Went here on a whim the night before our wedding! Seriously had THE BEST night EVER!!! The show was hilarious, the audience participation was great, all of the staff were AMAZING! I found Teatro Martini through a Facebook Ad. They were running a Valentine's special ($49.50 per person) and I decided "hey what the heck." It gave me and my husband time to spend together. Once we got there, I was charged $8 for parking but that was fine since I had read the small print at the bottom of the purchase confirmation page. Once inside, I got a rose and two Ferrero chocolates as part of the Valentine's Day promotion package. We were then told to go into this little room where an employee had taken our pictures for souvenirs ( more on that later). When we were done, the employee pressed a secret button (?) on what looked like a bookcase and it revealed the stage and the dining area. I was taken aback a little because all of the seats and tables were so close together. I didn't like that my husband and I had to sit with two strangers and we were in extremely close proximity to other people. Our server was absolutely wonderful and extremely talented (servers double as dancers and servers). Drinks were really good but slightly overpriced. My mimosa was $12 and my husbands cocktail may have been $18. We ordered the shot special of the night (blue balls shot) which was $6 a piece. Our total was $42 for drinks alone. Once the show was over, you went back to the room where you took souvenir pictures at except the room has been transformed into a little bar with casino games and dueling pianos. Remember the souvenirs I mentioned? The pictures that were taken of you and your guest are put into a picture folder and a little rectangular photo frame that has glitter in it when you shake it. For just the folder it's $22 but for the whole package I believe it was $30ish. I had to talk my husband into buying the folder for memories. Aside from that, my husband and I had a wonderful time! This is a sister show to Pirate's Dinner Adventure. It's cheesy, campy, slightly raunchy fun at its finest - definitely not suitable for the kids! We wanted to see a show and I was going to suggest La Nouba, since it's so great and sure to be a crowd pleaser. I'm glad I opted for something different. You assume this is a pirate themed show, but there is a little bit of everything here and I enjoyed every minute. There are even some gymnastic and acrobatic acts like La Nouba, but with a much better view. You are so close to the stage and have the opportunity to marvel at the talent of the performers. Here is what you can expect, really a little bit of everything! - Puppets (think the grumpy old Muppets, but in Pirate garb) - Cabaret - Improv - Acrobats - Miming and general tomfoolery - Contortionist (wow, just wow) - Comedy burlesque - Magic act (think Mark and Lorna, but magic, not singing) Many of the acts call for audience participation and as someone who is typically happy playing the observer I can say the quality of the show and performers motivates you to play along. By the end of the night, I was dancing on stage - stone cold sober by the way. The performers were really fantastic and did a great job of engaging the audience. They spent time before and after the show interacting with us and making sure we had a good time. This is a dinner show, so I should comment on the food. I wasn't expecting gourmet, you really go for the show, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It reminded me of Vegas style buffet - on the strip, at Bellagio or Venetian. I think they were smart to provide a fixed menu, with a vegetarian option of course, the food was pretty good and I really enjoyed the dessert. Tickets are $49.95 - a fair price considering the quality of both the show and food. It's a good idea to check the show's website or discount sites, like halfoffdepot.com, before you reserve tickets to see if there are specials. This is a perfect activity for entertaining out of town guests, to give them a taste of Orlando's touristy flavor, but also a perfect date night for married or established couples. I would not recommend this as a first date - he'd be defenseless against the allure of the pirate wenches and contortionists and you wouldn't know him well enough to be feel comfy kicking him under the table. read more

There are a lot of shows to see in Orlando. Some are good, and some are cheesy. Cirque By Night falls into the great category. This is not a family show! The show was a combination of singing and dancing, acrobatics and comedy all very nicely done. The stage was small but they managed to make it seem big. The audience participation bits were hysterical! The food is served by the performers, which we found pretty incredible. They did a great job at both. There are choices but our party had the chicken, and one had the vegetarian pasta. It was a decent meal for sure. You'd expect dry chicken and cold sides, but that did not happen here. It's a mix of singing, humour and circus type acts that continues from the time you sit down till dinner is done (save a short break right when entree is served) The meal consists of 4 (mediocre) courses, ours were: Soup- 'cheddar broccoli' ...cold and more of a cheddar soup with broccoli added. Salad- mixed greens with an overly sweet Raspberry vinaigrette...meh Dinner- choice of beef tenderloin, 1/2 roasted chicken or veggie lasagna. Meats served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus with 'hollandaise sauce' The beef was ok, under seasoned, and a little tough. The mashed was a little gritty and our friends suggested maybe boxed? The chicken was well cooked and tasty. Hollandaise sauce was vinegary and not necessary (in my opinion-which you are here for;) Dessert- carrot cake...So Disappointing! It was dry and stale tasting