He assured me it was a great vehicle. I made the commitment to buy it, so I flew from Madison, WI to Charlotte. Amin picked me up at the airport and the car did not disappoint! The transaction went smooth and I was off driving the GLS550 back to WI, a 13hr trek! I was a bit nervous about a potential breakdown, but to my pleasant surprise it performed very well. There was a brake shimmy so I called Amin about it and he made it right with me and I am a happy camper with this 2018 GLS 550 ! Thank you Amin for making this a very pleasant experience and I do recommend checking out their inventory, or let him know what you want to buy. Amin is a very personable and customer focused businessman. Best regards, Keith

MISREPRESENTATION AND UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES…read more Purchased vehicle on 12/12/25. At the time of the sale, Dream Work did not disclose serious KNOWN mechanical issues involving the transfer case and related drivetrain components. They installed a used transfer case prior to sale and took the vehicle to Land Rover Charlotte because only a certified dealership could program the transfer case. Land Rover discussed with Dream Work that after adding transfer case fluid and attempting programming, a flagged error code remained, indicating that unresolved defects existed before they sold the vehicle to us. Dream Work WILL claim Land Rover test drove the vehicle and it was fine. However, that omits the fact that Land Rover documented that the error code remained after service and programming attempts. Dream Work asked them to clear the code and was provided a copy of the document outlining the issue( I have their original invoice from 11/21/25... three weeks before we purchased the vehicle). Dream Work negated to tell us this issue so that we could make an informed decision about the purchase. It is understood that vehicles may temporarily drive normally after fluid is added. The issue became apparent after the fluid emptied, exposing the underlying defect, which was a major safety concern. We spent over $3000 to add fluid to the transfer case and replace rear rotors that were at 1 centimeter. We're not mechanics and trusted their judgement. The transfer case will fail, costing upwards of $10,000. CARFAX REPORT-TRASH IT! Dealerships are not required to report repairs. Dream Work is quick to give each customer a Carfax report; even making them available online, with the knowledge that reporting repairs or the lack there of, does not have to be on the report. IT'S COMPLETE DECEPTION GUYS! I met with a manager(I will protect his name..for now), in person on 4/24/26 about the issue. On 4/25/26,I emailed him a PDF file outlining our concerns and requested a resolution. He emailed me back on 4/25/26 denying any wrongdoing and denied liability. Many of your complaints end here. Mine will not. I will be made whole again.

That's their policy, sure that's fine, but how can I realistically evaluate whether or not this vehicle is a good fit for me if I can't drive or even sit in a car that I'm seriously considering. It's simple buyer due diligence. Sales rep was really kind and accommodating outside of that setback. Great conversation.

EDIT: NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. On top of all the other problems, the engine just had a major coolant…read moreleak. I haven't even put plates on the car yet, and have already spent $12,000+ IN ONE MONTH IN REPAIRS. Buying from this dealership may be the biggest financial mistake I've ever made. Here's what happened: I finally saved up enough for my dream car, a 2015 Jaguar F Type S. I stumbled upon one that Godspeed Motors was advertising for MARKET PRICE. I chose theirs because of the specs & it having only 49k miles. I live in LA, and was unable to see the car myself before purchasing it. I understood these risks and operated under the assumption that Godspeed cared for their inventory & is honest about the car's condition. I knew there would inevitably be issues down the line, since it's a used Jaguar. Godspeed marketed the car in a way that made it look pristine and well-maintained, and the employees I spoke to also claimed that it was running well and presentable. I trusted them, biggest mistake of my life. Before I even get into the absolutely terrible condition the car arrived in, I had to go through a sketchy & unprofessional purchasing process. To start, I asked for wiring instructions and immediately sent the money to claim the vehicle, I wanted to make the process smooth for everyone. After sending them the money, the communication fell off a cliff. I had trouble reaching anyone and felt forgotten. After waiting a week, I finally received an email from their finance manager containing documents to sign. But THEY SENT ME ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S DOCS & PRIVATE INFORMATION! The level of internal disorganization at this dealership is MASKED by the pretty vehicles they have on display. Zero attention to detail. It gets worse. After that headache, I finally received the car in LA. BUT, within my FIRST MILE of driving it, the engine started sounding like a dying tractor, it was so loud & obviously damaged. I limped it to a shop and the entire supercharger had to be replaced. The mechanics couldn't believe I was sold a car with the following issues at mkt price: The parking brake was broken, the windshield wipers didn't dispense, the eco start/stop function doesn't work, and the exhaust valves don't open/close properly. It gets worse. They verbally told me they would clean it, but it arrived with glue all over the car's interior. Why was this condition never disclosed? It gets worse. I haven't even owned the car for a month and have already spent $12,000 just to get it drivable & presentable, and God knows what else is going to go wrong with this thing. This wouldn't be so bad if they'd been honest about the car's condition and didn't charge the same as competitors for a car full of issues. It gets worse. I had a 30-day warranty, and with 25 days left, I called Godspeed motors to ask for warranty help, and after 3 weeks of waiting, they had the audacity to tell me that they would only offer $500 for all of these issues, since the car was out of state. They even told me that the sound clips I posted are totally normal! Then told me to ship it back to NC to get it fixed, then have it shipped back out to LA. What?? That's $4000 just for shipping alone, what an insult. They basically told me to get lost, since they know I'm legally trapped. Once you give them your money & sign your soul away, they are going to abandon you. It gets worse, throughout this entire depressing arc, no manager or owner has been willing to speak to me. They have been hiding behind their salesmen, who are forced to be my point of contact, to create a proxy shield from me. What they are doing is legal but unethical. They shield themselves behind a moat of legal documents that protect them from any responsibility when the car you bought from them in good faith, blows up. What a tragic experience. Congratulations Godspeed, you fooled me and many others it seems. Car sellers on facebook marketplace literally treat you better than this shady organization. Don't make the same mistake as me and many others. Save your wallet and sanity, buy from elsewhere.
