Came in here wanting to see the Omega collections and how they would fit for size. We were helped by James (not Bond), who was really professional, knowledgeable, and really very down to earth--I have been to watch stores where the vibe was really off and snobby, but I have to say that James had excellent service. He had just the right amount of presence and was really passionate about the watches, and he took the time to let us walk through and try all the collections! The selection here is decent, they have almost all their collections well represented in at least 3-4 dial colors, and there are the occasional limited editions. Overall, this store is a good show of how Omega is a storied watchmaker that isn't afraid to take risks in design, builds very accurate/beautiful timepieces, and stays down to earth in terms of both service and prices. They took my fathers 1963 Omega constellation sent it to be refurbished and it took some time. I was a little concerned as this is a family heirloom. The name is F, James F. That has a nice ring to it even though I'm really not an international spy instead a ranch owner from Driftwood, TX. But me being a product of the 70's and 80's citing some kinship to the James Bond character in the movies had to have last year an Omega Seamaster circa the 90's Pierce Brosnan area watch. Forget me ever paying Galleria new prices, instead less than half of the original retail which is more my style. Still, I can walk into the Omega Boutique like a boss. The staff friendly and attentive to my needs. I was able to try on a lovely Seamaster Planet Ocean chrono with 3 carats of diamonds for the small price of 24K. They cater to the wife as well. Her eyes leaning towards a jaw dropping 200k+ number covered in diamonds from bezel to bracelet. The staff reminds me of an old adage that one of my first retail bosses told me. Lead with the best; you never know despite appearance what anyone is worth. Now, based on my review go buy your significant other something wild and crazy from this store. Snobby customer service. I have been an Omega fan for years. I have bought 3 omega watches myself. My grandma came into town and I wanted to buy her a present for her 70th birthday. When we walked in, a lady salesperson (dark-haired, glasses) pretended we did not even exist. Upon inquiring about an Omega Seamaster, she just stated it was $7500 and walked away. Da Bomb. I know that I can purchase an OMEGA off of Jomashop and all these other brands who are selling for discounts. But why when you can literally have the best service of your life at this boutique. I went in there trying to price shop a new Seamster. There were two lady associates and the manager who was super helpful. And honest. I was gonna buy my Seamster on Ebay and I ended up leaving this boutique with my new diver 300. They were all assisting me with my questions and concerns. Traci I believe and the technician then sized my bracelet and even gave me a free bottle of champagne. I am not from Houston. I am from Denver. I am not fond of the luxury boutiques in Denver. The service is abysmal at best. While in Houston, I thought I would check out some shops here to see if they are any different. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I've never felt more welcome in a luxury boutique. Hannah took the time, made this experience fun and memorable. She took the time to show me many different watches, and talk about prices so that when it came time, I had enough material and knowledge to make the correct purchases at omega. Hannah is the representative that you would love to have help every time you come in. I have to say that she was so good that I would actually purchase a plane ticket to come down here and have her sell me my first Omega Watch. Walked into the Omega boutique in the Galleria Mall in Houston, TX. From the moment I arrived Hannah was very helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to assist me. She was very knowledgeable in the product line and answered all my questions. The atmosphere in the store is inviting and friendly. Bought a watch there for my husband for Christmas. It started running too fast within six months. We took it in for repair, still well within warranty time. They claimed they called us back a day later but they never did. When I called to inquire eight weeks later, they said it was a small fix they took care of in the store. We went to pick it up -turns our the issue was not fixed at all and their employees were simply incompetent and too disorganized to carefully check whether the repair was done. Their latest thing: the watch underwent "impact" not covered by the warranty. Upside: beautiful timepieces, downside: unreasonably poor service and customer care. Go elsewhere! read more

I've purchased a couple watches over the last year and a half, each experience being professional, courteous, and above all: satisfying. About a month ago, I received an email from Nick Lesic at the Fashion Valley Boutique asking if I'd like to participate in an Omega sponsored marketing event. He told me they were looking for something in the marketing schedule which I might appreciate and enjoy. What did they come up with? An all expenses paid trip to Houston, for myself and a guest, for a behind the scenes visit at the Johnson Space Center with emphasis on the long history of Omega Speedmaster Professional at NASA for support of the manned space missions. Being an engineer and a Speedmaster fan, how could I refuse, even if it meant taking off a couple days in the middle of the week. How was it? Incredible! All arrangements were made for us by Omega's Kelly Peck. Now I know how the other half travels. We were chauffeured to the airport by private limousine, flown first class to Houston on United Airlines, chauffeured to the Houstonian, a 5 star hotel. Once there we were met by Omega's regional manager Jenn and the local boutique manager: Heather McBride who entertained us, and the other handful of clients from around the country, in the Houstonian's comfortable lounge with cocktails and appetizers. In our room, an Omega swag bag was waiting for us which contained some great items. Later that evening, we were joined by Roland Coy-Burt, the West Coast District Training Manager. I met Roy on a previous occasion at the San Diego Boutique when they were hosting a golf inspired event with special guest: Greg Norman. We were all piled into a luxury van and shuttled to Tony's restaurant where we were hosted in a private room. Joining us was David Cisco, a NASA Apollo Alumni who was a Lunar Module Spacecraft Technician and recipient of many honors including a "Snoopy" award whose recipients can only be nominated by the astronauts. David probed us to determine what we were most interested in seeing and provided us with an overview of what we could expect (which was pretty much all you could ask). He had a special treat in store for us: a unique tour and examination of the specially modified 747 aircraft which was used to shuttle the Space Shuttles back and forth across the country. David's discussion was followed by a presentation by Roland: of the long history of the Omega Speedmaster at NASA. All the while, we enjoyed a fabulous 4 course meal. Then it was back to the Hotel for a good night's rest so that we could get an early start at Johnson Space Center. In the morning, an excellent breakfast was provided in the Houstonian's main restaurant. We were then shuttled to the Johnson Space