with a killer sweet icing. Dinner included endless soda (Pepsi Products) I heard the drinks were expensive-to be expected when they are not priced on the menu!!! And a sign on the front window says they add a drink surcharge so be warned and ask! Let me just start off by saying that Treasure Tavern was definitely not what we were expecting. My boyfriend and I had been told about all the great dinner theater spots in the area, and based on recommendations decided to try this one out. We thought we were getting ourselves into something akin to Medieval Times, a place with entertainment but where we could effectively sit in a dark audience and where the show was not so surrounding and intimate so as to prevent any conversation. That was definitely not the case at Treasure Tavern. The show there was fully interactive and lasted the entirety of dinner, so we had no opportunity to sit back and watch or just spend time together and talk. Given the format of the show, we hoped to be more fully entertained than we were since neither of are particularly into song and dance routines, but c'est la vie. Not so c'est la vie was the pricing structure. Our $50 tickets said they included complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks in addition to admission and dinner, so we were more than a little confused when we were charged for our wine. Additionally, the food was really bland and rather disappointing. Treasure Tavern served a fixed menu of a mixed green salad with rubbery greens and inedible dressing, prime rib with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and opera cake. The prime rib was probably the worst part - it was significantly overcooked, not at all well trimmed, and just plain bland. We would have far preferred good and cheap chicken to bad prime rib, hands down. If you love to be engaged in a show, you might enjoy this. I would just recommend buying an admission only ticket and ordering off the menu rather than buying the ticket that includes dinner. read more

My husband and I had a blast at this dinner show. It is a little raunchy but in a funny way. The "gems" are all beautiful and the entire staff is very very talented. The theater is small enough to give in an intimate vibe without being overcrowded. Very cool mood lighting. Dinner itself was ok, nothing out of this world but not bad. We went to the treasure tavern on the 13th for the 6:00 show. Pros: Price: $63 bought from Groupon Food: 4 Course Meal was surprisingly good. Show: All types of skits. Improv comedy, singing, dancing, Dirty Jokes, Etc. Extra: Came with photo and Rose Cons: Parking: $5 parking was unexpected. Server: Our Server tried her best, but with her participating in the show, we seldom saw her and we were still on our 3rd course when the show was over. Overall: You can't beat the price. Decided to check something new out on my trip to Orlando besides the typical Disney/Universal attractions that typically fill up my time. I guess the best way to review it is to split it into two categories. 1. Food. They serve a 4 course dinner that I would place somewhere in the middle of the road. Nothing that blew me away but it did not make me gag at the sight of it. 2. Entertainment. The show was pretty entertaining touching on all sorts of styles of amusement, from puppets, to magic, to interpretive dance. The theme of the whole night is a very campy burlesque environment, so if you are easily offended I would recommend not going. Overall I enjoyed the evening. You know... These types of spots aren't typically my cup of tea. BUT... My experience at Treasure Tavern was rather enjoyable! We went for a friend's birthday, and it was so much fun! It was a bit confusing to get to as it's attached to the Pirate dinner theater and they seem similar, but from entering the door, everyone at TT was so inviting and friendly! We were greeted with a complimentary rum punch before we were seated (right next to the stage!) Our waitress, Ruby, was soooo sweet and fun! She was also part of the show! The show was so much fun... funny, quirky, different, slightly risque! And certainly high on my list of importance... the food and drink... YUM! I really wasn't expecting the food to be too great at a dinner theater place like this, but it was so yum! Great mediterannean salad, yummy prime rib, mashed taters, and asparagus, and chocolate dessert! I was really surprised at how good it was! Two thumbs up! And great fun for a party! read more

Geeze....kinda hard to write a review...as these types of places just are not my cup of tea... However the performers in this "dinner theater" were very enthusiastic...and some of the performers did amazing feats of strength and agility...juggling...etc. .....however....expect a lot of campy 6th grade level jokes about masturbation...penis size....vaginal issues..oral sex.....promiscuity..... I just don't find this type of humor to be stimulating in anything but very small doses. This is not cerebral by any stretch of the imagination...but..if you are more relaxed than I am....you may very well enjoy the show...again....the performers are very enthusiastic and energetic.. Food was as expected in a dinner type theater...not great. Salad was fine....we were told the protein was a tenderloin....but it really was an overcooked sirloin cut of child size proportions..