They could have suggested 500 or 1G to get more money from me each month, but they said I wouldn't need it. If I do in the future, I can simply call to upgrade. The price is $42 less a month than Comcast (so $39.99 plus tax vs $80 plus tax). Angel and Yurny arrived early, respectful of my home and wore booties, explained what they were doing, and took about an hour to complete the installation. They tested repeatedly and then stayed to help me set up the router and connect my devices. This took a little longer than expected and at first the app was grumpy. I can honestly say - this would have been stressful doing this alone because it took a good 4 attempts to get it situated. Once that was done, screaming fast internet was working! All of the account info is accessible on an app which provides a lot of information for me as a customer. I was quickly able to connect my computer, iPad and others. Angel and Yurny provided great advice on waiting to disconnect my other internet until I had moved off of the cable as well (I wouldn't have thought to do it this way) - appreciated their expertise. I have now completed three speed checks - the pic shows what they offered and what I am getting. Spot on! Hats off to Angel and Yurny - they were truly amazing. We talked high school, college, soccer, and more. Their patience, competence, and overall personable approach left me asking..."Why didn't I do this sooner?"

The disruptions are frequent and too many times have made my home server unreachable while traveling. Most of the time the service resumes, but on occasion I've had to have a neighbor or relative enter my home and reset the connection for me. Super effing inconvenient! Also, there is no roadmap for connections faster than 1 Gigabit, even while even more worthless competitors like Xfinity and AT&T offer 2.5 and even 5 Gigabit. And lastly, they increased their rates a few months ago. They offered a discount if you paid for a year in advance, but offered no way to do that online. It wasn't until I contacted customer service, that they gave me the details of how to do so: by writing a physical check and sending it to a physical address, no ACH or Credit Card options (which are available to those who pay monthly). Like, I'm boomer AF, so I still have a few checks laying around, but who else in 2025 still has a checkbook? When it works, I'm grateful, but internet service is binary. I just need it to work. We needed it fixed because a code is sent to his phone and we needed it to complete some legal tasks that day. Unfortunately, my dad was at the hospital and couldn't be at the store to get the phone fixed. So, I had to do it. The agent at the store, Kayla, was very helpful. She went out of her way to confirm my dad's identity through video chat and verifying his driver's license, which I brought to the store. She fixed the SIM card issue with an eSIM. Because of that, we were able to complete the legal paper work. Kayla was helpful, kind and went out of her way to protect my dad's account. She made a stressful day less stressful.
