Our tapas (patatas bravas, crab quoquetas, Spanish albondigas, and fresh hummus); our Market Salads; our entrees (Paella Negra, Veggie Paella and Chicken Kebab) ; our mocktails (Lychee's and Cream, Sunset Surprise); and our Trio Dessert (Churros [Barcelona street fried dough with chocolate and toffee], Torrija [Catalan toast, crème brûlée, passion fruit and vanilla ice cream] and Orange Mousse [Valencian orange mousse, citrus jelly and orange crumble) were all excellent and excellently presented by staff who made us feel welcome and paced delivery of our orders at a rate with which we were all quite comfortable. I didn't know about this place until I saw it featured on Dine LA. I live further north in Los Angeles, but we decided to make the trip out to the Brentwood location anyway. I love paella -- I've had it in Spain -- and I was very pleased with the meal overall! We came during Dine LA with a group of four. All the appetizers are included in the Dine LA menu, and they were all excellent. I was especially impressed with the raw tuna fish taco -- something I'd never tasted before, but still very much on brand with Spanish cuisine. The tangy potatoes were another favorite of mine (I love potatoes!) -- they added Spanish spices that made it feel like abuela made it. The jamón was the star of the appetizers. For mains, we got the veggie paella and the paella negra, both medium portions for the table -- it was so much food! The paella was a bit drier than I usually remember, but that didn't take away from the flavor at all. The paella negra with scallops, shrimp, and oysters was absolutely delightful. We couldn't finish it. We ended with a beautiful tortilla dessert served with ice cream. The value here is unmatched -- so much food, and so good! read more

Date night at Teleferic was excellent! I've been excited to try this spot for awhile and finally went for a Friday night tasting special. The ambience was beautiful and the music was upbeat. We sat outside on the patio and had amazing service. The flavors were out of this world! We opted for the $55 tasting menu and added 2 signature sangrias to get the full experience. APPETIZERS: - 5/5 Tuna Tacos = the unexpected favorite! Fresh, crispy wonton crackers, great flavor and texture. - 4/5 Patatas Bravos = nice flavor but the potatoes were a little mushy. Great presentation. - 4/5 Wagyu Empanada = I was really excited for this one and while the flavor was awesome, super juicy, the outside texture was a little soft / mushy. Bonus points for the Gruyère leaf. - 5/5 Iberico = delicious! Wish it came with some bread and machego but still was excellent quality. - 2/5 Pan Con Tomato = skip for me, I'm not really into tomato and the bread was too soft, needed to be a little more crispy. The chorizo butter though was bomb SANGRIA Teleferic = perfectly balanced, nice and refreshing with depth from the cinnamon Barcelona = delicious, more on the bright fruity sweet side PAELLA - 4/5 Iberico = flavor of the paella was immaculate. Came here for a DineLA meal and was sooooo disappointed. We decided to sit outside and that was the first mistake - there was ONE waiter for the 15+ tables out there. He seemed on it at first, but then started talking to a customer about his real estate license and job; he was too busy securing a deal instead of tending to customers. We finallyyyyy placed our order & then the food took a ridiculously long time to come out. The table next to us (who had been seated after us and ordered the same thing) got their apps first?? We were so confused and the waiter simply said they were backed up in the kitchen. The food finally came and it was mediocre. The waygu empanadas and potatoes were the best apps but everything else including the paella was average. The crab croquetas were a fan favorite, but the pan con tomate and paella were also excellent, probably the best paella we've had in the whole SoCal region. Not sure what the dessert was but it had fresh fruit in a fluffy cake and these fun gelatin cubes with ice cream and that might have been worth the trip alone. The only thing was the patio had basically no lighting at night, but I'm sure it's great for lunch. Now that we are in the weeks of Dine LA, it is clearly one of my favorite dining periods of the year. We are lucky, because Dine LA happens TWICE a year, showcasing over 400 restaurants. Wow. It is also my opportunity to visit restaurants for the first time, a selected tasting, especially when their regular menus can reveal steep pricing. In this context, and in my opinion, Teleferic Barcelona, had one of the best $35-45 lunch menus. So inspite of the traffic and the cumbersome parking options, I bit the bullet and was able to make it happen, in spite of it being very difficult to find suitable parking. And after all that, the hostess erroneously stated that Dine LA service would only begin around 3 pm. Until, someone who knew what was going on intervened. For appetizers, the Dine LA Lunch Menu provides 3 assorted tapas. Crab Croqueta (Topped with tuna sashimi and spicy aioli). One piece. It had more filling and I did not taste, see or feel any crab. A major disappointment. Then the Patatas Bravas (Tangy potatoes topped with brava sauce and aioli). A well known Spanish appetizer. It was the largest portion of the three tapas. Nothing new, but nice. Finally, the Tuna Taco appetizer (Marinated ahi tuna, mashed avocado in a fried wonton shell). One piece. This was superb. For the main, the Paella choice (out of 3), I selected the Mixta (Pork belly, chicken, gulf shrimp and Piquillo peppers). A fantastic dish overall, in all parameters, and generous in portion. For the finale, a dessert, the Torrija (Caramelized toast). I may have missed some advertised components here, because I asked it to go . My distant parking meter was running out, and once it arrived, I made a run for it. Once I got home, is when I cut into the toast. A first for me. I am not a dessert or sugar person (unless it is fresh fruit). But I must say, this preparation, even after the ride back to the SFV, still delivered, and was truly memorable. read more

