If you love to have fun, I highly recommend this place also to be where this is a place where a lot of swingers go if you like to be free if you like to be topless, this is the place to go. They are not shy there at all. Understand that they are respectful of your privacy but I didn't notice there was a lot of women growing men that they did not know so that was interesting to see being if it was the other way around it probably be an issue or maybe not being that you're at temptations. But they're the goal is to respect one another space and privacy so in certain areas where if you have your camera out, you have to put a sticker over your lens and respect each other's space and couples. This is also not a resort for just couples only you could come with your girlfriends. You could come with your guy friends, but I'm sure they probably in there looking for some action to somehow someway. Well, I can't say the entertainment there was so much fun starting and think about 10 o'clock until two in the morning. They have nonstop activities. They have eight different restaurants. It's all inclusive. The drinks are great. I can say that much and they get better when you're a premium member. The place is super colorful, which I really like it made it very visually pleasing if you like bright colors. The rooms there were nice. I did get an upgrade in the room because the first room that I was in which was one of the first hotel that was built there , the cabinets was a little old. It was hard to close them when we got into the new room they didn't have the snap clothes. Furniture is more just they shut the door so that was good. They have overhead showers, which was very refreshing. I can't say the place was clean and I'm excited to go back. The only thing I didn't like about the place is that they are going to try to to buy in a timeshare which they call a premier program, but it's basically a timeshare but at least a timeshare not in just that place but around the world so I guess that's that was cool but otherwise if you don't wanna be bothered with that, avoid it!
The resort can be fun. I'm disappointed on their website. I booked a room with the ocean view and from the pictures I'm looking at a roof and a little bit of the ocean. I went down to complain and he said they have no other availability and that I should've booked oceanfront, which is misleading from the pictures they advertise !
What an unforgettable experience. My husband and I aren't big partiers and we both don't drink alcohol. So admittedly we were a little worried about booking this place. With a topless optional pool and the resort being adults only we figured we'd give it a try. The playmakers made the experience incredible. They even let us have apple juice in place of beer during some of the games. Which we greatly appreciated. We like having fun too so it was nice to not be cut out of the games because we don't drink. We spent most days by the sexy pool (usually getting there around 8:00 a.m. in order to reserve a spot). We did breakfast at sea flirt or the buffet most mornings. Around 11:00 a.m. the playmakers started doing activities around the sexy pool. I would say most of our fun was due to the activities that the playmakers host. I highly recommend just signing up for the activities and making the most out of your experience. It's also fun to people watch if you're not in the mood to play the games. Our room was over in the garden area by the sexy pool so you could really hear the base at night from the music. Thankfully they do leave ear plugs in the room so those came in handy. Also, we had some pretty bad storms there when we went so most of the parties were moved inside for the evenings. Our room had a leak every time it rained longer then two hours. We did let the front desk know. They sent someone out multiple times to fix it. The food was better than the reviews had led me to believe. I highly recommend the chicken tacos for breakfast, The sexy nachos over at sea flirt for lunch, and the dragon roll over at Sutra for dinner. Admittedly I wasn't a big fan of the food over at Romansa. We ended up going to the buffet after trying it and filled up. It's a lot easier to get into the restaurants if you're willing to eat dinner between 6-6: 30pm. If you do go off property for dinner make it back by 10 p.m. so you don't miss the evening shows. The evening parties go from about 10 pm till 2 a.m.. When we booked we added the playful experience which included a 25-minute massage for each of us. The massage was phenomenal. Would definitely book it the next time we go. I'd probably always do the playful experience so I can have the option of eating at sea flirt and the sky bar. We also booked the boudoir experience and I'm in love with the photos. Would highly recommend adding that on if you can. When we went we did a one week stay so we were able to see all of the different activities they do and the themes. Next time we go back we probably wouldn't go for longer than 3 days. To be a part of the party scene for that long was a lot for us. Overall it's a great hotel if you make the most out of it!
