I've dined here before a few different shows and have always had an amazing dinner. There are usually some fun drinks themed with whatever show is playing. The menu is prix fixe and reasonably priced--I recommend ordering two appetizers if you're coming as a couple and adding on dessert. The smoked fish dip has a crazy presentation--comes out in a bell jar filled with smoke! Everything we had was tasty. Service is very quick--at the end you may find yourself waiting for the check, though I think this is by design as they don't turn over the tables. Your table is yours all night, so think of it as your private pre-show lounge! Really don't understand the negative reviews for this place. I love it.

Another amazing experience and meal at Teatro before seeing the Wiz! Sasha did an amazing job with our table, she was so helpful with the menu tips and very personable, we had a great time! I love especially the banana bread dessert we got, so warm and comforting. This is now always a must-do for my husband and I before every show. I will never understand the reviews that say there aren't enough dishes to choose from - we always have a hard time narrowing down which to get and even consider getting additional items a la carts! Maybe people just have an issue with the prix fixe style of the menu? In any case, love Teatro and will always support this special place.

Out of the whole 2025 Broadway season, I finally made it to Teatro on the last show! While the room is beautifully decorated and the service is excellent the menu felt a little limited. I did my research and knew what to expect in regard to the prefixed menu but still had a hard time narrowing something down. We listened to our server's recommendation and one of us chose an appetizer, the other chose dessert. We started with the smoked salmon dip that came out with a theatrical smoked lid, and styled with caviar. It was a little salty for my liking, as if it had finishing salt on top or something. Then onto our mains which was braised short rib and steamed carrots and the skirt steak with truffle potatoes. The star of the show was the guava bread pudding!! Although we did enjoy our meal and experience, I would most likely return once they rotate the menu as the items available are good, but not worth repeating imo!

The restaurant within the Adrienne Arscht Center. They say service in a restaurant makes all the difference and this place is no exception. I wish I remembered our server's name but she was such a gem. Came with friends on a Saturday to catch the 2pm showing of the Nutcracker. Parking is super hard to get in this area and we originally planned to park around the arts center and go downtown somewhere to eat, but with the struggle of parking, we ended up eating at the Arscht Center so we wouldn't run late to the show. After entering, the staff pointed us in the direction of the restaurant on the second floor of the Ziff Ballet Opera House. The elevator for this restaurant leads straight to it and we were able to dine without a reservation. They recommend dining with them at least 2 1/2 hours before your show be we did this within an hour and half and it was fine. We were one of the first to dine there for lunch and it's a 2-course prix fixe menu. It is on the pricier side, which was expected but it was also well worth it in my opinion. You can choose either an app & entree or entree & dessert. Since there was three of us, we got a little bit of everything. The Thai Coconut Curry mussels & Smoked Salmon Dip were a hit with us. For entrees, their carbonara risotto & brunch burger were great. The interior is elegant and such a great spot for date night (or date day). They set the mood with all red interior and beautiful decor. It really feels like a treat dining here before a show!

Tania our server was fantastic, she was very friendly and had great recommendations. This is a very cool place to dine when going to the Arsht for a show. The venue is very trendy, it gives cruise vibes. The cesar salad was so good, the steak was perfectly cooked but could have used a little more flavor, but overall very good. I didn't realize it was a pre-fix menu, I wish they would have had more options.

BEAUTIFUL restaurant. I could not stop looking at the decor of this place! Especially the ceiling and lights! Decided to visit here with friends before a 2pm Nutcracker show at the Adrienne Arscht Center. We're transported up an elevator to this restaurant conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the Arscht Center. This restaurant offers a fixed menu, where you choose 1 appetizer + 1 entree or 1 entree + 1 dessert for the same price (drinks not included). We came during the brunch menu, but we were told there is a dinner menu as well. Our waitress was very pleasant and made our experience visiting even better. The food is flavorful and with adequate portions so you're not feeling the tired and stuffed during the show. 10/10 would recommend! My favorite is a close tie between the smoked salmon dip and the Thai coconut curry mussels. A must try!

This restaurant is a nice addition to the Adrienne Arsht Center. Beautifully decorated to match the opera, the restaurant is very inviting and warm. The service staff was quick and friendly. I'm knocking off one star because the menu they present you with is prix fixe and won't let you order anything from it à la carte. They provide you a separate menu with 5 measly appetizers to choose from and that's it. We didn't want to dine a full meal before a show, and just wanted to order 2 appetizers to share. From the a la carte menu we did choose, the charcuterie board was small and frankly pitiful for $25 but our other appetizer was good (knocked off another star). Overall the service and ambience was great but they could definitely improve in the aforementioned areas.

We went to the bar for drinks and appetizers before seeing Pretty Woman last month. The ambiance is just perfect for a pre theatre meal or cocktail. I had the Vivian cocktail, shrimp cocktail and salmon dip. The restaurant will feature special drinks to go with the theme of whatever is playing so it's a really fun and unique experience. I totally recommend Teatro if you arrive early enough before the show.

