I love this spot in my neighborhood! So delicious and great ambiance. Anyone who doesn't enjoy this spot is missing the point. Enjoy some tapas and then you must get the paella. The service is not trying to rush you out of there to fill up faster. They really care and have a lovely shop too.

Terrific place to celebrate my friends birthday! It definitely brought me back to Barcelona. Loved the decor and the staff was great. I always enjoy being able to share food and boy did we order well! My favorite was between the wagu empanada and the crab croquettes. I'm glad we went with the mix paeota. I loved the mojito drink I got with mango flavor. So refreshing!

Ambiance 5/5: it's a trendy Spanish tapa place located in Brentwood area, small valet parking lot on the same street, then very limited street parking nearby. The restaurant establishment is very quiet inside, with few divided sections for dine in experience, window seats and bar counter stool near the entrance, then the major dining hall, and there's a smaller and separated room along the walkway to restroom. I really like their vibrant vibes, colorful but not overwhelming, meantime chill and relaxing, their interior design has utilized the daylight well, stylish decoration ceiling lights and artistic elements. Service 2/5: most servers were friendly and attentive, served water and cleaned the table adequately, although not all are professional and knowledgeable about their food. The kitchen made an obvious mistake of missing certain ingredients, when I checked with one server, he tried to cover it up saying it's there just blended in, I'm very certain that's not the case, maybe defending the kitchen is their job too, but I think it's more acceptable to acknowledge he's unsure rather than try to fool your customers. In the end, the manager agreed the problem and kindly offered to remake, I don't like wasting food, so ended up fixing the issue by serving the missing part as a side. Food & Drink 3/5: variety choices of tapas, main courses, and paella, overall their drinks are more impressive than food HAM CROQUETAS - **** Croquetas with Iberian ham and aioli, very crispy and flavorful, recommend PATATAS BRAVAS - *** Crispy potatoes topped with Brava sauce and aioli, the potatoes weren't crispy rather tasted soggy and mushy PULPO TELEFÈRIC - **** Galician octopus with truffle oil and Pimentón potato purée, tasted grilled octopus, recommend PAELLA NEGRA - *** Squid ink, gulf shrimp, scallops, clams and octopus, rice was tasty although not crispy, unfortunately all seafood were so overcooked, scallops and clams were very rubbery, shrimp was very dry, barely edible BARCELONETA SANGRIA - ***** Sparkling wine, lemonade, prickly pear, honey, rosemary orange, mixed berries, refreshing fruity taste, highly recommend TELEFÈRIC SANGRIA - **** Red wine blend, Gin, Brandy, Triple Sec, orange and apple juice, cinnamon, fresh fruits, mint, mixed bold flavors, recommend Price 3/5: small to medium portions, overpriced for its quality, expect $60+ towards each one's order for a fulfilling meal. Watch your bill that they charge 18% mandatory service fee here, and no tip is expected on top of that. Overall, I still think this place is worth trying, maybe you'll have a better experience just for tapas and drinks.

Telefèric in Long Beach is such a gorgeous restaurant and perfect for a date night. The ambiance is romantic and stylish, and the marina-facing location makes the whole experience feel a little more special. There's also a lot of bar seating, which is nice if you want a more casual vibe or just stop in for drinks and tapas. The service was great and the menu is set up tapas-style, which I personally love because it lets you try a variety of dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious. The paella tasted authentic and was full of flavor, and the shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked. That was probably the best tasting dish we had. The crab coquettes were pretty tasty too it was an elevated dish for sure. The Brussels sprouts unfortunately were not good at all and we were excited about them. They looked good but had absolutely no flavor and hardly any glaze. They also have a really nice wine selection. I had a red Cabernet that paired perfectly with the meal and was honestly really good. Another plus was that it wasn't overly crowded when we went on a weekday evening, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with great food, great wine, and a romantic atmosphere. I'd definitely love to go back.