Well... this was an interesting experience. Imagine adult spring break with tons of booze, topless women, crazy theme nights, and loud music. For an all-inclusive, the rooms are nice. Large pools. Well-stocked bars. The hot tub gets super crowded. It's worth the upgrade to the tower for the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool/hot tub. This is definitely sexier than your average adult-only resort, and the fun part is meeting tons of sexy people wanting to have fun. The beach is pretty awful but I would say that's not the draw of the resort. A lot of people there admit to being open or swingers, but I wouldn't call it a swinger resort; it really is just a non-stop place to party. The food is below average for an all-inclusive, but the drinks are strong. Spa is overpriced IMO. My main complaint is how they nickel and dime you - we were charged $3 for makeup on a towel, yet I barely wear makeup and I used removing wipes every day. Not sure how I damaged a towel. There's always an up charge around the corner, and they try to sell you a membership that has no apparent value (you're essentially buying a discount). Overall, this isn't the place for me, but I can see why so many people love it.
I hope I can fit all my thoughts into this post because this might be the longest review I've ever written. To start, all timeshare properties should work on their sales tactics, and this one is no different from others I've visited. The "welcome breakfast" involves a sales presentation to become a member, and while I don't discourage anyone from attending, be prepared for persistent haggling. They're trained not to take no for an answer, making it sound like the best thing ever. I won't be getting a timeshare ever; & the credits you get I think it's like $600 that I'd only if you attend this presentation. These are things that are only explained when you check in it's a lot of information they will try to gloss over so ask questions and tell them no if you don't want to go and take your phone off the hook I heard they will call your room often to ask you to go. Despite requesting a site inspection as a travel agent, my request to the sales department was ignored. However, I won't let that overshadow the good parts of my stay. I booked the Trendy Ocean View Playful Experience, which had a great view despite not being part of the tower rooms. Note that no other part of the property has an elevator so you want a high floor adjacent to the main tower so you only have one flight of stairs to walk up. Yes only the tower has an elevator. It was offered to book a tower room at $170 more a night during check-in. The lack of details about the tower's benefits, including a cabana, a better view, proximity, and more amenities, left me unaware so I didn't upgrade. I ended up booking a cabana separately, and it had a two-bottle minimum, costing about the same as an upgraded room. Clear communication about all details matters when making a sale. I definitely would've preferred to spend $500 up on the upgraded room plus the cabana had it been explained better. The playful experience outside the tower includes amenities like a bottle, a romantic dinner booking, Sultry reservations (booked at the concierge), a 25-minute spa massage, and 25% off extra services. Also, it includes sky lounge access which has the absolute best view at the top floor of the tower. The concierge was sweet she had the room decorated for my birthday and she was the most helpful in answering questions. Everything we tried food was enjoyable, especially the buffet with Mexican and American breakfast options. The hibachi and Italian restaurants stood out, but other options may be eclectic. Foodies and open-minded eaters will appreciate the variety. Everything was fresh especially the fruit and juices. The adult playground experience was a blast in this 21-and-up resort. The sexy pool from 11am to 7pm offers non-stop fun. Despite hearing horror stories, I felt safe, staying close to my partner, and security was thorough about phone policies they will go through your camera roll and make you put your phone up. The resort has a rewards program for agents, so that is a neat perk. I think I have found my go-to resort for good times and met a lot of cool people. Excited to return, and I've heard Mocha Fest hosts here - probably my next visit!
While staying here March 31st through April 3rd. The A/C stop working hotel wide. I was told by Jose Manuel Romero that the hotel would not be compensating any guests the lack of a/c in 90 degree weather. I came to the front desk approximately 2am asking for new bedding because the sweat accumulated in the bed. The rooms were so hot by the time morning came that the humidity made floors wet and I slipped and fell in my room. After speaking with Jose he conferred with the front desk manager whose name is Andrea Flores and she refused to address my issues face to face and said there would be no compensation for the affected stay. The pair also followed up with the only thing i could do was leave the property for relief or compensation. I've stayed at this resort multiple times and have never been disregarded so blatantly. Completely unacceptable....
