I had a breast biopsy scheduled. I waited more than a month for this appointment and they called the evening before and cancelled last minute. Stated they had a last minute scheduling change. This is so unprofessional. The actual location on Temecula parkway doesn't ever answer phones or return calls so you have to rely on speaking with someone from the call center which isn't very helpful at all. I called back to reschedule and now they can't see me for another week! And I have to drive all the way to Rancho Cucamonga! read more

Unfortunately, they're not many imaging options in the valley. I've gone here for several different exams. Everything from chest x-rays to ultrasound to DEXA scans. x-rays are walk-ins only; frustrating because I've waited for up to an hour for an x-ray. Other scans- make appointments. Depending on the scan, it's pretty easy to get in. An exception to that would be nuclear medicine, PET scans -limited availability. I made an appointment a month out for a nuclear medicine scan and was canceled the day before due to tech availability. This was a crucial exam for me to get so I had to hustle and find something else. Luckily, I found Temecula Valley nuclear medicine in Murietta. Fantastic facility, wonderful staff, and they were able to get me in quickly. Back to RADNET/Temecula Valley imaging. My main issue is that it's easy to make an appointment, you're asked to fill out forms online and when you arrive, there's always a line to check in. And when you get up to one of the staff members, there always some confusion or delay, mainly because the clerks are talking about other things like their personal lives or what they did on the weekends rather than focusing on what their job is, which is to check pts in for their tests. there doesn't seem to be any kind of manager monitoring this and there's a lot of clerks back there. I'm not sure what they're all doing. And then you always have to wait. So what's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes for check-in, and sitting in the lobby area. The other thing that I don't like is the waiting room is always filled with people and when it's your time called, the tech will open the door and scream your name first and last out loud. So much for confidentiality. There should be a better way., Maybe just say someone's first name. Whoever owns or manages this facility should do an overhaul of the check-in process, and staff training on how to be professional and courteous. Unfortunately, there are few alternatives. Now that this area is growing, hopefully healthcare will improve and rival Orange County or San Diego options. read more

Took my doctor requested mammogram to my scheduled appointment in their Murietta office. Front desk asked if I had concerns. I made the mistake of responding yes thinking nothing of it. I was told from the front desk that my appointment is cancelled and I needed to go back to my doctor for a new request for an additional ultrasound included with my mammogram. I told them I just wanted a mammogram and they continued to deny the mammogram appointment. I did comply got the additional ultrasound included and made appointment at the Temecula office soonest appointment was a month out. I called two days prior to appointment to confirm. They forgot to tell me there were two appointments one at 12:00 mammogram and one at 1:00 ultrasound, They only told me about the 1:00. I would have shown up an hour late and probably not been seen. Today as I was driving down for the appointment they called me to say they will have to reschedule as there is a 2 hour back-up in patients. At least they called as it is an hour drive for me to Temecula. My question is who gave them the power to tell the patient that they know better than the patient and the doctor that a mammogram is not enough. More money maybe! This whole ordeal with them has been a cluster. I'm done! read more

If you have bad experience here, I highly recommend you file a grievance with you insurance as i did. They are required to respond to your ins. Every time I'm there someone is arguing w the front staff about something. Been here a few times. Xray tech was rude to my special needs kid. Super irritated w her and she is 9. I told him the doctor wanted me to take the films to him. Xray tech said no he didn't. Went back to check the order in her chart and it clearly stated in bold letters to give films to patient. Just an overall nasty place. I truly feel bad for the front desk for having to deal w this place it is a mess. I had an appt for an MRI and still waited over an hr. They can never find what they're looking for. I have been trying to get and x Ray for my foot for three months. The last time I was there I. NOVEMBER OF 2022, I waited for two hours and didn't get seen so i left. Obviously I have a job and don't have the availability to walse in when they want me to go. Today I called and asked what time they stop taking walk ins and the girl said 6pm. I showed up at 5:25and they turned me away saying the x ray tech was past his time. MD ordered STAT Chest CT. Office called me yesterday and scheduled me for 8pm Friday. Got a text message a bit later saying my appt was cancelled and to call back and reschedule. I immediately called back and the staff person was unable to say why my appt was cancelled and scheduled me again this time for 7:55pm Friday. I received a text message @ 5:15pm Friday that instructed me to call their office they were trying to reach me about my appt. I called when I saw the message and the recording said they closed @ 5:30 pm and to call the next business day. I showed up for my appt and was told my appt was cancelled because they don't do CTs that late in the day. They could have called me all day to tell me that & they didn't. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They scheduled my STAT CT for the following Friday. So much for STAT service. AVOID at all cost if you care about customer service. read more

