That's why they get one star which they would get zero. If it was possible. You can do better unfortunately on Amazon or other vendors that actually have a warranty that they'll give you. Upon arrival for my appointment I was met with the same great customer service. Plus a bonus treat for me, a shop dog who kept me company while I was waiting. This is a small independent shop who is really there to take care of their customers. They're not about upselling you or charging you for things you don't need. As a woman it's hard to find shops that you can trust, let alone enjoy patronizing. So I was delighted to find these guys. I went in for an oil change and I received an oil change. None of this, "oh by the way you need" or "you should really consider" I usually experience. They were helpful and answered any questions I had. The timing was as to be expected, ready on time for my scheduled service as well as the typical service time. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be returning for my future service needs!

George is only there part of the day and it varies from day to day. I ordered an axle around 8/1 after dropping off the original. George called me to confirm details and said it was ordered and would take 7-10 days. I called back several times to get ahold of George as his schedule fluctuates and he advised it would ship on 8/19, this was 8/13, this matters later. This was significantly longer than he had stated originally so I asked him to follow up with the vendor and this was not possible according to him. On the 18th I followed up to ensure it was going to ship and he stated it would ship on the 19th. I called on the 19th and he said he had a tracking number and confirmed it was shipping and delivery of 8/21. It is now 8/21 and he called and advised there was no axle. I asked him when he ordered it and he said 8/13, surprise. This has been the worst experience with regards to customer service. I will never do business here again

Do you have extended measurements (off the vehicle) of your existing shocks? As mentioned, the parts that were sent out are what we typically use on 6" setups for the 2014+ Ram. If you needed something longer it would have to be one of the universal length shocks that Fox has. We've only come across a couple of trucks over the last several years that needed the longer shocks. If you get some measurements we can confirm if you do need something longer. Some lift kit manufacturers will also provide the extended length of the shocks that come with their kits if you can't get the extended and collapsed measurements with the shocks off the vehicle.
