I had a "brick" IPad for about a month since my charging port gave me so much headache because it only charged at a certain angle. *****BEWARE OF FRAUD****** DO NOT REPAIR WITH THIS FRAUDULENT CHILD!!! He was supposed to replace my Apple Watch screen and battery. When I met up with him he mentioned that the battery isn't swollen enough to have to replace it but he recommended I do so anyway. I paid extra for this service. After having my watch back for a week now I noticed my battery is draining just as quick as before. When I went to check my Apple Watch battery health I realized it's at 83%! Exactly the same as when I gave it to him to "replace" I tried texting and calling him and he immediately blocked my number knowing he got caught! I then messaged him on Yelp saying that he can refund the cost for the battery replacement and it'll let it slide. This is how he responded to me (check photos attatched) This person is a fraud!! He will tell you he is repairing and will do something else because he knows you won't open up your phone to check if he did change it. If your ready to get scammed like I did proceed at your own risk!! I told him I will be taking this to the attorneys and this was his response. Scam artist at its finest. I will make sure this person pays for stealing so many peoples money. Shawn replaced my Iphone 13 Pro Max screen, not even two months, the screen failed. My phone was immediately incased in an Otterbox case after his replacement. The phone was never dropped (screen not cracked) or wet. "Scheduled" an appointment with him on 9/13/2024 for 9/17 Tuesday at 1 pm, he did not show up because he was "busy." Reached out and tried to reschedule, he said he'll be on vacation, so his next available would be Monday 9/23 at 4:30 pm. Being sympathetic, I said ok. He never responded back or showed up. I've been without a working phone for more than a week. With my experience, his replacement parts do not last, his communication is beyond non-existent and he does not honor any warranties regarding his work or replacement parts. Not worth the hassle.
