That is why I agreed to the $49 option in the first place. I did not request an upgrade. I did not authorize a price change. When I declined, I was asked to either wait longer while they reinstalled the original screen or return the next day. I had already waited 90 minutes and had neither the time nor the money for options I never agreed to. The final amount charged was $22. Keep in mind while that was happening a customer walked in and the dad immediately came to assist him completely ignoring my set of questions that his son was struggling with as he didn't help me originally.. Now when I started asking my last question to his son if the screens can just be fixed on my s9 +.. The Dad looked over at me very ANGRILY AND SAID ; " HEY WHAT DO YOU NEED. ?!!??". I Was kind of embarrassed at the tone I was spoken in and in front of his young son wanted to be a bigger person and simply said..
