Last year, we had a misunderstanding and I wrote a review out of my frustration. Today, these guys made the situation right and explained their process in how they install after market bezels on Rolex watches. They polished my watch, traded the bezel and changed my crystal on my watch. They have truly restored my faith in this business and I will definitely return in the future to purchase additional luxury pieces. I was very impressed with their forthrightness and ability to handle the situation in a manner that stated that they wanted to please me and maintain my business. I will say though that it is completely different from the experience I had. I came in on a Wednesday morning for my friend's birthday. We didn't schedule a set appointment, but they did know we planned on coming in. We worked directly with Lauren and only Lauren the entire time. I felt like she was genuinely consulting with us about what would look best and what we should probably stay away from. I appreciate this so much with a business like this. It instills a level of trust that doesn't make you feel like they're just trying to make a sale. Lauren ensured we both understood the healing process and everything that was associated with each piercing we were considering so we could make the best decision for ourselves. It was so refreshing for me since I've had awful piercing experiences in the past. I really felt taken care of. I felt like she was extremely safe and everything was properly sterilized. I decided to do my conch and third holes in both lobes. To my surprise, it didn't even hurt! The only reason I'm not giving the full five stars is due to pricing. I do feel like this business is expensive. I didn't have any pricing information before beginning the process. I do know part of it is my fault for not asking if specific earrings had a different price point, but I also feel it should be a little more transparent up front! I did just get them this week, so I can't attest to the healing process yet. It did hurt to see one earring cost me $130. If they heal well then I am extremely happy to have had such a good experience.

This place has allegations of using aliexpress jewelry, their jewelry not being properly sanitized (in my experience, the piercer pulled the jewelry out of a drawer then opened the sterile package- it was not put in a sterilization machine), and there is no proper info on what their jewelry is made of or where they get it. I would not come back here! Please just go to a reputable piercing shop in houston!

Shockingly, Rick is way more fashion forward than I could ever be. When I was stern about what I wanted, he would bite his tongue. Then I'd go home and research his suggestions and found that I loved his way MUCH more. He can be as involved or as little involved as you'd like - and I loved that. I needed help. There is something very very special about crafting your very own design and watching it come to life. There is not another ring out there like mine. It's custom. Don't let the word "custom" make you think you can't afford it. I assure you, it could be a fraction of what these other big name brands are telling you. Set up an appointment, talk about your budget, show Rick what you want, and when you propose - let your girlfriend/fiance/fiancee/whomever know you did it all custom and get the brownie points you deserve. I am glad we have copies of all communications and responses from Kevin!!! -- I am so sad to be leaving a poor review, but I do not know what else to do. My husband dropped off my engagement ring and wedding bands off to be cleaned, and we have not been able to pick it up. We dropped it off in May and when he went back to get it, no one was at the office. That is when we started calling and emailing for updates. The mobile number for Kevin goes straight to voicemail, and the mailbox is full. The office number rings and is forwarded to a mobile number, and the mailbox for that number is also full. We have sent Facebook messages to no avail. I'm freaking out. I want my ring back and I don't know how to get into contact with anyone - I don't know how else to get someone's attention.

At my most recent visit, I was told there would now be a $75 cleaning fee because the value of gold has changed. That explanation didn't make sense to me, since the cost of cleaning shouldn't depend on gold prices. There was no prior notice of a policy change, and the conversation left a bad taste after years of loyalty. I understand prices go up, but how it was handled felt dismissive and inconsistent with the experience I've come to expect. It's disappointing to see a business shift from customer relationships to profit on something that used to be a simple courtesy. I won't be returning, and I'll be taking my jewelry to another jeweler who values long-time clients.