This is a place you have to come with a group so you can try all the different flavors. I came here with my wife and we only ordered one paella which was already too much food for us. The paella is really delicious and flavorful and the rice on the plate is really wide and thin so it makes me feel better eating it on a low carb diet (probably doesn't actually make a difference). We would like to come again to try their tapas as well. Price is reasonable if you're sharing! They have this unique custom where they give you a card and if it's turned a certain way, someone will occasionally bring sangria and pour it into your mouth. The waiter told us that's what they do in Spain. Really cool! Food also came out pretty fast. Restaurant has upscale and romantic vibes.

My group of friends and I genuinely enjoyed the ambiance and thought almost all of our dishes were well executed and tasted great, however would've given them a higher rating if it weren't for the unevenly cooked, well done in most parts tomahawk ($125) that we had asked for medium rare came out. I never send things back but given how off this was - we did. I believe the manager came out, didn't say too much except "do you want us to redo this?" In which we all agreed yes... and told us it'll be 35+ minutes of a wait. Which actually was closer to 45. The 2nd time did turn out better. I'm not sure why you need that much time to cook a medium rare steak and if it's a service recovery - we would've hoped it would be in half the time at the least. The bill came out with its own service charge and that was that. If we come back I will update the review based on our new experience as we thought everything else was great except how things were handled.

Came here on a weeknight for dinner and the place was pretty busy. Reservations were easy to make though, so I didn't need to wait to be seated. This restaurant has a nice ambiance. I tried the Gambas al Ajillo, Chicken Kebab, Pulpo Teleferic, Crab Croquetas, Patatas Bravas, and Jamon Iberico de Bellota. The prices are a big high for some of the portions, but everything was made well and tasted delicious. The staff is friendly, and our waitress made some good suggestions for us. Parking might be difficult on busy nights, but I managed to find free street parking about a block away.

Had a fabulous experience here celebrating a birthday dinner! The ambiance and decor are beautiful, and the service was truly phenomenal. From our server to the rest of staff and the manager, everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They even gave us a special birthday dessert with a candle for the birthday boy, which was such a sweet touch. Their food is authentic, unique and packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious across the board. Patatas Bravas: My all-time favorite, even the second time around. So rich, so flavorful, and the texture is perfect. Ham Croquetas: Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy inside, with a great ham flavor. Wagyu Empanadas: These were just okay. For $18 you get two very tiny empanadas, and they're so small it's hard to really taste the filling. I wouldn't order these again. Paella Mixta: We split a paella meant for two people among three people, at first we thought it wouldn't be enough because it looked thin, but looks were deceiving. Paired with the tapas, it ended up being plenty, the perfect amount. Great crisp on the bottom and incredible flavor, we all loved it. If you want a little trip to Spain, definitely visit Teleferic. I will most definitely be back!

    Meat and Seafood Paella

Discovered this place through inKind and was looking for some yummy Spanish cuisine. It had a very cozy and modern feel to the restaurant which I liked. Paella 3/5 - I forgot the name of it exactly but I know that it was seafood and had meat in it so it was a combo. It was very delicious but there were some very burnt parts at the bottom of the pan which I'm not sure if it's normal, but I would expect it to be just crispy not black burnt. Other than that I would still give this 4/5 stars but the burnt part kinda ruined the taste of it towards the bottom. Drinks 5/5 - The drinks were very unique and they didn't skimp on the alcohol too. I had a spicy margarita type and it was good as the blood orange taste of it and smoky as well. It all balanced very well with the paella too.

Came with my dad and it was delicious! We loved everything we got. The Paella Negra stole the show 10/10! Also had a good choice of spritz'!

A very beautiful upscale open kitchen location compared to their more dimly lit Spanish style Long Beach location. Super modern kitchen and dining! Their Ham croquettes were amazing as always creamy croquette filling and savory ham with a crispy exterior. Their papas Bravas were good but I wish they were a bit crispier but I loved the aioli it came with the spicy red tomato sauce. I also got an Iberian oyster which wasnt fishy at all but lacked a brined flavor. It was a pretty big oyster and the presentation was a 10/10. The teleferic sangria is just okay they pour it out of a premade pitcher. Overall I would totally come back for some good food and amazing ambiance.

