I have been taking my next-level computer questions (yes the difficult ones and a couple that made me say "OMG i should have known that!") there for at least 10 years - and have referred numerous friends and family who report similar success, both with purchased products and exemplary customer servicing. My favorite location is easy to find in the Southwest corner of Tatum and Bell, but if you're a west sider in Phoenix they have one near Bell and 35th Avenue also. I decided to install a 450W power supply on my own. Got as far as "can't find OS". Tried once more and had the same result. Went and reinstalled the original PS (180W) and the machine wouldn't even fire up. Did a google search of repair shops and iFIxiTUSA was the only one who answered the phone (it was a Saturday). Other shops sent me to voice mail. Dropped my 570-p13wb off just after noon on Sunday and a few hours later, they called me and said "Come and get it". You pay for convenience, one way or another. The repairs have been quick and final and would highly recommend them for you to use. Knowing very little about computers when they malfunction I brought mine in to Computers & ? upon a referral from a friend. They tested it and the results showed a slowly dying hard drive. I recently used them to repair my MacBook Pro that was damaged during a battery replacement by another company at the Desert Ridge Shopping Center.