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Dine LA offers two prix-fixe options, $35 and $55. After looking at the menus, we chose the $35 option because it had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, it felt like we were treated differently simply because we ordered the cheaper menu. Our meal--three appetizers and one entrée--took about 1.5 hours to finish because the service was extremely slow. Meanwhile, a table that arrived after us ordered 6-7 dishes, finished their meal, paid, and left before our dessert even arrived. We only received the dessert after we asked the server to check on it. We also noticed that when the table next to us had leftover seafood paella, the server proactively helped pack it up for them. When we asked for the same, the server simply dropped a takeout box on our table and walked away. I understand that we chose the $35 Dine LA menu, but does choosing the cheaper option mean we deserve worse service? Parking here is definitely a gem if you can find street parking. There's currently construction on San Vicente, so that doesn't help. I was able to find parking on one of the smaller streets. There was more metered parking across the street though. I did notice how warm it was in the restaurant and I felt bad for the employees because they were running around in this heat. Other than that, the food here was really good and authentic Spanish dishes. The paella tasted great. The octopus was tender and had good flavor. The Iberico was fantastic and reminded me of what I had in Granada. Thinly sliced and melt in your mouth sweetness. I like that they have a store next door that also sells other Spanish items. They have 2 kinds of Iberico in there. There's one from Teleferic and another more commercialized brand that costs more and supposed to be a little bit better quality. Overall, I like this restaurant and will be on my list of go to's if I want Spanish cuisine. read more

Telefèric in Long Beach is such a gorgeous restaurant and perfect for a date night. The ambiance is romantic and stylish, and the marina-facing location makes the whole experience feel a little more special. There's also a lot of bar seating, which is nice if you want a more casual vibe or just stop in for drinks and tapas. The service was great and the menu is set up tapas-style, which I personally love because it lets you try a variety of dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious. The paella tasted authentic and was full of flavor, and the shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked. That was probably the best tasting dish we had. The crab coquettes were pretty tasty too it was an elevated dish for sure. The Brussels sprouts unfortunately were not good at all and we were excited about them. They looked good but had absolutely no flavor and hardly any glaze. They also have a really nice wine selection. I had a red Cabernet that paired perfectly with the meal and was honestly really good. Another plus was that it wasn't overly crowded when we went on a weekday evening, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a place you have to come with a group so you can try all the different flavors. I came here with my wife and we only ordered one paella which was already too much food for us. The paella is really delicious and flavorful and the rice on the plate is really wide and thin so it makes me feel better eating it on a low carb diet (probably doesn't actually make a difference). We would like to come again to try their tapas as well. Price is reasonable if you're sharing! They have this unique custom where they give you a card and if it's turned a certain way, someone will occasionally bring sangria and pour it into your mouth.The waiter told us that's what they do in Spain. The restaurant establishment is very quiet inside, with few divided sections for dine in experience, window seats and bar counter stool near the entrance, then the major dining hall, and there's a smaller and separated room along the walkway to restroom. I really like their vibrant vibes, colorful but not overwhelming, meantime chill and relaxing, their interior design has utilized the daylight well, stylish decoration ceiling lights and artistic elements. Service 2/5: most servers were friendly and attentive, served water and cleaned the table adequately, although not all are professional and knowledgeable about their food. The kitchen made an obvious mistake of missing certain ingredients, when I checked with one server, he tried to cover it up saying it's there just blended in, I'm very certain that's not the case, maybe defending the kitchen is their job too, but I think it's more acceptable