Horrible Horrible Horrible Took my 85 year old mother, who is in a wheelchair, in there to get x-rays.  Takes time to load her and took more time to get to this place,  and the rude older lady behind the counter said they could only do one x-ray tonight and we would have to come back another day for the other x-ray.  We explained and pleaded with this nasty lady to have compassion and do both x-rays because my mom had broken her leg and hip and it is very difficult to transport her.  She simply said "No. You'll have to come back another day".  I told her when I made the appointment online that there was more than one x-ray needed and it should have mentioned I needed two separate appointments.  Eventually, after her being rude, we asked for her name and she refused to give it.  We took a picture just so others could be able to see what a person looks like that has zero compassion.   Why work in the medical industry if you have no compassion for your fellow people? Very disappointed and will never be back. Have already expressed our experience to our primary doctor. read more

Just horrible. Almost 2 weeks for an X-ray??? WTH. Even Oklahoma has same day X-rays and they just discovered fire in 1970. So I have been walking around on a fracture all this time because of .... WHY???? How are they still in business? I assume backroom and under the table deals because capitalism should have destroyed them for this level of ... incompetence. if you get a referral to this place .... BEG for someplace different. Take out a home loan and go somewhere else if you have to. Just don't go near them, at any location. I had a CT Scan March 9. Almost one month latter, I do not have the radioligist report. I have attempted to contact Temecula Valley Imaging on multiple occasion and the office personnel hide behind voicemail and emails. I have worked with my primary physician and they say wait another week, wait another week and wait another week. So it is another week and I got nothing. I left a message with their regional HQ. When they called back, my phone showed NO Caller ID. I did not answer, when I called them back I again left a voice mail. And never heard back. My experience is with RadNet is tantamount to medical malpractice. read more

Very busy imaging center. As most medical offices go there is a bit of a wait and usually a lot of people ahead of you. Front office staff is pleasant and helpful. Imaging techs are knowledgeable and friendly and explain everything in detail. read more

Second worst location!!! My daughter was scheduled at another location ( love this location! Customer service is amazing) but they were in able to do here Xray there. So the location scheduled here at the Haun road location, scheduled not walk in) when I got to the Huan road location well before my daughters new appointment. I had to wait past her appointment time in line just to hand them the orders and cards. 30 minutes passed her original appointment time at this location they decided to reschedule here appointment to a later time allowing everyone else that checked in before my daughters new time to go in. My daughter is special needs and has numerous medical issues. But they didn't care as long as here new schedule shows them in a good lite. They weren't ADA compliant for her appointment (the teach did try) however the test wasn't quality due to them needing to do her x-ray as if she wasn't disabled. Between this location and the one by Temecula hospital, radnet is horrible. read more

I have spent over an hour with two different operators for Temecula valley imaging. They use a call-center overseas the representatives, barely speak English and have no idea what they're doing. Not a great experience, especially when you need to get tests on your heart. Nightmare. read more

This place called me at 515pm just 25 minutes prior to my appointment to cancel me because the code on my order was "incorrect" and that they called my pcp's office but they were closed (after 5). The code btw is "wrong" because the abdominal organ is apparently not in the abdominal cavity and it needed to be a soft tissue?! This is a known diagnosis and is a follow up! The receptionist's fix was for ME to call my pcp's office to change the order or diagnosis or they can but since the office is closed now, mind you it's Friday evening, they can leave a message. Not to mentioned I called over 5 times throughout the day to confirm my appointment and offer to come in sooner however not one phone call was picked up. So I show up in person to ask what it is they need and immediately my first response is that someone's they're overbooked. So which one is it?! Overbooked or wrong order code that was checked 25 minutes prior to my check in?! If you are overbooked then just say so. But waiting until after hours to address the issue is where I have a problem with the staff. That was a cop out move to wait til after 5 and to leave me hanging for the entire weekend without any solution until the next business day as if I don't have work. I feel bad for patients who may not be able to advocate for themselves, or need special accommodations to come to an appointment that is not even guaranteed. What is the point of scheduling an appointment then?! This is not how you treat patients. Who's going to reimburse me for my time, my work time and patients, childcare and stress over this exam?! Unprofessional! I do not recommend this place ever. It's unfortunate this is the only company in town my pcp refers to or else I would never recommend my patients here! See really bad reviews and im perplexed. I went today and got there when i was supposed to, drank what i was supposed to, changed where i was supposed to, got the CT with contrast like i was supposed to, and everything was good as it can be. Everyone working there was great and helpful. Have to give a shout out to the CT guy who was really laid back and funny. Guess you get what you give? I was kind and responsive to the process and got the same in return. Look, its not a trip to the beach its a medical procedure, so it's probably not a good time, but everyone there was kind and helpful and thats all anyone can ask for. When I arrived at 9:15 am, they said 1 hour .... Currently here after waiting 4 hours ... verified my phone number, told them my father was in extreme pain for which they showed zero compassion or organization. We waited in the car to keep him comfortable. I verified my phone number and communicated with front desk at least 4 times as to where we would be. They supposedly called me and passed us over. I had zero text messages and zero phone calls. Ridiculous doesn't even begin to describe the situation. Avoid this place unless you have nothing better to do with your free time. For the amount of insurance claims they are pushing thru here they could afford to look for new management, more equipment and educating the staff with customer service skills is imperative. The one star is for the front office staff specifically. The techs in the back are professional and friendly. As someone who has worked in the medical field and office environment, I don't know how you manage to keep employees like this. Unprofessional and rude are my immediate thoughts. I have been to this location twice in the last 3 weeks and I will be sure to find another location. I should have taken more notice of the reviews because every negative thing said about the front office staff is what I experienced. Needed an Xray on my Left Shoulder. TVI only does "Walk Ins" for X-rays. Got there on 1/19/23 before 8 AM opening. When I got to the desk after waiting in line for some time, I was told to come back in 4 hours for an appointment. Today my doctor called with the results. The results were for a "Left Hip"? TVI will not schedule on online appointment for X-rays. You have to go in person and they then schedule. Looking for another option now. read more