(which is a perfect size for me)....mashed potato's were o.k.... asparagus was peeled and thankfully not overcooked. We did not stay for desert as we were over the pubescent humor...and it was excessively loud...impossible to converse during most of the performances. Not for kids ! First let me start off by staying that this review will probably be in two parts because it is a DINNER AND A SHOW. To begin there is an EXTRA 5 dollar Food Service Fee which is does not count towards the tip for your servers. The Food: You start off with a cheese and broccoli soup. To me the soup was great! It was very creamy and cheese. Next course is a salad. It has a bunch of fancy lettuce and your ordinary carrot, tomato, and cucumber. However the show stopper on the salad is the raspberry vinaigrette. Yes, I can see how some may say they put a lot, which in fact I think they do, however it still is good. Third course is the main dish. I had the steak and my mother had the chicken. Both come with mashed potatoes, and blanched asparagus with some type of white sauce placed over it. The meat was nice and tender in both meals, the steak was cooked medium. No complains about the food in this course. Finally came dessert, and honestly, it seemed a bit lack luster. It was just a simple carrot cake slice. While it was good, it just didn't possible a, "Wow this is an amazing piece of cake" factor. Just seemed ordinary. As for the drinks they were delicious. We each had 2 different drinks from the drink menu (sadly I cannot remember them at the present time) and one of the blue ball shot they offer towards the middle of the show (its 6 bucks). Entertainment: This show is not for kids at all. It is very adult orientated. It has plenty of sexual innuendo, both in jokes and just communication. I'm not sure what everyone is raving about?! Neither my wife or myself really enjoyed this experience. My wife's description was "amateurish". It reminded her of a high school variety show. It was fairly crass with multiple sexual references and innuendos. It was not worth near what we paid. One of the things that upset me the most was sitting next to a table and hearing another guest insist that she does not or cannot eat mushroom soup. The waitress (one of the cast) indicated that they have tortilla soup available or she could have a second salad. When my waitress (a different cast member) came to deliver our mushroom soup, I asked about an alternative as I don't like mushrooms. She indicated that she would be right back. She came back in a few minutes and brought with her another cast member. This second cast member was rude and indicated that they don't have options for those who don't like mushroom soup. I indicated that I had just heard another waitress tell someone that they had tortilla soup or they could have a second salad. She stated that was not true. And, she treated me like an idiot for asking. The best part of the night was my steak. It was very good. Jinx was the best cast member. The pole dancer was also pretty good. But, the rest of the show was pretty boring and amateur. read more

This was suggested to me by some friends as a fun spot to spend my bday. Boy were they right! I had a party of 11 and each one of us participated in some way or another, whether it was getting pulled up on stage to having one of the performers talk to us during the sketch. Let me start out by saying that I ordered my tix from halfoffdepot.com. Unfortunately, due to a large order of about 900 tickets that had nothing to do with me or the Treasure Tavern, my tix and the tix of the other 9 ppl in my party did not arrive in time for our planned celebration. I called the reservation desk and spoke to Kelly. She made sure to accommodate us any way she could. It took a couple of calls between halfoffdepot and the Treasure Tavern, but we got it all sorted out and my entire party was able to resume our plans to celebrate here on our original night. Props to Kelly for making my bday celebration a reality. This was such a great place to celebrate my birthday, but I could see going back for any occasion. Like the other reviewer pointed out, you get a bit of everything from cheesy comedy to skillful acrobatics. The comedians are really quick on their feet and the other performers are super talented as well. I enjoyed every bit of this show. As far as the food goes, it isn't the best I ever had, but it was really yummy. I opted for the vegetarian entree (a veggie lasagna) and it was really good. It came with a side of asparagus, which normally i really hate, but they cooked it in a way that actually had a nice flavor and I loved every bite. A word of advice though, if you plan to order anything other than what is on the menu, like the veg lasagna or salmon, be sure to tell your waitress right away because they make everything fresh. One of the ppl in our party was not asked if he wanted something other than prime rib and he had to wait an additional 10 min or so for his order. Otherwise, everything was amazing and our waitress, Ruby, took very good care of us. I think every one should go here at least once, but I definitely plan on going back again and again. read more

The location of our hotel had us passing signs of the Treasure Tavern's sister show, Pirates Dinner Adventure multiple times. So when we had an empty night but full stomachs, we were referred to the Treasure Tavern for their show only option for some mature entertainment. Warning: It is NOTHING like Medival Times. You are not cheering for a pirate or anything of the sort. The venue itself is like a medium sized restaurant but with a stage upfront. The entertainment is very interactive...with pirate dressed Hooter girls. The girls are very fun and play their roles well. They wear fluffy but short skirts and bend over to show off their leotard covered booties. *score for the guys* The show is mainly comprised of a variety of acts: a hula hooping gal, contortionist, gymnasts, magic and other physical feats. They also have some improv comedy, similar to that of 'Who's Line Is It Anyway'. The boy was very entertained with it all and had a great time. I guess the drinks were also what helped us have a great time! You are greeted at the door with their rum punch, really a nicely tropical juice with rum. All the house special