to acknowledge he's unsure rather than try to fool your customers. In the end, the manager agreed the problem and kindly offered to remake, I don't like wasting food, so ended up fixing the issue by serving the missing part as a side. My group of friends and I genuinely enjoyed the ambiance and thought almost all of our dishes were well executed and tasted great, however would've given them a higher rating if it weren't for the unevenly cooked, well done in most parts tomahawk ($125) that we had asked for medium rare came out. I never send things back but given how off this was - we did. I believe the manager came out, didn't say too much except "do you want us to redo this?" In which we all agreed yes... and told us it'll be 35+ minutes of a wait. Which actually was closer to 45. The 2nd time did turn out better. I'm not sure why you need that much time to cook a medium rare steak and if it's a service recovery - we would've hoped it would be in half the time at the least. The bill came out with its own service charge and that was that. If we come back I will update the review based on our new experience as we thought everything else was great except how things were handled. read more

They also have a market right next door and dinner guests get 10% discount. Parking is often an issue in this area of Brentwood. Some of the private lots can be very expensive. Street parking is much more affordable but make sure you check the restrictions and monitor the meter time. My friends and I agreed that they are a bit pricy. Finding a last minute spot for a party of 7 for Mother's Day/birthday is challenging so we were happy when we stumbled upon this spot on open table. We found parking on the street but you still have to pay at the meters on a Sunday. Valet was $15 for the first 2 hours. When we got there staff was very friendly and welcoming and we were seated within 10min. The space is trendy and modern and they have a little market right next to the restaurant. Menu offers tapas, paella, greens and main dishes. We were told paella takes about 30min but it came out within 15min. Everything we ordered off the menu was exceptional and we were left very satisfied. Patatas bravas have a little kick to them which we loved. Crab croquettes were soft and melted in your mouth. Paella mixta was so flavorful and the medium was more than enough for all of us. Brussels sprouts wee good but ai would probably skip it next time. Wagyu empanadas were also a must! I tried the Gambas al Ajillo, Chicken Kebab, Pulpo Teleferic, Crab Croquetas, Patatas Bravas, and Jamon Iberico de Bellota. The prices are a big high for some of the portions, but everything was made well and tasted delicious. The staff is friendly, and our waitress made some good suggestions for us. Had a fabulous experience here celebrating a birthday dinner! The ambiance and decor are beautiful, and the service was truly phenomenal. From our server to the rest of staff and the manager, everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They even gave us a special birthday dessert with a candle for the birthday boy, which was such a sweet touch. Their food is authentic, unique and packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious across the board. Patatas Bravas: My all-time favorite, even the second time around. So rich, so flavorful, and the texture is perfect. Ham Croquetas: Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy inside, with a great ham flavor. Wagyu Empanadas: These were just okay. For $18 you get two very tiny empanadas, and they're so small it's hard to really taste the filling. I wouldn't order these again. Paella Mixta: We split a paella meant for two people among three people, at first we thought it wouldn't be enough because it looked thin, but looks were deceiving. Paired with the tapas, it ended up being plenty, the perfect amount. Great crisp on the bottom and incredible flavor, we all loved it. If you want a little trip to Spain, definitely visit Teleferic. Was unfortunately rather disappointed with this place but let me start with the good stuff. The ambiance and styling of this place is really nice. The interior design of this place is stunning. Service was great as well, the hostess, servers and all the staff were extremely cordial, prompt, and helpful with the menu. Now with the bad, the place gets extremely loud when it's busy, this place does not have very good sound dampening which means that when it gets loud it gets loud, at one point my Apple Watch warned me to protect my ears since it picked up that it was over 90 decibels a few points during our dinner, which for reference is like turning on a blender/food processor next to your ears. This place at time feels more like a bar for dancing then a sit down restaurant, the music they were playing was a bit too clubby and fast paced for my taste. And finally, the food and drinks were quite frankly disappointing. The sangria was extremely watered down and the paella was quite bland which was unfortunate. The red wine we had gotten was also extremely warm which made it a bit off putting to drink. The two things I enjoyed from what we ordered was the croquetas, and the Ribeye Chuleton. The ribeye was in all honesty divine, the flavors were balanced perfectly with the peppers and patatas. Lastly, there was an employee in the mop closet that appeared to be visibly wasted which was a bit concerning, it seems like the other employees were trying to get him up but that was just another experience that really hampered my experience here. I am disappointed on my experience here I was really hoping for this place to be a solid tapas place I could go to more often. read more