BEWARE of your own insurance coverage because this place will lie and say that you have a copay when your insurance covers 100%. I went in for a x-ray and they charged me a $80 copay even after I told them that my insurance covered 100%. The receptionist then takes a picture of her computer shows me saying that I have a $100 copay but that they are only charging me $80. How does that even make sense? I show her my $0 copay off of my insurance page on my phone and I am still charged a $80 copay. I call my insurance to confirm copay and insurance indicates that it is covered at 100%. Mind you this is not my first x-ray at no cost at this facility! They call me to the back to get my x-ray and I instead ask receptionist for a refund of my so called copay and walk right out! I go to their sister office in Corona the next day where that office charges me nothing of my zero $0 copay. You know why? Because they are a in-network facility. The Murrieta office needs to get their act together!! Can you imagine how many other people or even elderly people they have been wrongfully charging?? This seems like a fraud scheme to me! This facility should have zero stars! Quit ripping people off of their hard earned money. We already pay our high monthly insurance premiums. If your company does not like the insurance contracted rates quit signing the insurance contracts!! read more

I went TVI for a simple x-ray. I waited 2HOURS to get my x-ray, while I was waiting at least two people yelled at the receptionist! Disorganized is Putting it nicely! Now I'll have to wait who knows how long for my doctor's office to get my X-RAYS? I would find a different place!!! read more

They advertise that they have walk-in until 5pm. I went to get an x-ray after work and was there at 4p. They said they couldn't take me because they were all booked up.. If I am there before 5 p, they should be able to do my X-ray... and not book all the techs up for that 4 p to 5 hour. There was a line out the door for X-rays... now I have to go back tomorrow at 8:45 in the evening... just to get a quick chest x-ray... BAD business! This causes stress/money/time for the consumer! And unnecessary hardship on the clients and staff who have to deal with frustrated angry already I'll people! Just unacceptable! Update: Thankful for Connie! I appreciate so much that Connie reached out to me to apologize, explain this issue, and all their efforts to correct the issue. My last three interactions at this location have been horrible. On 9/26/22 I arrived with my daughter at 4:30 for an X-ray. We were told we could leave and come back at seven or receive a text and that we would be called back between 7:00-8:00. So we left and returned at 7:00. The receptionist told us it would likely be an hour. We stayed and waited. We were not called back for our X-ray until 11:24 pm! We waited seven hours. In August of 2022 I came in for a knee x-ray for myself. When I came in, the front desk worker told me that they were no longer taking any more clients, that they were booked for the night. She then told me that she had spoken to a lady at another location close by and that they were still taking patients for the night. So, I drove over to that office to check in. The woman working at the front desk told me explicitly that the lady at the first office had lied and that no one had ever called her. So, I was able to make an appointment for the following day. In May of 2022 I came in for a chest X-ray. It was probably around 7:00. The man working at the front desk told me that they had not received my orders from my doctor. So, I left and called the next morning. On this phone call I learned that I had been lied to. The woman on the phone said that yes, they did receive my orders yesterday and it was before I arrived. A man working simply did not want to stay any later. I have never had service as poor as this location. read more