They lied saying they made me an appt at the other location and when I get there -no appt was made. This entire operation is a mess. It took a very long time to make an appointment. They struggled to process my surgeons authorization; they ended up not being able to at all even when I brought it in in person. Finally got an appointment, showed up for said appointment and they said oh actually let's do next week. Show up for that appointment for them to say oh your insurance has reached out to us, I left you a voicemail. They did not leave me a voicemail and then offered to make a third appointment. I came here to have my MRI's done today; I was nervous and did not know what to expect. The office is very clean and spacious. Angel and Alex were the two Techs who so graciously guided me through the process. These two gentlemen were very professional, communicated and broke down each step of the process, kept me informed with how much time I had left in the machine, checked on me asked how I was feeling with so much compassion. Angel and Alex were very respectful and made sure I had a nice warm blanket for my own comfort. If I ever had to get another mri done I would definitely come back here just for the remarkable patient care Alex and Angel provided me with. This is a joke. My doctor called in an order for a cervical X-ray which they claim they never received so I have to call my doctors office from the lobby and get them to give a verbal order over the phone. After that was all straightened out I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes because they don't take X-ray appointments. So many people were angry and waiting to talk to the desk about the same question: how much longer for my test? I waited too when I was told there were still 7 people ahead of me with multiple body parts for imaging... another one hour wait at least! My problem then became I was overdue for my medication so I left and came back next day. Checked in 15 minutes early (before opening) for the same test and as I wrote this I'm still waiting.... Absolutely terrible place for imaging. Go somewhere else. read more

I wish I had read reviews before coming here. This is my second visit and it is absolutely awful. The wait time is ridiculous. The staff upstairs was unprofessional. Signs all over state "Mask required" and I was instructed to wear one upon entry, which was not a problem. However, the staff member who told me to put one on had hers below her nose (useful) and did not make another patient in the room wear one. Discrimination? Appears to be. I figured one bad visit did not warrant a poor review, so I gave them benefit of the doubt. But here I sit, on visit two, with yet another bad experience. The wait time was so long. They leave you waiting in line forever before calling you up just to sign in (40 minutes). I do not intend to return here again. If you are able to get Imaging done somewhere else, do it! read more

Basic x-ray service is ONLY walk-in. Wife waited 2.5 hours. How do you plan your time around a unknown schedule. Only one X-ray tech available. here is the problem... Some patients have appointments for other imaging needs. When I checked in there are two lines Appointments and non- appointments. The receptionist only took appointment patients then after there were no more then the other line people were called. So the long wait started with a delayed check-in. I felt like a second class patient because we could not get an appointment. I understand the need to keep those on schedule but the whole atmosphere was Advanced Imaging staff did not think non-appointment time was valued. tow recommendations 1. Provide patients a number to show place in sequence. 2. Use an announcing system like DMV so we know when our number is called. The noise in the waiting room was loud and the staff tried yell out our names over the roar. Hard to hear. everyone was frustrated with the wait. A poor way to run a business. Someone in management should sit in the lobby for a hour and try to figure out how to fix the piss poor process of getting an X-ray. read more