Center where we were met by Dave and supplied with our actual "VIP" badges which would be necessary since we would be visiting areas normally off-limits to visitors. Some of the highlights included the normal museum containing many of the actual space travel artifacts and vehicles. We visited the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory where actual astronauts were undergoing training exercises a a massive pool containing Space Station sized structures. We visited the previously mentioned 747, undergoing preparation for a new display, on the flight-line, hosted by the responsible NASA project architect. We visited the historic control room used for the moon landing and subsequent moon missions. When we broke for lunch, I expected a museum cafeteria affair. Not for an Omega event. We were led to a private lounge area where we were treated to a first class Texas BBQ feast. During our meal, the NASA facility director dropped by to greet us and relate how important the Omega/NASA relationship was. After some free time to visit the museum we were then shuttled to the Houston Omega Boutique. I know what you're thinking, because I was too: It's payback time. I fully expected to experience a strong sales push. Was I ever wrong. There were refreshments, plenty of staff to talk and show Omega, but no sales pitch or pressure. We left for the airport in our chauffeured limousines, departing from the Boutique like old friends. Perhaps this is as it should be since it felt like they and our fellow "VIPs" were old friends. When we touched down in San Diego, a limousine was waiting for us. You know, the guy waiting in the baggage area, holding up the card with your name on it. An unforgettable even. My thanks to Nick and Danielle at the Fashion Valley Boutique for making this experience possible for us. If there was ever an example of the value beyond the product itself, when dealing with a luxury products boutique, this was it. I gave two stars because as I informed the sales person of the specific model I came to purchase that's apparently is not out yet. She all the sudden became interested in helping me. I've been to this boutique many, many times. They are very courteous and know me by name at this point. In fact, they probably have very little faith in me ever buying a watch there, but they still offer me a drink and a place to relax while they clean my seamaster. I was not sure what to expect when we stopped by because of the mixed reviews. From the moment we walked in we were treated like valued customers from the jump. Glenda Morejon personable & professional from the moment she introduced herself, even though we were not planning on buying this visit. She showed us the Professional Moonwatch I had been considering, explained the history to my wife (way better than I did) & answered all of our questions. Horrible customer service!!! Do not recommend if you want to buy a watch & hope for good after sale service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. Everywhere I go, the service is fantastic. However, I went to Omega at the galleria Houston on Monday 12 Dec at 11.15. A lady(black hair with glasses)who at shop was very rude and not helpful. She asked me did you call yesterday. I believe she recognised my voice. And I said yes, she said the technical is not here today and he will call you. Then, I noticed her voice too. Apparently, she lied to me that the technical was not on Sunday. Then, she hang up on me. I really do not understand why can't I talk to the technical or get more information how long does it take to fix my watch. I have dropped it for spare part changed longer than a week. And I have been told that it will be ready within a week. I just want to know when? But it seem so hard to know about the progress. Is there any way of training your staff to be more customer service mind? The way she act & talk shouldn't be allow to work in any Omega shops. I have purchased 3 watches over the years from this store. Every time, the sales associate took the time to go over the different watches with me. I am usually a picky buyer when it comes to Swiss watches, and rightfully so when you are dropping that much money at once. Their patience with me, letting me try on watches over and over and over until I found the right one, was spectacular. Additionally, their watch repairman, Enrique, is equally as awesome. I had a couple watches I needed links put in. While he was installing the links, he overheard I was going to get lunch with my wife in the mall. He asked me to leave my watches with him. When I came back, the scratches in the bands were all polished out, links all tightened to spec, and their calibration along with pressure testing was performed on them. Now I am rough on watches. I don't believe they should be put in a case for display. They should be on your arm. Let me just say, these things looked nearly new when he handed them back to me. If you do have to wait a bit for a sales associate, just know that the time and attention they are giving that other customer, they will give to you as well. I saw a review by a custom complaining that his cousin got the watch cheaper on Jomashop. He needs to understand the difference between authorized retailers and grey market sales before he starts writing reviews on things he know nothing about. The watches on Jomashop or other similar online stores are authentic, however, they are not authorized retailers because they do not adhere to Omega's rules and guidelines regarding pricing and online sales. Additionally, with grey market sales, you do not get the manufacturer's warranty. The only warranty you get is from the jewelry store you buy it from. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust anyone to repair my expensive watches other than the manufacturers of it. That said, there is nothing wrong with the watches. I have bought a couple grey market ones myself. But you do lose the warranty which can be costly if you get that one bad fluke of the bunch. read more

Customer Service was above and beyond! Our son told us he loved the Omega Moonwatch so I went into the store April, 2019 to check it out as a possible graduation gift for my son. Hanna was extremely patient with me explaining why so many people are interested in it, the history, advances and disadvantages of the Hesalite vs Saphire and all the services and warranties of the watch. She even took the time to write the information down on her card so I could let my husband know. When I called Hanna about a month later she remembered me and my situation. (Probably because I asked so many questions) and SHE asked how we could make the surprise special for him even knowing we may not buy it if he decided he really wanted something else. After several telephone calls and texts later we came up with a plan. The day of the surprise I text Hanna when we were 5 minutes out. She and the whole Omega team worked together to make our son's gift special. When he walked into the store they had a name card with his name, welcomed him by name and handed him a drink. Needless to say he was surprised. They also had the Moonwatch, box and different bands ready for him to look at and make a final decision about the watch. Everytime I go there new employees , some reason they cant obtain knowledgeable staff I also noticed nor do any stay ? They don't seem to have much jewelry or watch experience and you have to be leary of place where its always new staff every other month ?
