The selection was incredible, whether you are looking for younger or more mature plants, and there was such a vibrant, colorful selection of flowers as well. The whole setup was easy to navigate and everything that was on my recommended landscaping list--they had it! Anthony was the true star and beyond helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and I could trust that he was really making sure to help me select the correct plants I needed for my space and my needs. My fiancée was excited to treat me to some replacement plants from the store that stated it all and got me a gift card. We drove up to Plant Party last weekend and were shocked to find out that the brick and mortar store that used to be there is completely empty. This was pretty confusing to us because the website said absolutely nothing about this status of the store changing. Neither do any of their social media platforms. We drove home disappointed and my fiancée reached out to the store owner to ask about how we could get our plants because my store gift card was for the in-person store. We were informed that we could either get a refund or use the credit on the gift card towards the online store. Unfortunately, the options on the site were pretty limited and the store online has a 75 dollars order limit, which was more than we were intending to spend (hence the 50 dollar gift card). As such, my partner decided to reach out again to try and get her refund. It has been several days and several attempts of contacts later and we have heard nothing. So my partner has filed a claim with her credit card company. To say we are extremely disappointed with the service is an understatement. We really had such fond memories of Plant Party prior to this, but this entire situation has definitely soured our opinion. Update: We have still not received our refund, and we were never communicated with that the refund would be going through until I posted this review. I feel like there is a general struggle with communication. I understand that business close and go, but based off of their social media and the website, one would not think that the store was closed and that led to multiple issues on our end. We drove all the way to Austin to try and support a business we both enjoyed just to find an empty store. Clarity would have been greatly appreciated.

They take such a good care of their plants here. You don't see any wilting or dying plants you only see thriving plants. And also, they have such unusual plants that I don't find anywhere else. Today I saw LITHOPS which are living rocks. They're not actually rocks are actually little plants, but they look like rocks. So interesting! I also found Coral Bells in two different colors. I cannot resist these. They are going to make an excellent addition to my garden. This store is medium priced, but their plants are high-quality. I will again come to the store to browse, and most likely I will purchase something else Amazing! In addition to plants, they have pots and trellises and soil and everything that you would need to build your garden. Their employees are also quite knowledgeable and helpful. Was able get some "landscaping theory" about sizes and locations of plants for a yard I planned landscaped in Sun City, then found that Mark actually lived next door to a regular customer in "Old Georgetown" Sputhwestern U" area. Though prices are higher than at HEB or a big box, I continue there for the advice & availability of things like compost and rooting stimulant, and find the crew under Mark's daughter to continue the good advice; and the somewhat higher price but greater variety and knowledge plus my pricing for customers of 1/2 the retail price of their plants bought there make it work out very well for me; and I've just bought my second Sweet Bay for MY OWN yard, recently, when the first, which made great chicken soup, froze during one of the frequent "SnowVid '21," SnowPocalypse '23," deep-freeze events...
