I called yesterday for an oil change. The lady on the phone told me they have "the afternoon or first thing in the morning". She said there are only two people with 7:00 AM appointments and they have four techs. I booked 7:00. I was the first one in line. I checked in on the kiosk. 8:30 comes along and I checked on my truck. They said they haven't even started working on it yet. WTF!?! They said I'm next and then it will be another 45 minutes. It's an oil change! I did these at a gas station in high school. It doesn't take 45 to do an oil change. This isn't the first time they have taken too long. They must over-book. This is just ridiculous. I'm going to be trading my Denali truck in for a new one in June and I will definitely not buy from this dealership again. read more

Upon arrival I was notified that they had no tech available for my truck and I'll have to reschedule, they refused to keep my truck and give me the loaner as promised, when asked why they haven't contacted me to reschedule , they said they just found out , mind yo in t I s was at 9:30 AM. Got to love Temecula Valley Buick GMC. My dash light on my 2017 GMC Acadia telling me that I needed an oil change. Made an appointment and brought it in and wanted the service technician to check the to see if the Lane Assist and engine heating gage were still working since they stopped working for two weeks and then came back on. My wife can't drive anymore so I am down to one car. I was told they needed the car over night to put it on the diagnostic machine. They called an Uber to take me home and when the car was ready, they dispatched an Uber to pick me up and bring me to get my car. The final bill for the oil change and service to my car along with two Uber rides came to $8.28. It's nice to deal with a reputable car dealership you can trust. Buyer beware. Was working a deal on a vehicle only to find out they "added" $3200 in dealer protection packages which included things like an insurance that covers paintless dent and rim repairs, lost key fobs, door seal protection, salesman thinks there's a ceramic coating and something else he couldn't remember. He said they added this package because of all the dealer insensitive's going on now. The package is non-removable and required to get the discount I already qualified for. They should be more transparent and add this to their website. No wonder the dealership has bad reviews. I should've trusted the data. read more

Wanted me to pay 20k over msrp then tried to insult me with "what you can afford it"? Responded I can afford it just not willing to pay. So sad to see that all the hard work Freddie did taking his time and patience to show me different trucks almost got me walking out due to the "numbers guy" wanting me to pay for all kinds of things I didnt need. We went in after 8pm one night, as we got out of our vehicle a salesman met us & asked what we were looking for, we knew we wanted a truck & the inventory was slim, so Logan - the salesman asked all kinds of questions & took us to the Elevation model of the Sierra, at the time gas was almost $6 a gallon so this model was a great option with the 4 cyl. He showed us all the bells & whistles & we took it for a spin, my hubby fell in love immediately with the fold down tailgate! I want to say we had been to several dealerships in the weeks prior to this night & not 1 salesperson met us outside, we had to go look for one at each dealer, so of course we were pleased right off the bat that we were met outside & listened to & taken straight to a vehicle that matched our needs. I went in for an oil change. Can't say that I liked their new check in system with the automated kiosk though. You can't talk to it or ask any questions you may have. Fortunately a service writer named Rick walked by and asked how I was doing. I told him "I'm just trying to figure out this new check in process." Rick immediately stopped in to assist and took care of me for the rest of my visit. Can't say enough about his high level of customer service! Honestly this is the first positive survey that I have left for this dealer. I'm usually not too happy with them and probably would not come here were it not for my free lifetime oil changes. I had an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change today. They told me I'd have a two to three hour wait. Why bother making an appointment if you can't do it at the appointed time? Let people know so they can reschedule instead of wasting several gallons of gas driving there and back. This is my least favorite dealership I've ever been to. Ok first of all the kiosk check in is a waste of time. I had to stop twice to figure out what I needed to mark. I told you what I'm here for when I booked the appt. Just take my keys and check the mileage yourself, I don't work there. Second of all $1100 for new front rotors and back brake pads is ridiculous! Then when I asked for pictures of the "wore rotors" I was told that if they have to put my car back on the rack to take pics they would have to charge me over $100. WHAT?! Absolutely not lol! Where do I start. On 01/24/204 I stopped by to drive a Chevrolet Colorado and a GMC Canyon. Few back and forths that day with the sales team. Nothing concrete. I got home and found another one they had on the lot, but dint show me based on my assumed finances (Christians words). A day later I get a call from "rigo" . He identifies himself as a sales manager. We go back and forth on the unseen 2022 GMC Elevation. He pulls my credit, 820+ and says I qualify for a 7%+. Wow. Simpson, Buena Park, had me at 5.9%. He said they all use the same finance companies and that wasn't possible. Long story short, I picked up a 2022 Canyon 6900 miles, in Pasadena cheaper and at a 5.9%. Oh the games. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GMC DEALER!!!! I searched high and low for a 2021 Yukon XL Denali in gray. I found one at Temecula Valley GMC and started an inquiry. I was told this Yukon was out getting the blackout package. I was also told, in writing, that the blackout package was where they "chrome delete the entire car and add black wheels. It's a very in depth process." I didn't want all of that but it was already being done so I had no choice. Oh, and the total for that is $13,999. So, the vehicle comes in and I head down to the dealer. I test drive the car, sit down and play the games, sign on the dotted line and drive home. During the process, I was excited and there was just a lot going on so I didn't even notice all of the blackout details. A few days later, it dawned on me that nothing was blacked out but the wheels, one emblem and the grill. I emailed my salesman and asked about the details. First, I was ignored. I sent more emails and left voicemails for various people, trying to get this taken care of. My salesman said he would black out the back emblem as a "courtesy". Not acceptable. More emails ignored. Basically, I paid $14,000 for wheels, a grill and one emblem. I'm working with GMC to get this taken care of but the dealer is not being cooperative. Luckily, I've already got an attorney that has offered to take this case after seeing the email chain between the salesman and I! read more

