They scheduled an appointment about a week out. The morning of, we got texts from them confirming the appointment and name of technician. He arrived in the time window, saw what the issue was, confirmed what he planned to do, and the price given by V & L. He worked about an hour, even adding a shut-off valve for no additional cost. Once job was approved, we paid on the spot with a credit card, technician giving a hand written invoice and an email receipt from the company. They promptly followed up to see how the job went.