ABSOLUTE CLUSTER F@CK FOR ALL TEMECULA VALLEY IMAGING LOCATIONS! Just go somewhere else and save yourself the time, money, and headache! That's the short version. The long version is they had me go to the 25150 Hancock location only to pull me out early from the MRI machine and ask me to come back the next day to a completely different location (35455 Medical Center Dr) to finish my MRI. First red flag! When I went to the Medical Center Drive location the next day, none of the staff had any idea why I was there (nobody thought to add a note to my account), charged my card twice, I overheard the MRI tech arguing with the MRI tech from the Hancock location, and I had to keep explaining the situation with front desk staff who I'm surprised know how to tie their shoes. Second red flag!! After I finally get the MRI done, they tell me to come back in 3-5 business days to pick up the CD and report. So I did.. I called ahead and confirmed my MRI CD and report were ready for pickup which obviously didn't make a difference because I get handed the WRONG CD and report when I arrive. So I tell them it's the wrong one and the front desk confess and say they can't find my CD or report because the tech labeled it wrong and it's not in the system. Third red flag!!! I AGAIN have to explain the whole situation and wait until they can pull their heads out of their a$$e$ to find the right CD and I honestly cant tell you if they even handed me the right one. I was so over the whole situation that I just left. So yeah, back to what I said at the beginning, do NOT go to this place. If I could give negative stars I would! read more

This place doesn't get one star from me. They've got receptionists who are rude and schedulers that don't care. They've also made it harder for patients to make appointments for X-ray. You can no longer call their call center to schedule an appt, you have to use their appt app or online to make the appt. Even though they used to do this, receptionists are not willing at all to help you make one. They refer you to their website and are not willing to help you navigate. Even after you have everything documented and plans made for travel, babysitters etc. If you schedule an appointment it's basically a coin flip if you get to actually keep it. That being if both sides of the coin are you loosing. If u ever do manage to get in, be prepared to deal with either people that have no skills in there designated job field or people that just plain don't care. Jury is still out on that one. This isn't one experience either this is multiple experiences here. At times I do wonder if it will be less painful just staying at home and dying then the pain and suffering of dealing with this place. If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. I had an appointment at 1:10 today, did all of my paperwork online. The online prompt asked me to come in at 1. I walked in the door at 12:57. The lines weren't long, I had 3 people in front of me and there were probably 10 people working behind the desk. The girls take forever to call the next person in line. They are looking at their nails, trying to type with nails that look like claws. I finally made it to the desk at 1:20... they check me in and I sit down. 5 minutes go by and they call me up to tell me that they can't see me today because I was late. Staff not friendly. They will not serve you with a smile, they won't pay attention to you until you assert yourself. The appointment was 3pm. They attended to patient at 4:30pm. Then we waited another 10 minutes so the techs can "prepare" the machine... only for them to say, "we cannot do it". We were very specific and clear to their Murrieta clinic who referred us to the Temecula clinic - that patient cannot lie flat because of breathing problems. Patient needs to be inclined. Is the machine in Temecula able to do that, and Murrieta answered YES. So we accepted the referral to Temecula. Temecula office is a big disappointment. Murrieta office has better patient relations, warmer, friendlier and show patients they (staff) really care. Temecula feels like you're a disturbance to their schedule. You barely see personnel at the counter; saw them conglomerating for a chat about personal vacations rather than take care of patients waiting to be called - hour and a half after the appointed time. They leave a bad taste to the mouth. Seriously need an overhaul or retraining. read more

I have been having lots of doctors appointments and test lately. It is very frustrating to deal with the unknown, oncology. I had to get a ct with contrast done and was not looking forward to it. I haven't had a good experience with most of the test I've had (at many different facilities)... so I definitely was worried about this appointment. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork, I was greeted by front desk and checked in. I was promptly called in by Lucas. Lucas and Curtis did my CT scan. They were both very nice and were with me the entire time. I didn't feel alone, and they made everything so easy. They explained the entire procedure. They talked me through everything and made me feel safe. Being able to find people like them when you feel at your lowest, by not knowing the outcome... is definitely a blessing. Avoid Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging on De Portola road! We went for a STAT-ultrasound. There were so many upset people complaining about waiting 2 hours when they had appointments. We wait to check in for appointment downstairs and then they send us upstairs for our STAT ultrasound. Our wait to get the test was ok. Lady Ultrasound tech took us right away. I witnessed the guy ultrasound tech frustrate and turn away 2 different customers. Asking them to point to the problem in public and telling them their doctors ordered the wrong tests. He refused to do any ordered tests unless they called the doctor to add additional tests. One lady had orders that they saw downstairs but upstairs office said they never got any orders! Same building.... hello? The Lady in Ultrasound was good and that is why the 3 stars. Guy was not. I had to call 4 times for 20 minutes each call to get the STAT test read. read more