New Year's Eve @ Temptations was epic!!!!!! It was a complete movie!!!! The experience I had left me absolutely speechless. The staff was superb, the food was excellent , and the safety protocols was top notch. Temptations is an adult only, clothing optional resort so if you're not open minded to a fun, but risqué atmosphere, don't go! From swingers, to the LGBTQ community, everybody is welcome. There's a little something for everybody. They also have their own social media network that you sign up to on arrival in order to make friends and keep up with all the sexy activities happening around the resort.. Soon as I entered the resort there was a pole dancer in the lobby and a waiter with a welcome drink. I knew at that moment I was going to have a blast. There are day parties consisting of foam pool parties to nightly performances from pole dancing competitions to show stopping sexy dance routines. The area around the resort is very safe. There is a mall about 10-15 minutes within walking distance that also has a nice movie theater. I got to see Wonder Woman and do a little shopping. I went parasailing, visited XCARET park, went to see Joya by Cirque Du Soleil, and had a few exquisite lunches and champagne dinners on the beach. The beach is a little small but beautiful and quite cozy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time. The buffets were handled by the staff so the guest would not serve themselves for sanitary and safety reasons. They also have sanitizing stations all over the resort and social distancing within the restaurants. Wearing a mask is optional so play at your own risk. I had an absolute blast & can't wait to visit again.
We finally made it back! We love the freedom you experience at the resort. Being disconnected from the busy life we all live! From the second you walk in the doors, your privacy is of utmost importance. No phones are allowed to be out at the pool or at Bash. The staff are all so friendly and want you to have fun. Our favorite restaurant is She, so be sure to find out the days they are open and get yourself a reservation! The playmakers provide great entertainment all day. This past trip Jungle Jay, Sexy Sandi and JJ kept us laughing and engaged in the activities.
There's a lot about this resort to love and a lot that leaves something to be desired. In the end they kinda end up cancelling each other out and you're sort of left with- meh it was okay. Let's start with location. It is downtown Cancun but not in the ritzy resort section, it's actually farther down the strip. This means two things- a much longer drive from the airport with a lot of traffic and secondly if you want to go off the resort property, you are farther away from attractions and restaurants. It is also right on the street rather than having a long driveway like many properties so you get more noise. There is a beach but it isn't great, we didn't spend much time in it and they don't keep vendors from walking by and hassling. Speaking of hassling, let's talk about the check-in process. It took forever with only one person handling the front desk and each couple taking 20-30 mins. We were in the lobby for over an hour the first night after a very long flight. You aren't greeted upon arrival with a drink like in many all inclusives, but you are greeted..and hassled..by promoters. The goal is to get you to sign up as a premier time share member that costs more than many people make in gross salary for the year. They bother you at check-in and then hassle you to come back for a 'tour' and 'special breakfast' the next morning; which inevitably was another 1.5 hours of trying to sell us this time share. I have issues with being impolite to people especially when I understand they're just doing their job, but after this much time I finally stood up and walked out because there was no polite way to leave. Our room when we first checked in was a tower suite like we'd paid for, but was on the lowest level where people could look in, was dirty and not as pictured. It was so loud the first night I requested a move and the front desk was amazing at accommodating. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor which kinda had an ocean view, was much quieter, and looked more like the advertisement. The room itself is a bit less glamorous than pictured and they just don't feel very clean like most resorts, but overall it was still nice and definitely an improvement from the first room. The whole contemporary design of the resort is really edgy and fun and we loved the poppin colors throughout. Staying in the Tower had its perks with the best one being access to the rooftop pool which was limited to Tower and Premier guests, very quiet and relaxing, and great views. We spent most of our time up here as we really wanted to relax during the day and party more at night, but the main pool is party 24-7. We just too old for dat. Speaking of partying, what we did LOVE was the themed nights with so many people getting in the spirit and dressing in costume and tons of friendly people to meet. We made lots of friends pretty much every night as there were always groups being warm and welcoming and including us in whatever was going on. The shows were also phenomenal. The electric violinist is the best show I've ever seen at a resort hands down. Food was average. Sometimes it was great and other times it was a huge let down. I mostly did ok eating gluten free and most of the staff was very familiar with the allergy. Only at the Asian themed restaurant did we have an issue and I was served gluten unknowingly and spent the next two days sick with very characteristic Celiac symptoms. Overall, we did have fun! It was a great 4 days and since we had the Premier pool I managed to relax but wow did I get tired of techno music at 7 am and music blaring all night long so we couldn't sleep. Even the husband of mine who loves to party and can fall asleep anywhere was miserable from the lack of sleep due to noise. We're glad we did it once, but we don't see a reason to return.