I understand that every restaurant has to put their spin on it but this was really missing the mark... since when do we put a aioli sauce in paella or even on potatoes. Yuk!! Amsterdam, maybe but not in seafood. Also chimichurri on shrimp wow this is super new - I ordered paella in Spain at least 20 times and I've never seen it like this. Sangria excellent! Paella 5/10 - I know that they are cooking the seafood whilst still having the paella come out al dente - but our seafood was severely overcooked not much lobster, and a very thin layer of paella - incredibly disappointed, although it was date night and that made it great. I would not recommend this restaurant for paella. It has a great atmosphere. Good drinks nice atmosphere. I know this sounds terrible, but I'm just going to have to go back to La paella for the time being since a few of the restaurants that we frequent have closed - so we will see how long this lasts. Discovered this place through inKind and was looking for some yummy Spanish cuisine. It had a very cozy and modern feel to the restaurant which I liked. Paella 3/5 - I forgot the name of it exactly but I know that it was seafood and had meat in it so it was a combo. It was very delicious but there were some very burnt parts at the bottom of the pan which I'm not sure if it's normal, but I would expect it to be just crispy not black burnt. Other than that I would still give this 4/5 stars but the burnt part kinda ruined the taste of it towards the bottom. Drinks 5/5 - The drinks were very unique and they didn't skimp on the alcohol too. I had a spicy margarita type and it was good as the blood orange taste of it and smoky as well. I also got an Iberian oyster which wasnt fishy at all but lacked a brined flavor. It was a pretty big oyster and the presentation was a 10/10. Teleferic Barcelona has a wonderful atmosphere and a welcoming staff. There are many areas in the restaurant each with its own charm and my wife and I have enjoyed several visits. The patatas bravas were a bit unlike what I am accustomed to but I loved the sauce and flavor. The Brussels sprouts also had a very generous dollop of cream on the top. Moving on to the tomato spread on bread--it went magnificently with the charcuterie and the presentation was beautiful! We enjoyed the ham croquets and my favorite dish of the night was the octopus--absolutely incredible presentation, cooked to perfection, the flavors were delightful and it is so hard to get octopus correct and they really managed to pull it off. Interesting sauce with very tender easy to cut pieces. I would have ordered 3 more if we had not already put a lot in for our order. Finally, we enjoyed the black paella, which we enjoyed and had a very ample portion. Make sure to order it early to give plenty of time! The dessert medley had so many interesting bites, but probably could have been half the size--it was too much for two people but I did enjoy the extra bites and don't get me wrong, the plate was absolutely clean when we were done with it. The sangrias each had their charm, I recommend one of each as one is very sweet and one is a bit richer. I liked hopping back and forth between sips for the perfect blend! Solid Spanish tapas spot in Brentwood. Special thanks to Yelp for running their elite event promotion, since I would have never known this place existed, otherwise. I can't call myself any kind of authority on Spanish cuisine, as I've only eaten at a handful of places. But Teleferic was quite terrific. Quality libations paired to quality bites. For now, I've only had their sparkling wine based Barceloneta sangria and their red wine based Teleferic sangria. The Barceloneta sangria is liquid candy, like having an adult Jolly Rancher in beverage form - traces of Spanish cava, with lemonade and berries, but the fresh sprig of rosemary adds an invigorating touch. The Teleferic is more mature, with touches of gin and brandy in a red blend, more my speed. As food goes, the crab croquetas, iberian ham croquetas, patatas bravas (potatoes), tuna tacos, pulpo Teleferic, Lobster paella, and the trio selection of desserts: churros, orange mochi, and torrija, were enough for me and a female to be adequately full, with enough Lobster paella to box up for next day's breakfast. I wish I could've tried everything on the menu, since everything sounds so damn good, but I'm not trying to film an episode of Man VS Food here. That said, I would definitely come back to try their other tapas and cocktails. The strongest plates of the night for me were the croquetas, pulpo (octopus), and torrija dessert. Croquettes? Prepared perfectly. Crisp and hot on the outside, fluffy creamy to gooey with meat and cheese on the inside. One of the great fried foods of the world, where a lush richness fills your palate. The pulpo Teleferic, a tender octopus tentacle with a gentle potato puree truffle oil sauce. More tender savory than the last few octopus plates I've had this year from other places (aside from that special food court spot, Holbox). This one tasted particularly smart, maybe as intelligent as Paul the Octopus in predicting