If you go there for an xray, you cannot make an appointment. Be aware that your wait could be anywhere from 1-3 hours. I got there at 1:30 on a Thursday and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. As I was waiting on the last seat available, a lady came out saying to her children: "I am not waiting 3 hours to get an xray!" I promptly left. When signing in, I had asked if I could wait in the car and they said yes...left my phone number with a written request to call or text. They never did. So glad I didnt wait around! Received a text that they were ready for us to go in, then sat in their uncomfortable chair with my wife's new fused back for over 45 minutes. Straight idiots. Update to my review- I had mad a huge payment towards my account balance- and instead of this company reaching out to ask for the rest or working with me they reported me to a credit collection agency. This company is pure scum and I am going to be reporting them to bbb and my health insurance company, and any medical boards that will listen to me. This company has no right to be in business with their poor business practices. I don't like to leave negative reviews but the more I think about this the more I feel inclined to leave it. I had an appt scheduled in March which was scheduled for quite some time. I had to make sure my husband was off work so I could be Kid free to go to the appt and I also had to arrange several other things around it. When I arrived and checked in, the front desk person (who was atleast kind) said they couldn't do it because since I needed contrast a dr needs to be on site and they didn't have one on site. I was beyond frustrated not only because of the above reasons but because when you're worried something could be wrong with you and you're finally getting the testing done it's the worst feeling to have to be told you can't get it done. Not only that but they didn't give me proper instructions so I had been fasting the ENTIRE day for this and this was a late night appt. I had to wait for them to call me to reschedule. The tech was kind but the fact I went through this mess has me just so frustrated. Of course I have a statement from them saying DUE NOW, and I'll be paying but I honestly feel like for their mess and the fact my husband missed out on work twice for this that they should offer some sort of compensation. When I called at first they put my test in as a spine scan yet it was for the soft tissue of the front of my neck, but just another thing to show they clearly have a mess over there and I would highly suggest them getting their act together for future patients. She's extremely sorry that I was being treated the way I was and that she would have suggested a different route of how the situation would be handled. She was extremely helpful, listened, and gave me her office number to reach out if needed int he future. This place has horrible service and is unprofessional. I got in line for x-rays there were at least 20 people in line. We waited close to an hour to be told that there was no more room and they were not taking any more x-rays. They did not do anyone the decency to inform us, but continue to allow us to stand in line and wait. They do not allow appointments for x-rays and refused to see anyone else at 10:30 AM. The facility doesn't even open until 8 AM. Terrible service and a waste of valuable time. read more

I read the reviews and understand that everyone is entiltled to their own opinion. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 pm. It was cold, rainy and dark. The parking lot is dark with no security. Kind-of scary. The front desk clerk was freindly. The Techs in the back (MRI) were freindly and professional. My appointment was at 8:00 pm and got there 15- mintutes early; and got in for my exam at 8:00; so i had no problem. My MRI was 15-mintutes each knee, easy. The only name I recall was Janet. She was very nice and so was her male assistant. Only negative thing to say, dark parking lot in an isolated area. Always check your surroundings. read more

I will NEVER have a routine mammogram again. If I NEED a mammogram because of symptoms or a lump, I will find care elsewhere. I will NEVER set foot in your office again. I have had a thorocotomy of my right lung due to stage III Adenocarcinoma and am suffering from severe nerve damage and pain across my chest, right breast, right rib cage and my entire right arm. I understand that a mammogram comes with a certain amount of discomfort, but I told the radiologist about my condition and that it was going to be extremely painful for me. She did not respond at all. Just continued with her routine.  Then, while I sobbed through the procedure, the pain was especially excruciating during the last side image of my right breast, she continued to ignore my distress. And when the machine released me and I sobbed while writhing in pain, your technician remained behind her computer and said, "Hope you have a nice rest of your day."  I sat in your changing room crying, trying to compose myself to change and walk to my car. Not one person acknowledged me in any way. Your technician's insensitive dismissal was the last contact i had with a human being in your office. It is now almost an hour later and I still have heightened nerve and chest pain from the procedure. NEVER AGAIN. read more

The front office ladies are wonderful,courteous & professional,but the system is terribly broken. After waiting well over an hour @ Ca.Oaks myself & many others were turned away due to "capacity has been met". Returned next day and waited and again & was finally seen. Some people had been waiting for over 4,5 hours. It truly is not acceptable,no reason nor excuse explains the this mismanagement. Can not make sense of such nonsense. Health care is caring. I had an fasting ultrasound scheduled at 10:10am. I live over an hour away from TVI. The scheduler sent me to the wrong address. I had to drive another 15 minutes to the right location. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment. When the front desk lady asked me how my day was going, and I explained that I felt sick with no food or coffee, and that I was sent to the other side of town first, she proceeded to lecture me on having a positive attitude. Then she sent me 2 doors down to an empty waiting room with no receptionist. I waited 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before walking out. 3 patients came in and left during the wait. This place is the worst. Trying to make an appointment with them is like pulling teeth. If you do make it, they'll call you the day before to tell you that they can't honor your appointment and then reschedule you two more times for weeks later. Then you'll try to speak to a supervisor to help you out and they won't call you back when they say they will. Then you'll call back to follow up since no one called you, and then they'll say their system is down and will call you back. They won't. Then you'll follow up AGAIN. You explain your situation to the next person you make contact with and they'll cut you off and put you on hold and then not come back. Then you'll call back again. I wish I could give 0 stars. One of the most poorly managed and organized facilities I've ever been too. There is absolutely 0 system in place. Whoever the "manager" is should be embarrassed, if they even care. It is not hard at all to create a simple system to allow everything to flow more smoothly.
