ranging from ~$13 to $19 pre-tax), and I don't think the quality of the bingsoo is noticeably better to justify the price. I tried a pricier one (the premium strawberry), and found it to be quite good, but not $20 good. Plus, some aspects seem designed more for pictures than for eating. The little cheesecake slice is a bit hard because it's cold and difficult to eat with the shaved ice. That said, their bingsoo does taste good! The fruit tasted fresh and sweet, and the portion was enough for me to share with my partner. I wish the condensed milk was provided on the side instead of already poured on top, but I didn't mind the amount they gave. I may not be back immediately in the future, but I wouldn't mind visiting again. I would probably stick to the lower-priced options myself, though. If you visit, do keep in mind that it's usually really busy--your order probably will take a minute, and whether that's worth it or not is up to you.

It didn't help that the sprinkles [requiring an additional fee] tasted terrible. I've never had sprinkles taste like that before and I hope to never experience that again. The topped mango were obviously not freshly cut since they had this shiny coating completely surrounding the pieces. Not sure if Honeyberry pre-cuts everything and leaves them in some kind of syrup?? The golden toast was absolutely delicious! I was so thankful for this purchase or else the entire visit would have been a bust. The crispy, crusty outer shell mixed with the fluffy middle, & the sweet glaze left me wanting more. 3 stars for Honeyberry. But let's be honest--emotional support sitting loses stamina after hour 3+. So after some coffee and laptop work time, I wandered back and thought, "Wifey deserves a post-salon treat." Enter: Lilikoi Boba First Impressions (10/10) You can't miss this spot--nestled in a clean, retail-friendly plaza with plenty of free parking and even tree shade if you time it right. A small win, but a mighty one when you're pacing for hours outside a hair salon. It's also steps away from groceries, shopping, and the aforementioned Hair Olympics next door. Inside & Service (10/10) Super spacious interior with actual comfortable seating (I'm looking at you, rocking chair of dreams--yes, I posted a photo). But the real highlight? Diane, the owner. She's warm, patient, and takes your order like she's designing your custom skincare routine. They even speak Mandarin (他们也可以说普通话). Quick facts I picked up from her: * Boba is U.S. sourced * Matcha is imported from Japan * Non-dairy options don't cost an arm and a leg All this... and my drink was under $7 with toppings. (Insane.) If you have kids, that rocking chair is a tactical waiting zone. Trust me--your toddler will be entertained just long enough for you to order drinks for your whole family. Good luck with that btw Drinks (15/10) I got the Green Matcha Latte with Honey Boba and Almost Milk. Here's the kicker: You can taste the difference. No chalky, premixed powders. TLDR: If you're tired of paying $2+ for subpar add-ons, want premium ingredients without the price tag, and value owners who actually care about sourcing and custom preferences--this is your spot.