Spent 3 weeks trying to make a deal to only buy the truck I wanted and return it the very next day. I bought a Denali 1500 3.0 diesel. As I was driving home a horrible smell was emitting from the engine compartment. I got a severe headache was feeling nauseous. I called my sales person the very next morning. I was told by my sales person Gabriel to come in the service department will look at the truck. I get there speak to the service manager and he looked at me like I was stupid and said they didn't have anyone available to inspect the truck. He told me they would give me a rental. I told him I didn't buy a $80,000 vehicle not to drive it the very next day. Not satisfied I approached a sales manager and he said the same thing, " we can give you a rental car." I asked him to at least drive the truck to experience what I was experiencing. He looked at me like I was crazy and chose to repeat himself, "I can give you a rental." I was so pissed off of the lack of customer service and the fact I was told by my sales manager to come in and I would be taken care of that I asked for my truck back. I called the sales manager Rigo the following day to try and work something out and I was pretty much blown off. To resolve the problem I asked the dealership to give me the similar truck but different stock number. I was lied to about them selling the truck first off and then told they still had the truck and would make the deal but remove the rims they had powder coated and replace them with another set of rims. I didn't know dealerships remove items to make a deal. Come to find out they lied and were attempting to sale the same truck I had just purchased and had issues with. Because I spent a lot of time on the deal I still attempted to buy a truck from the dealership. I asked them to make it right and take an additional $500 off. I was laughed at. This dealership seems very shady and lack any amount of customer service. I would not recommend the dealership to any of my family or friends. read more

On Friday, January 13 my husband and spent 4 hours at the dealership just to get an oil change. This was with an appt at 10:30 am. We left at 2:30 pm. This wasn't the first time. My husband made an appt online last month and when he arrived they said they didn't have an appt and the wait would be 3 hours. So this time he made the appt on the phone, but with the same results. They use the excuse that they are short handed and that the rain has caused employees to stay home. Well then fire the employees who have melted in the rain and hire employees that can show up on time and ready to work. TERRIBLE service. I've had my car serviced here for a while now and honestly im a little sad writing this review. For starters, GMC serviced my car on January 12th-22nd.. They had my car for a longer time frame then they said they would and tried to charge me almost six grand for the job but they magically lowered the price when I said I was going elsewhere, also told me they would pay for my rental car until they magically lowered the price so that was lovely concidering I was spending thousands still. Second off when I went to pay for the services the transaction got messed up so badly because of their service tech Mike, I had to provide them with a check for the full amount of my services in order to leave with MY vehicle even though they already had two thirds of the payment out of my checking account. They said the 2/3 they pulled from my account would be sent back but it never came back. They harassed me for OVER A MONTH saying I didn't pay when they had my check even though I was told by Mike it was ripped up. Then they cash the check over a month later. No heads up, after all the harassment and overdraft my account, mind you I have four kids and they know this but that didn't matter to them even though they are family owned and claim to have values. There is money still missing from my account, my car has damage, and their solution is to give me a free detail. When I had my banker call the manager proceeded to scream at her and put her near tears even though she asked several times for him not to yell, all my banker was trying to do was tell them that she can clearly see I was WAY over charged. After I left the bank I called to speak to Phil, and he proceeded to lie to me saying he did not yell at my banker, even though I could hear him through the phone. I asked him how he wants to settle this and his solution is I go in and show proof even though the bank offered proof, plus why would I want to go in as a woman when these men are ok with screaming at women in that way, it just doesn't feel safe to me. I do not reccomend this branch. Find somewhere that is not privately owned because I spoke to GMC corp and they assured me this is NOT how they want to be represented. I am in contact with my lawyer and my insurance about the damage to my car. This needs to be make right.. during all this I spoke to Mike the service advisor, Ed, the service manager, and Phil all of which are very hostile. EDIT: ive added pictures of them just laughing at the fact that my money is missing and that they made a woman feel unsafe. I guess this type of behavior is just funny. I had the displeasure of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer back in 2021. We originally went in for a ford that was listed. We drove over an hour only to be told it was sold after specifically being told it would be there. We ended up buying a traverse instead. We thought everything was going good until we got our first payment letter in the mail. In the dealership we were told and thought we signed for a payment under $400. We also weren't buying anything extra such as a warranty. Not only was this dealership deceitful but they added on the warranties + this $1000 tracking device only for their dealership that goes in every car but comes out when you buy it. Why the heck would I pay extra for this gps tracker thing if I dont even get to use it. When I called to complain about the warranty and this gps thing I was told the gps tracker is non negotiable and comes in every car. Teresa was the lady who sold us the vehicle. The car payment was over $690 when we signed for $400 something. We sold the car not even a month later because the payment was way to high. I did get a refund for the warranty but I will never do business with a Buick dealership again. Dishonest customer service and a very shady business. Buick is known for taking care of their customers but this dealership makes sure to rob them blind. read more