After you valet, be sure to use the restrooms because it's a journey to and from your table. Now, this is where we thought we were at a self service restaurant. After being seated there was no waiter in sight, the table next to us speaking loud and clear that they have been waiting for their check for over twenty minutes. After 15 minutes, still no server in sight. I got up to go order from the bar, behind me comes our server. He took our order and brought our drinks and that was the end of him. The Pina Colada was a bit too sweet, the rosé, perfect. After we finished our drinks I went in search for our waiter once again. He was nowhere to be found, so I asked another server if we could order a salad, she insisted on finding him for us. Out of nowhere he appeared, and I no longer had any patience. We asked to move tables, for a new server and this is where a true five star service started. We ended with a fantastic, attentive and friendly waiter. He brought us drinks in a timely manner, checked up on us often and reminded us that good service does exist, just not with our first server. Overall, the service needs some serious attention here. We are not sure we would visit again. There are many other places that have great service every time not just sometimes. Cheers!

The menu consists of well known dishes but there are no surprises - everything is cooked well and tasty but not memorable. The best dish is the Ceasar's salad which is prepared table side, using raw eggs (!) and is a must-order simply for the show. Everything seemed to order it. The crab cakes were very good - crispy crust and big chunks of crab with a spicy mayo on the side - worth it. Lumache Alla Vodka was also good, with the pasta cooked just right and a nice spicy kick to the sauce. The almonds on the European Sea Bass made the fish - toasted and slightly caramelized paired with a very good sea bass. Get it if you are in the mood. The oysters Rockefeller are simply ok but not worth reordering. The chocolate layer cake was also very good but not extraordinary and typically of any good pastry shop's version. Finally the service is what you would expect of a Michelin Star, which was precise and well executed although our waiter has a pretty bland personality compared to the guy serving the table next to us.

For a Wednesday night, they had a fair number of customers. I sampled their happy hour red blend pour. It was mid body, somewhat complex but low on tannins which allowed for easy and smooth drinking. The fruit content was moderate. It was the perfect wine for an early night, to sip and hang out with friends. I pretty much enjoyed the two glasses I had. Service was not the best to be honest. During the 1 hour I was there, no one checked on me. No one asked me if I wanted more wine, water or another pizza, etc. I was hopping to have their charcuterie board paired with wine, but they had no charcuterie. I asked for the pizza options and hey only had one out of the 3 options on the menu, only the cheese pizza. The pizza is not the best looking pizza, but it tasted delicious. The cheese was sort of smokey, that was delish. I would have that pizza again. Summarizing, I'm coming back pretty soon for their red wine, at $5/glass, you can't beat that up, specially when it is such high quality. I hope they have the charcuterie next time.

We arrived on time for our reservation made for "INSIDE SEATING" (note you will have to pay to make a reservation.) The unfriendly hostess walked us to an outdoor table - that despite the multitude of fans - was humid and uncomfortable. When I told her we didn't want a table outside it seemed to bother her and her response: we are really full I won't promise you anything (eye roll) and she proceeds to walk back through the aisle of empty tables to the front desk. Behind us was a couple who arrived AFTER we did. And can you believe they were escorted without an issue to the upstairs INSIDE SEATING dining area - to the very tables they apparently did not have for us!!! I have to wonder if this was profiling or she just didn't like our face? Guess not all guest are created equal here. Forced to seat us inside after my husband showed her the reservation for INSIDE seating she "accommodates" us downstairs next to the bathrooms in a tight miniature table on uncomfortable plastic wicker chairs between two large groups where we couldn't get out of our seat and had the view of a water damaged ceiling over our heads. After what seemed like quite a while the waiter (poor guy) came to greet us. Now this was the only highlight of this erroneous Michelin Star establishment. He seemed overworked with all the tables in that area but was polite attentive and funny. So pleasant that I wonder why he's working in this place. I had to ask for the bread that never came on its own. The drinks were ok. The food: Lobster - the pastry was soggy on the bottom and tasted slightly burnt on the outer crispy corners. The lobster was well cooked and the sauce was good but nothing spectacular. Hanger steak - the steak was very good - cooked exactly as ordered (medium rare). The sweet potato cakes crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the mushroom were cooked to perfection. Wish there was more of it, you get 2 sweet potato cakes the size of a strip of gum and 3 mushrooms slices. The halibut - hands down the most delicious thing on the menu. The fish was fresh and the caviar sauce was really exceptional - wish I had a spoon. Chocolate caramel - The dessert was a mix of flavor the chocolate has a tangy taste, the ice cream on the bottom was a nice surprise, however it left much to be desired - we left half on the plate. All in all the front of the house sets the tone and the horrid attitude of the hostess and the way she refused to sit us upstairs in our reserved requested dining area, soured our experience from the start. My understanding is that a Michelin Star is a highly sought status that entails the full experience of a dining establishment and I'm sorry to say they should rethink giving Le Jardinier this award in the future. Management did nothing to correct her and the missteps with our anniversary reservations. The waiter was friendly and nice. The food was good. Unfortunately the mood had been set already. We ordered a couple of rounds of drinks and split three entrees and desert but nothing else as we really just wanted to get out of there. To be fair, our waiter was very nice and the exact opposite of the front of the house. If you want to eat well (but definitely not near the best in Miami), pay high prices and be treated like a second class citizen, this is the place for you.