the winners of the World Cup. As paella goes, it's doable. Just be aware of ordering between having paella with or without soccarat. The soccarat is a traditional, home-style, rustic way of cooking the paella till the bottom layer dries and crusts up to have a chewy, crisp type of bits and pieces (kind of reminds of the way Koreans purposely serve rice in a stone pot where the rice on the edges harden to bits you need to scrape off). The Spanish episode of the cooking competition show Final Table had the judges making sure to highlight the soccarat in the contestants' dishes. If you're not used to it or just uncultured, you might assume that the paella was "ruined" as opposed to intentional. If you want your paella uniformly soft, almost like a risotto or dryer congee texture, order it without soccarat. As flavor goes, I've seen other reviewers complain about the paella being "too fishy" for the seafood paella. To be honest, it's the opposite for me. I was kind of longing for seafood flavor. The big chunks of lobster are decent, as are the other parts like the shrimp and octopus, but I think the flavor overall was a bit more mild, than impactful. But I'd still come back and give their squid ink paella a try. Ditto goes for the tuna tacos. They're decent, in taste and texture; just not the best example I've had where I'd be clamoring to re-order it. Patatas bravas, a bowl filled with crisp potatoes topped with aioli is okay, but I wasn't in love with. It'll fill the vegetarian offering, but overall flavor profile is gentle, light, creamy. I wish the potatoes were cooked up a bit more, like to have a crisp or crunchy outer texture (like the fried potatoes at The Pantry!), but this was served with a soft consistency. Out of the trio of desserts, the orange mochi and the torrija were the most distinct and impressionable. I'll go with the torrija as my favorite pick. Catalan toast, crisp bite on the outside, soft spongy on the inside, with a light if elegant custard oozing out from the center. Paired to the ice cream, it's a soothing kind of sweetness that I could devour more of. The Orange mochi, classy and demure, also has a creamy center of citrus notes. The flavor sense brings me to a childhood of eating orange creamsicle bars, but this dessert metamorphisized from finishing school into something understated but high class. The churro works, filled with chocolate. You can clown on me for preferring a Costco churro with a cup filled with chocolate syrup. Okay, the overall flavor here at Telerific is better and not cloyingly sweet, but I still was wanting more, a little special something - and its texture was harder on bite in, and less satisfying once you get through it. Definitely check out the market next door, with great wines and other take-home snacks and bites! Place is priced for upper-middle class and celebrities. Gratuity is automatic 18%, but I prefer to add a bit more, especially for great service and complimentary yelp elite bites 'n drinks. read more

Celebrated a birthday with a group of 3 which was a good size for this restaurant. They treated us to a free birthday dessert which was very kind! Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Ambiance was busy but not too loud, and I loved the decor. This spot was featured on a recent season of Selling Sunset as well. Loved the Barceloneta sangria - it was very sweet, which I like. Would come back just for this drink. We ordered the patatas bravas (nothing wrong with potatoes and sauce) and the large paella mixta (which they warn you takes about 20-30 min to make). This size was enough for 4, maybe even 5 people in my opinion. The food looks beautiful. I think it had a good flavor overall but the predominant flavor was oil and it did not taste as good as paella I've had in Europe (but it did help satisfy that paella craving). Parking was hard to find in Brentwood but they do have valet for ~$13 if I remember correctly. Bathroom onsite. FYI, for parties greater than 10 a set menu (starting at around $45pp) OR minimum spend of $65pp including food and drink is required. We were initially hoping to bring a bigger group and share some appetizers and try several different paellas. The cheapest set menu only offers 1 type of paella, while the à la carte option felt too expensive per person for shared plates with a party where not everyone drinks. It became too complicated so we ended up finding another location that could accommodate a large group without any menu or spending requirements, and still spent at least $500 on the meal (closer to $35 pp). I would encourage them to reconsider these large party restrictions as they could still profit while being a bit more flexible. read more