I gave this resort 5 stars because the accommodations were beautiful the food was delicious!! The hibachi restaurant was spectacular. If you only go to one restaurant make sure it's SHE! She is both erotic and delicious. The staff was entertaining and made the trip. Be sure to introduce yourself to the ladies: Mar, Georgina, Sexy Sandy for the men say hi to Babyface, The Rock and Papi!! There is 2 pools the wild and sexy pool and the quiet pool. The beach is small but serene. read more

My bf and i have been to Cancun every year for the past 5 years and we have stayed 2 times at this resort , and we absolutely love it and are never going anywhere else when we come back. I must say i am a bit shocked to see the amount of stars for this resort, reading the reviews i cant believe they found people at the resort rude, being roofied and complaining about the mold. Yes it is a humid place so of course the smell is different, it is Mexico not the U.S . We have have always been treated amazingly well from check in to the whole stay, the staff are just beyond kind and attentive friendly people. The food is great the drinks and entertainment every night is super fun and a different experience. Before booking I don't think people read that it is an adult resort, there will partying all day and drinking if it's not for you stay the Hilton and enjoy the quite there. The restaurants are wonderful you get to try a little bit of everything , there is never a dull moment here, you meet he most amazing and interesting people from all over the world, we can't wait to come back!! read more

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this resort for our birthdays One week before Christmas! We were greeted with drinks upon check in and immediately went to lunch, which was pretty good. I have to say I was not impressed with the room service. My burger was rubbery-like and the shrimp spaghetti wasn't great either. Your best bet on the late night tip are the wings!! Breakfast at Sea Flirt was pretty good and we enjoyed the late night entertainment! The atmosphere is full of party ppl just ready to have a great time, making the sexy pool hella fun! Everyone was very respectful and we made a few friends very easily! The staff was very friendly and we dodged the "tour" and the resort pitch on purpose lol YOU MUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR SPA! We were in there for 3 hours! What a relaxing experience! Please get there early to experience every bit of it before your massage even begins! You won't regret it! The hibachi place was very good! The rooms are beautiful and I was happy to have a garden view-away from all of the late night partying so we could focus on just each other. Next time I would bring a group of friends and get a room with a jacuzzi. The showers are really sexy too, you'll have a blast in there I would give it 5 stars if the food was better but that was the only downfall to the resort. read more

At 7am June 22, 2024 I was assaulted and arrested in front of the resort due to a balance for a service fee I never used. I explained to manager Rubio that my flight to New York City was at 9am so me and my wife had to check out early so we could make it to the Airport on time. The manager responded and told us there is nothing he can do we must wait until 11am for the staff to confirm that we did not receive any Spa treatment. This was the resorts mistake not ours, I explain to the manger the situation was not our fault the manager Rubio then radioed for security. When I retrieved my luggage I was met by Jorge (security) who snatched my luggage and pushed me. I asked Jorge not to touch me, that is when him and four other security staff began to push me to the floor, put me in a headlock to strangle me while carrying me in the air in front in the resort. They proceeded the choke punch and kick me then drag me to a secluded area and pinned me on the ground face first in a puddle of water while sitting on my back causing me to suffocate, I began screaming for help and stating that I could not breathe. Jorge would not get off my back for at least five minutes all while the other staff bounded my wrist and ankles all while manager Rubio is standing there allowing this. My wife began to record the situation when a female employee assaulted my wife and took her phone and deleted the videos in front of the resort. I have Stage four non Hodgkin lymphoma and this is unacceptable treatment of a first time guest at your resort. I was then arrested and sent to jail only to have to post $500 US dollars bail on top of the cost of a massage treatment I never receive, I await a response as I am disappointed in Temptation's for treating customers this