drinks were also great. Strong but flavored well so it goes down smooth. Additionally, during the show, the Emcee will invite you to buy a special shot to take with the rest of the house. Note; Ladies, if you want some eye candy, he was tending the bar in the back that night. My only qualm was that appetizers were on the expensive side and small portions. So if you're going to enjoy your time here at Treasure Tavern, come with an empty belly and go for the show and dinner option. Great dinner entertainment overall. Raunchy, quirky, dirty fun. My friend and I met the Corporate Sales Manager (Betsy Lopez) at this year's Latin Food and Wine Festival and she told us about the show. It sounded like a fun event and so we invited a group of friends to join us. We're so glad we decided to attend. What a fun night! The staff was friendly and engaging. The show was hilarious -- we laughed all night. The food and drinks were very good (portions of each were plentiful). We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would thank all of the staff (especially Betsy) for providing such a great experience. Absolutely great time. But be aware this is adult comedy, not for kids. When I first reserved my tickets for this venue I felt the price might have been a little high. Turns out I was totally wrong. The show was excellent, the servers/entertainers were absolutely great and gorgeous as well. The food was the best I've had at that type of dinner theatre. All very professionally done. Went last night for Dinner and a show. First the signage to get to the entrance and parking lot illumination were poor. The dinner: the cheddar broccoli soup was fair, beef tenderloin was decent the mashed potatoes and vegetables were good, and the dessert was excellent. The show was a mediocre vaudeville show but it was fun and entertaining and the cast tried hard and did a decent job overall. Almost forgot there were two additional acts in the show. Let me just start off by saying the show was good. Lots of laughter and audience interaction. But I'm also glad I didn't pay full price for this. You have a dinner menu you order from when you make the reservation. When we got there we seated and waited a while before any server/waitress came to our table. When she came she took our drink orders and came back without drinks. In fact we waited nearly until the show was almost over to get our drinks. She did come a few times to our table to bring us the food which was not good in taste and it was cold. At most you're paying for cafeteria food. When we asked for our drinks she kind of rolled her eyes and took another 10-15 minutes before she brought them. I understand the servers/waitress are part of the show and they are constantly changing their outfits but it's also her job to make sure we are getting the correct service and that she did not do. I was so excited to see this show and have a great date night. I bought a Groupon to come here as we live in Melbourne and thought this would be fun. Between the Groupon, parking, and service charge, we had already spent $95 before walking in the door. I read so many great reviews and had very high hopes. As we checked in, I made reservations a week in advance, as instructed. They could not find my reservation. We were seated in the back, with a great view of the bar and one of the waiter's girlfriends at a table next to us. As we watched others getting sat and drinks steadily flowing from the bar, we still sat with no drink order taken. Thankfully, the bartender, Nicholas, noticed we did not have drinks and sent 'Sapphire' over to get us some drinks. We watched as Nicholas hurriedly went to the hostess stand to try and get us a server. That was his first trip there. That was the first and last time a server approached our table. My boyfriend, who had just had knee surgery, hobbled up to the bar to get refills. As soups start coming out, Nicholas noticed we STILL had no server. He once again, came out from behind the bar to serve us. Trip #2 to the hostess stand. Still no server. Salads came out. Once again, Nicholas, came from behind the bar to serve us. Trip #3 to the hostess stand went Nicholas. We watched as all the waitresses made eye contact with us, yet not one of them stopped to help. Especially the girl in the green costume with long blonde hair who was serving the tables all around us. From our excellent view of the bar, we watched as Nicholas asked her to help us and she looked at us and mouthed the words NOT MY TABLE. So after salads had been served, our entree order was NEVER taken. Nicholas, once again, reacted swiftly and got our orders and promptly brought them to our table. After he alerted the manager to our situation, the manager told Nicholas to offer us a drink on the house. I declined and would rather pay as I was livid at this point that the manager was busy handing out entrees rather than even visit our table. I was so angry I couldn't eat. I worked in a restaurant for 16 years, held every position, including a service manager! Appalled he hadn't come to us, Nicholas got him to come to our table finally. I was almost in tears from anger explaining to the manager the situation where NONE of your wait staff wanted to serve us! He apologized and offered a return trip on him to sit in VIP. If it weren't for Nicholas, we would have walked out. We most definitely will not take the manager up on his offer after being ignored by his wait staff repeatedly after being brought to their attention! We didn't see most of the show as we were too busy looking to see if our situation would ever be rectified. So disappointed in the wait staff. The waiter's girlfriend sitting beside us got better service and she was only drinking! Update: as of February 4, I spoke to Kimberly in the customer service department and assured a full refund.