Just bought our second vehicle here a Buick Encore, it was a great experience. Even with the new change in ownership they kept on a lot of the same staff, seeing people that remember you is awesome. They make you feel like family and you can tell you are getting genuine service. I always bring my 1st purchase here for service 1500chevy, although they don't do "free" oil changes anymore you have to make a purchase now, it's fine cause I'm always trying to spend money to make sure my trucks in top shape. I have technical mechanics background so I'm not blind to what's needed. "Free" oil changes where never free to those people that think they can bypass California state law to not pay 5$ oil recycling fee charged to the consumer, read the fine print! Visited this dealership yesterday, November 28, 2020, to test drive and TRY to make a deal on a GMC Sierra Denali. My first complaint is that 75% of the staff were not wearing masks indoors, including the receptionist at the front desk. There were no signs on the doors to even wear a mask inside. The sales man was nice and informative. We got to discuss numbers and out of the gate they wanted to check credit. Wanted 25k down, discussed a lease option and they never negotiated the price of the truck. Never discussed cap cost or any lease options. This is unlike any other dealer. Talked like we have never leased or purchased a car. Would not make a deal unless the credit was run, a lot of money down, etc. This dealer is under new ownership and doing business like this is NO way to start. No customer service. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealer. read more

I have waited almost a week to let my initial anger take over this review, as I'm sure it would've just been full of incoherent expletives. Below is me venting my frustration on this ridiculous saga. You could either read it and join along, or just take my word for it, choice is yours! Long story long, mid July I contacted this dealer while on vacation to make a deal on a high demand vehicle that I was willing to fly 500 miles to pickup. A confirmed deal was done via email (deal sheet accepted) with the agent, Isaac. Yay! The next morning, Isaac calls and tells me "I'm sorry, your car was sold last night." How is that possible I ask. "I don't know, I'm sorry another agent sold it" was the response. Either very shady sales tactic, perhaps using my deal to make the other deal, or just general incompetence within the sales department. In my obvious frustration, Isaac tells me there was another car in transit that I could make a deal on that would be there within 3-5 weeks paying the same amount as my original vehicle, as I was somehow expected to not realize that this car was actually cheaper. Upon push back on this, Isaac agreed to lower the price (though still paying above MSRP). Great, again, signed off on this car now with a $500 DEPOSIT. Isaac assures me the vehicle is mine in the system with the deposit. Waited a couple of weeks, Isaac reaches out via text once giving a timeline update, and that they were still waiting. Come now to 5 days ago, after a full week of trying to get updates from Isaac with no response and then calling and speaking with someone else to get an update, I finally get a call back from Isaac's manager, Rico. Sir, I apologize this car is no longer available, it was already sold. TWO deals, ZERO car. They kept my money for a 5 weeks and I never even had the car. This time, the excuse was a mistake on a sales person's side that they did not enter in the system that the car was already reserved as it NEEDS TO BE DONE EACH MONTH. Wow! Nobody figured this out until 5 weeks later? In my anger as to how come Isaac never responded to emails over the last couple weeks, Rico said he did. HE DID NOT. If he had, he would have maybe seen the fact that I did not actually have the car reserved? I offered to send over my emails that were not responded to, this was ignored. Rico understood my anger but continued to defend Isaac. Again, either shady sales practices, or incompetence, take your pick. Now, as it stands, Rico has offered ANOTHER vehicle with NO estimated time of arrival and get this, I can pay MSRP for my trouble. Was told they could refund my deposit or transfer my deposit over to this vehicle, which now based on my experience, I expect to arrive in 2024 and be already sold 7 times over. At least my deposit came back fast as lighting. Though I can laugh at this absolute absurdity, in seriousness, I get it's a seller's market. Hence me willing to fly 500 miles and wait 6 weeks. But there is a difference when you're taking advantage of people and their money. They will swear that this is not the case and maybe it's not. If it isn't, then you need to make some changes in your sales department instead of wasting 6 weeks of their potential customers' time while holding their money. I'm not sure there isn't a reason to report this to the FTC. Maybe that's the next step! read more