way. I await my refund for all moneys taken by your resort, I will seek further legal action if necessary. I would not advise anyone to visit this resort, they are not professional and will charge you for services that where never rendered and tell that you cannot check out then keep you hostage. Utz, Utz, Utz (Yup, that's all you hear in the background all day at the exquisite Temptations!). This resort is partayy central. If you are looking to get away and have a great time in an adult-only resort, then this is the place for you! The temptation is located in the Hotel Zone, this all-inclusive adults-only resort is guaranteed to WOW your mind in every way possible. From the day parties, nightlife...all the way to the entertainment. This is more than your fantasy baybee, you WILL be living the BIGGEST temptation in your LIFE! **You have been forewarned** Temptations is a HUGE resort offering 7 restaurants surrounding the resort, a sexy pool AKA topless pool, and a quiet pool (for all the grandmas out there) JK! JACUZZI ROOM: My room was phuckin' amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the colorful walls that surround the room. The huge king size bed that just was screaming my name as I walked around the room in awe. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled, but the entrance to the shower screamed sexy all around! It was such a welcoming bathroom with the round circle shaped entrance around the shower! WOW! Now, for all the lovely couples and singles that are interested in the Jacuzzi room, please note that all the plush rooms are on the first floor in the quiet (pool) area. Honestly, if I would have known that I would have booked here. I wanted my room to be above the amazing sexy pool! But, it was all good because I was rarely in my room anyways. The lights and A/C in the room are all automatic and I was showed by the amazing staff, Cornelius, on how to work it! QUICK TIP: If you want your hotel room next to the sexy pool area, make sure you book the high priced rooms (they are well worth it!). THEMED NIGHTS: I had a wonderful time dressing up for the life themed events. Let's just say that you see all types of people in All. Types .Of. Outfits. Like seriously, some of them might as well came naked, because there was barely anything covering them up. But, trust me, it does give you a good laugh after a couple of alcohol drinks! HA! Make sure you come dressed to impress because there were many people dressed up and looked FABOULOUS! I also love that the staff dress up and participate as well! One of my favorite times were the nightlife entertainment and the themed night events; such a blast! STAFF: All the staff here were truly amazing and really want their guest to have a wonderful time. Just to name a few: The Bellman's: Carlos, Salomon, and the handsome Cornelio! The Bartenders: Beautiful and sexy Tara, Omar, Ricardo and the sexy Papi Chulo Hector!! Big thank you to the wonderful staff Terrak, who worked really hard to make sure I had a great time, especially coming to Temptations as a single, solo woman. Every time Terrak had seen never hesitated to greet me and ask if I was having a great time! Big Thank You to all the staff here at Temptations for making me feel welcomed! LAST WORDS: Overall, great time at the Temptations! The only disappointment is that the pools close at 7 PM! BOO!! Which gives guest about 4 hours of relaxing from all day partying before the nightlife event. I hear all other resorts close at 11 PM. I guess Temptations believes it's safer to close the pool early so there are no drunk people passed put in the pool at times of the evenings! HAHA. Hey, it's just a wild guess! However the fun activities in the pool during the day such as the foam party and battles of the sexes were some of the BEST highlights! Great resort if you are looking to come and have a wild time and live your wildest TEMPTATIONS! **P.S.-I loved Temptations so much, that I plan to go to the Dominican Republic to visit their new location in 2019!** read more

First time going to this resort when I went on vacation for my birthday. And wow. So it was my first time going to a "adults only" type of resort and now I don't want to go to resorts that are NOT adults only! It was such a new but great experience. The whole staff from the janitors to the bar to the live IN-RESORT entertainment was just mind blowing. They truly care about you having the best time you could possibly have. I've never gone to a resort twice or even vacationed in the same area twice. But this is one resort that I actually am already planning to book again for 2019! Word of advice: if you're a couple that tends to be more jealous side or insecure (honestly really the term for it) then do NOT go here. Go to a more vanilla resort where the most you'll be doing is sitting on the beach. This is spring break 24/7 with wild crazy parties. And I can't wait to go back. read more

