Ted's Burgers is a great little neighborhood fast food joint. They have a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, Mexican food, tasty sides and even breakfast. They've redone the dining room so it's less divey and when they're staffed, they even have table service. Plus, there's a drive-thru which is fast and efficient. The burgers are good but the signature Ted's burger is pretty great if you're hungry: double patties, double cheese, bacon, and avocado. The onion rings are outstanding and you get quite a few, They used to have an amazing pastrami burrito, but it is no more. Regular burritos are still pretty tasty, though. Why don't I go here all the time? No brewed iced tea. They used to have it but switched to fountain, so now I just swing by every once in awhile. read more

It's a good customary charbroiled hamburger joint. Service was relatively quick. I only ordered a hamburger and it was really tasty. I arrived shortly before 11:30AM and about 5 minutes later a bunch of people started to tickle in. My ride this morning was taking a family down to Waltz Dizzy Land at 6 this morning. Once I dropped 'em at the Grand Hotel I needed a spot to "hang out" for the day. A city park next to the popo station had shade and available parking There ya go, all day long I'd stare down the street and every glimpse had the Ted's sign in my view. That was it, it was settled Teds for my burger dinner. The inside looked way better than the outside, Somebody spent a few bucks. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available. Walk up order, get your number & stand, find a seat and within 6 minutes or so my dinner was walking out for me to enjoy. A double patty cheese burger and a side of onion rings. The burger was really good, a bit too much shredded lettuce and I have a concern about ingesting sesame seeds (on the bun) but that didn't stop my chewing. The onion rings looked kinda scary having an orange color to them, they were tasteless. Too bad it was a good size portion for a side order. The breading broke off too easily I gave up. I placed an over the phone order and they let me know it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived within 10 minutes of placing my order. I received my order and sat down to dine in. I order a platter that had fries, onion rings and zuchinni and a two burgers. My fries were super chewy and tasted not fully cooked, I let the cashier named Maria know that the issue with the fries. She had the worst tone and was rude from the start. She then called the cook over and told him in Spanish that I was complaining about the fries. It seemed like she thought that I did not speak Spanish. I could hear the cook asking her what the issue with the food was, she was told him she didn't know and "dice que no sirven " instead of actually repeating what I said about the quality of the food. She was being rude the entire interaction. Then the cook turns to me and asks me super rude in Spanish what was wrong with fries. I explained to him the issue politely and he proceeds to stick his hand in my platter and grab a fry, it looked like he squished it and then it appeared that he tossed it. He then proceeds to blame me for the quality of the food because I didn't pick it up quick enough. He then tells the cashier, to leave the tray there and that he is going to replace just the fries but super upset. I had already said I was fine with just the fires being replaced that way they didn't toss the zuchinni and onion rings as those were fine. But after he stuck his food in my tray that way, that did not seem like a good idea. Maria then makes another rude comment in spanish and has this condescending smile on her face. This girl really just felt so comfortable to continue being rude as if I didn't understand the language she was speaking. I then asked for a refund and let her know I didn't appreciate her attitude. I asked for her name and she gave me a refund and didn't even refund me my tax for the item, just the price of the food. Worst experience, I've been here so many times over years and had never had such a terrible experience. Why would the cook think it's okay to grab the fry out of my tray like that with his bare hands and then want to return it back to me like that. Then the cashier being rude from the beginning. Just a terrible experience overall. I called later to speak to a manager and I have attempted twice now to speak to one and have learned that managers only work in the morning. I walked to this location in the hot sun and it felt nice and cool inside, the staff was friendly when I asked about different items and its nice and clean inside. I got the patty melt meal with horchata and it was really good! I couldn't finish my fries i was so full, so the portion sizes are abundant; the ranch was free too. I would come back. read more

It's a classic we serve everything drive thru, they make quality burgers and are friendly, prices can be high for drive thru, but you will get service with a smile! a simple breakfast turned into a bad experience here at ted's . ordered the breakfast #5 eggs hash browns sausage and pancakes. i would say pretty simple just asked for eggs med well and hash brown crispy. got the exact opposite of what i ordered. worst display of food prep or order taking either way they didn't care about the customer. i basically was given a plate of slop honestly the last burger place id come to again. just put the receipt to show kitchen doesn't pay attention to orders they just care about cranking out crap food to drive thru guest in hopes they won't say anything. this wasn't a one time experience either living in close proximity to ted's it was a go to spot for our family. now it's not worth the visit read more

It came with slice cheese ,full slice tomato , half a sliced avocado , julienne onion slices and half a head of shredded lettuce on Sesame seed bun. The patty was well cooked and seasoned, it could have been a bit hotter. The dining area was clean and well lit. The parking lot had wide enough parking spaces. One item: Fried Zucchini with Ranch is all you need to get. I love their Fried Zucchini because it is topped with Parmesan Cheese, thin zucchini pieces, but what makes it complete is dipping it in the Ranch. I tried Ted's because a friend recommended the food there. We stopped by near 11am on a Friday. The dining area was busy, bright and clean. My friend ordered pancakes and zucchini fries. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito. Every single bite of food was delicious not like some dainty places that serve burritos with the last bites being mostly tortilla. I tried the green salsa and was quite pleased with the flavor. My friend and I both ordered coffee. During our meal we had staff stop by to refill our coffee and to check in on us.