    Leslie P.

I've been to the other locations and this place is up to par with everything other location. We had a light lunch of ham croquettes, patatas bravas, tuna croquettes and grilled octopus. We each had sangria's and shared the churro dessert . Everything was amazing! I loved the tune croquettes and the churros...droooool! The place is dog friendly, and easy street parking even for a Saturday!

Teleferic Barcelona has a wonderful atmosphere and a welcoming staff. There are many areas in the restaurant each with its own charm and my wife and I have enjoyed several visits. The patatas bravas were a bit unlike what I am accustomed to but I loved the sauce and flavor. The Brussels sprouts also had a very generous dollop of cream on the top. Moving on to the tomato spread on bread--it went magnificently with the charcuterie and the presentation was beautiful! We enjoyed the ham croquets and my favorite dish of the night was the octopus--absolutely incredible presentation, cooked to perfection, the flavors were delightful and it is so hard to get octopus correct and they really managed to pull it off. Interesting sauce with very tender easy to cut pieces. I would have ordered 3 more if we had not already put a lot in for our order. Finally, we enjoyed the black paella, which we enjoyed and had a very ample portion. Make sure to order it early to give plenty of time! The dessert medley had so many interesting bites, but probably could have been half the size--it was too much for two people but I did enjoy the extra bites and don't get me wrong, the plate was absolutely clean when we were done with it. The sangrias each had their charm, I recommend one of each as one is very sweet and one is a bit richer. I liked hopping back and forth between sips for the perfect blend! All in all another wonderful evening and very much looking forward to returning to try more of the menu!

My husband opted for a neat Caballito Cerrero Puntas pour (high proof agave spirit). They only had 0.5 Oz for their bottle and only charged for the partial pour. People came in and ordered anything from cocktails to neat pours to flights. It was a cool spot and the bartenders seemed pretty well versed in different cocktails, giving a few suggestions to different patrons. Even making a few Espresso Martinis for a couple of girls that didn't really like their initial cocktails. Staff was cool, attentive, and pretty quick and efficient with the pours. Most of the bars are dive bars in downtown Santa Monica, and parking is quite accessible for this place. So I'd recommend for that reason. In terms of the drinks, I'm a huge fan of cocktail but I would say their menu selections are a bit limited. There was also another gentleman who helped us out as we were DYING of heat in our little corner and he came by and gave us an electric fan. He definitely went out of his way and accommodated us. Overall service is great, food is absolutely delicious and the vibes are fun. We happened to stay past 08 to join for karaoke hour! We will be back soon!

We hung out at the bar for some time then moved to a booth. I enjoyed most of our time there, but there were some odd interactions with staff. I thought it was odd that we got carded at the bar by a doorman instead of at the door. Also, near closing time we were shouted at twice about the last call for drinks. Also, around closing time a staff member came over to our table and yelled that we had to leave and that he will get fired whilst clearing our table. I told him we were waiting on our friend to leave since they went had just gone to the restroom. He said he understood. Upon him stepping away briefly and then returning to clear more items from our table, I asked him to not shout at us as it was our first time visiting the place. He didn't respond. I felt disappointed leaving the bar in how we were treated towards the end of our visit.

It doesn't just look good, it pulls you into a different mood the moment you walk in. The space is thoughtfully split. One side has a cozy fireplace with lounge seating that feels intimate and elevated. The other side opens up into the bar with dining tables up front, giving it a more social, slightly livelier energy. Drinks are absolutely amazing. Crafted well, balanced, and consistent. But what really stands out is how the ambiance takes over the entire experience. The crowd shows up. Well dressed, confident, and adds to the overall vibe instead of taking away from it. Some places you go just for drinks. Here, the ambiance takes it to another level. It feels like an experience, not just a night out.
