I left that job because of the price hikes and overall customer satisfaction. Corporate America can really take you to the "ringer" when it comes to repair folks. I think everyone knows this. Enter in Pro Appliance. I have been working for this company just shy of two months. In the almost 30-years I have worked, I have worked for numerous companies that just didn't care about anything but "$". Facts! I have never worked for a company with as much integrity as the people that work here. That's just being honest. I will tell you this, stay away from Mr Appliance of Durham/Chapel Hill. You WILL be over charged for your repair. That's not to say "every" Mr Appliance is the same way. Just know, when you're dealing with "corporate" America? They care about "$". Pro Appliance has a good reputation because of the traditional way customer service is down. Period!

He is prompt, courteous, transparent, and explains what he found and what the repair will entail. He is a dedicated professional who cares about his customers and their satisfaction with his work. I will recommend Pro Appliance in general and Reed Howell in particuler for anyone needing honest, fair, and proper appliance service. I contacted Complete Appliance Care based on the fact that they are an authorized LG service provider and reviews I found on the internet. Very satisfied with the service. Very professional and on time. He was finished with the repair in under an hour checking computer codes and replacing the cold water valve. Washer machine has been running perfect ever since. I would recommend them for all your appliance repair needs.

While the technicians, Anthony and Matt, were polite and professional, the dispatcher, Kimberly, was unhelpful, dismissive, and displayed a poor attitude. She should not be in a customer-facing role. During the first visit, the issue was diagnosed, and parts were ordered. When the parts arrived, the technician accidentally broke one of them during installation and had to order a replacement. He informed me that someone more familiar with my model would handle the next visit. The next technician arrived but discovered the wrong part had been ordered. Another part was ordered, but again, it was incorrect. This cycle repeated multiple times--three additional visits in total--with the wrong part sent each time. I now have five boxes of parts sitting in my home. When I called One Source for an update, they told me to contact Frigidaire. Frigidaire then called One Source Appliance, who claimed the correct part was on backorder. However, no one at either company seemed to have accurate information. After waiting over a week, Frigidaire informed me that One Source had closed my service ticket--without updating me--despite previously promising to ensure the correct part was ordered and to follow up. When I called Kimberly to express my frustration, she disconnected the call while both I and the Frigidaire representative were on the line. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend One Source Appliance. They need significant improvement in communication, accountability, and customer service. In particular, their dispatcher, Kimberly, should not be handling customer calls.

I was having trouble with my LG Sidekick washer and my LG dryer. Both machines were under extended…read morewarranty with Lowe's. The One Source technician told me I needed to have my dryer vents cleaned, and that was the service provided (although it may be the case)? what was frustrating, is that I was also told he would not service my sidekick washer. My extended warranty protection gave them the model unit and the serial number for my machine before they came for servicing. I waited all day (from 8am to 3pm) to have them come out to basically do nothing.