I went to this facility to get a mammogram. They told me they would send a copy to my physician and me. I never received my copy so I had to go back to the facility to get my copy. I made an appointment at this facility for an MRI. They scheduled my appointment and told me they would send me a text message to remind me of my appointment, they never did. I arrived at the facility in plenty of time for my appointment and was told my appointment was not at that facility but down the road at another facility. So I drove down the road to the other facility and upon checking in I was informed that my appointment was not at that facility but all the way up in Menifee. As a result of all my running around I would highly recommend anybody maki an appointment with this company to be sure you get an assurance of the location for your appointment and double check. read more

Reading these reviews I was expecting the worst; couldn't have been more wrong. I called late this morning to make an appt. for a mammogram. They had an opening for this afternoon. I filled out the information online. Showed up early as requested, checked in and provided my id and ins. card. She printed out paperwork for me to sign -- I did not have to re-fill out anything. Waited only a few minutes to be called. Shannon the tech was wonderful; I was in and out in no time. I was back home within 20 minutes of my scheduled appt. time. Only cons: I couldn't schedule appt online because the list of providers is very short and mine was not there; it was a required field so I couldn't add her and couldn't continue. Called for appt. instead. The call center person was beyond great. Only one employee didn't wear her mask properly, but of course -- this being Temecula -- fully half of the people in the waiting room had pulled their masks down below their chins. A nurse with the bun on top of her head, told some lady with a little kid, they couldn't perform her procedure today and she needed to reschedule. Then she proceeded to put her in front of me. It then took the receptionist 20-25 minutes to reschedule her, making my check in time late. Then the so called "supervisor" came to tell me they couldn't do my procedure because I had had checked inlate! I had already been here 1hr 45 minutes! I WAS NOT LATE! YOU PEOPLE WERE!! First she said the tech was gone. Then she said he was on his last patient. Then after I kept arguing with her saying it wasn't my fault, she said he had an emergency and couldn't stay. She couldn't even get her lie straight. She tried to say she told me to be there 30 minutes before my appointment. She did not say that. She said 15 minutes, because all my paperwork had been submitted online. And I showed her the text I got from them saying to be there 15 minutes before my appointment, not 30. My appointment with my endocrinologist is Wednesday. What good does it do me to get a biopsy next Friday. Then have to reschedule with my endocrinologist, and he is booked out to mid September. I have been waiting for this biopsy since March. It took my insurance company going back and forth with my Dr to finally approve it. Your customer service is getting worse and worse each time I go there. My last ultrasound had to be rescheduled the morning of my appointment. I have a degenerative muscle disease, so it's not like getting out of my house is easy! It takes a whole production and so much time for me to get up and ready. My wife was referred to TVAI for a vascular procedure. She arrived at the imaging center and was blindsided by a technician informing her that the procedure could not be done due to risk. When questioned the tech stated her the procedure was cancelled due to a secondary DVT. Just 2 weeks ago we met with a vascular surgeon and there was no mention of a secondary clot. Now my wife is seriously depressed and feels that she doesn't know who to trust. My question is where is the doctor at TVAI? The answer is "nowhere" because none came into consult with her. As a seasoned healthcare professional I am shocked that a tech would deliver this information to my wife. Techs do not diagnose they are task focused not and have no latitude or authority to make that call. Bad Outcome - Poor Care - No Consideration - ??? My wife's doctor should have been called and that flat out didn't happen. What did this tech believe she was doing or did she think at all. Hmmmm??? read more
