Sent Tamer a message about a brand new furnace i had a BIG name company install. The airflow in my home was very weak and i felt the company who installed it was just giving me excuses. We had an unbelievably wonderful experience with Tamer and Temperature One!! We have had issues with temperature regulation in the upstairs of our home which has greatly impacted kid's bedrooms. While rooms are right next to one another, temperature could vary by 10-12 degrees. We had multiple professionals out to investigate-- we followed up on their recommendations for blackout curtains and specialized window treatments, for reflective window clings, we had AC services, all vents cleaned, all products recommended-- no no changes at all. Literally not a degree. We were at a loss. I reached out to Tamer for last evaluation and already assuming it was a larger structural/insulation issue. He came in made some observations and noted the location and number of return vents (many more than needed and strangely placed). He demonstrated that due to these issues the vents in one of the bedrooms had minimal pressure. He covered a vent and used a tissue to demonstrate the difference. He recommended a magnetic vent cover for a specific vent. That was it. No up-charge, no huge fees, no trying to sell us on anything--- just genuine honesty. We went out and bought cover the next day IT HAS WORKED MIRACLES!! Rooms are now usually within 1-2 degrees difference at most. So very thankful for Tamer!!!!!! read more

This past week in Chicago temps hit 90 degrees plus, and I needed my Central Air Units reattached to the building. Every company I called gave me these ridiculous quotes and time frames.