Had to return after having an incredible expierience at a yelp event. This time decided to take advantage of their market located next door and took home 2 sangrias! One was the Barceloneta sangria which was their sparkling wine and the other was the spicy sangria. They had a solid 4 servings in each of the glass bottles. The staff member here was truly so sweet, kind and helpful. They even have already pre-made do it at home paella kits that contained the pan and all the fixings. At the restaurant I decided to try their wagyu empanadas, tuna tacos, and butter beer which had bourban base and contained egg white. Again, a wonderful experience, perfectly curated menu and drinks, and wonderful ambiance thru and thru, with beautiful lighting and incredible staff! Came here for a lovely dinner with friends. This is such a cute restaurant-- the inside is nice and well-decorated, and the patio in the back is super cute. We went on a Monday so it was empty but I bet this would be popping and so fun on a weekend. Our server was also a highlight, coming all the way to the back to serve us, helping us with the music, turning on the heat lamps, and overall being so sweet and friendly. Most of the food was really good- croquetas and patatas bravas especially, but for the price I would honestly expect more to be so honest. Especially the paella. Food 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Service 5/5 To be transparent, I never really liked tapas, but was enticed to try this place out because of a yelp elite event where you'd get two tapas and two drinks and let me tell you - I am believer in tapas now and am inspired to want to go to Spain! This place looks unassuming from the outside, but as soon as you step in you are greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. The ambiance is modern, clean, dim but well lit and trendy. The food was actually so good that I ordered SIX tapas, a paella, a dessert and two sangrias for two people! The tapas are small portions, but PACKED with flavor and textures. The yelp elite event gifted the Jamon croquetas (crispy ham croquettes) and the patatas bravas (potato covered in sauce) and they wear phenomenal. The croquettes were so light and savory and definitely recommend the patatas bravas (potato's) because this dish is so warm and cozy. The Brussel sprouts was one of the best Brussel sprout dishes I've ever had -- light, zesty and tangy and full of flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't prefer the Wagyu empenadas despite the fact that it was by far the most aesthetically pleasing dish to look at. They were slightly dry and probably wouldn't order these again. By the time we got to the paella, I was already full, but I'd have to say that paellas aren't typically my cup of tea, but it did come with a good amount of seafood and we had a lot to pack home. Once you move to dessert, we got the trio plate but to be honest, we couldn't finish it all so if you just want to choose one item, make sure to get the toast. It was absolutely DEVINE. Crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside and not overly sweet. Unfortunately the churros were too dense and way too sweet. Some hits and misses. The hostess was very nice. Friendly and hospitable. She warned me the area I chose to sit the HVAC was not working. But 2/3rs thru the meal it started to work, so it was ok. The decor was wonderful. You will feel transported. Bathrooms were not very clean at 7:30pm. Maybe a touch up is required mid-service. My waiter was ok, inattentive at times. Maybe new? I had to ask him several times for ice for my water. At some point he left or got reassigned to other tables. I lost track of him. I asked 2 more staff members, and they were able to take care of me. The waiter pushed the Lobster Paella, for $62 not a great value. The paella is a very thin THIN (REALLY THIN) layer of rice, and the dominant ingredient is NOT lobster (it's the minor ingredient). 6 small pcs of lobster. Mostly shrimp and octopus. It could just be an appetizer size, or small entree portion. - But the seafood broth they used was extraordinary, very delish Their sangrias are delish, beautifully presented. The waiter obliged me and my kidney issues, and made the sangria half with soda water. It was perfection. When my friend joined me her sangria was made the normal way, tasty, beautiful!!! WELL DONE - 5 stars for the bartender. - Best sangria of my life! THE BEST DISH OF THE NIGHT: The gambas (shrimps) were great. Cooked in alot of olive oil and darkened sliced garlic. It had fried or grilled leek pieces too. It is a good portion. The shrimp heads were fabulous. It came with 2 more slices of grilled bread. - Too much bread on the table, wish the waiter talked me out of ordering the side of bread A side of bread. I wanted bread with butter. Waiter assured me it is grilled with butter. NOT TRUE. No butter and too charred for my kidneys. - Bread was light and airy, it was dry so good to pick up sauces The gem cesar was lackluster. The lettuce was wilted or not fresh. There were rocks in 2 of 3 bites in each piece. Maybe forgot to clean it? - The sauce is a heavy crema/that is cheesy - There is no brightness of acid, it needs it The tomato salad (heirloom) was sliced tomatoes sitting on top of sauces and also drizzled with delish sauces. They poured the salad dressing from this tiny decanter that looks like a glass genie in a bottle (TOO CUTE!!!). Very charming presentation. - The only downer is the tomatoes were very ripe / soft, I guess I am just used to a firmer tomato I used the In-Kind APP for a $30 off $90 bill. The in-Kind app does not match my bill / ticket #14. I have to go after them for a $44 credit + tax + tip related to the overcharge. - They also hit me with a $21.06 service fee on top of everything else - VERY DISAPPOINTING - I am requesting a refund with the app for over charges $69.57 - Now I have to waste my time to rectify this Parking is tough, all street parking. Warm golden lighting, bar seating for casual date night, or couch seating for a more intimate touch. And the sangria!