STAY AWAY! We arrived today for my 20th wedding anniversary and was told my room wasn't available. After an hour of waiting, we were told WE CAN PAY to be bumped up to a better room for one day, or bumped down for the night but there will be NO REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE we already paid for, and worse, no compensation or other amenities provided. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY'LL KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE BUMPED DOWN ROOM. So, on our 20th anniversary we are in a double room feeing like roommates and still have to move tomorrow to the room we originally requested. This means I can't unpack and have to live out my suitcase for the beginning of my trip. So far, 2 thumbs down for this place. There is nothing special about this place that you cannot see in any other Cancun resort but let's see if it gets any better. The "manager" Michelle wasted our time and literally told us that she's not responsible for he erroneous information Phany or Paulina told us. (Talk about letting your customers know up front that you do not work as one team, I pray the GM takes note because if not, this place can't last long -- renovated or not!!!) I am a manager of 15 years and am embarrassed at the front desk operation. My advice: STAY AWAY!!! BOOK ME BY MELIA INSTEAD. IT IS MUCH MORE FUN AND SEXXXXY!!!! Love the new renovations to the place. The place was completely demolished and rebuilt. It has a very sci-fi architecture feel to it. The food was amazing. The gym is very clean and has an attendant with fresh towels and water There was a tropical storm that came by for a couple of day and nothing stopped people from still going into the sexy pool which is the main pool. The pool waiters are ever friendly and always making sure guests have their drinks. The waiters in the main buffet area are the same way. Each waiter has an area of tables to look after the guests. The reception area is very bright and clean. A total change from when I was here before the renovations. read more

I stayed 3 nights here this past weekend. The organization for checking in is really bad! We had to change our room 3 times. The room that I choose and paid wasn't available. Xavier told me "they choose the room by availability" really?! BS! So becareful when you make a reservation. The hotel is beautiful and everyone very kind and friendly. So glad with Alberto from front desk and Julio. Food and drinks are amazing as the ambience, get ready for party every night, so you won't be able yo sleep good a night if you get a room on the tower with the pool party, if you want a relaxing time , get a room on the other side where is the quiet pool. This hotel is for adult only since is party 24hs and women do topless. I definitely will come back again! read more

BEWARE: This is a swingers resort. You will see relations in public areas OR be asked to join/switch. If you're into a time swinger style hotel with no customer service, this is absolutely the place to be. Also beware of the fake excursion people by the "sexy" pool. They lie and say they're part of the hotel but then take your money and don't give you your excursion. When you talk to the hotel, they don't care because it's not their problem when you get scammed by the people. Also be careful because they will also try go get up to purchase drugs (which the hotel does not care about either). They're very much all about helping scam Americans both inside and outside the hotel. 20/10 would not recommend this place ever. The food is 2/10 in quality. Edible, but still basic with no flavor at all. The parties would be better if they had actual DJs play the night parties would be better. The music goes until 2AM or later every night. Good luck sleeping before that if you're anywhere close to the main "sexy" pool read more

Visited a few resorts in Cancun in my life time, this has to be 1 or 2 of the best resorts ever. Some say because it's NEW, I understand but I've seen some newer resorts, they were not this Fun!!! The crew is amazing, the hotel is pretty and high end. Everything was thought out and it shows. Had a great time and will be going back again and again. read more

After debating and thinking about decided to venture out to this resort to see what the hype is about and it's been a fun time. My 1st night was an eye opener, everyone drinking and having a great time. No one acting dumb just adults letting loose and enjoying the vibes. Glad I came to break away from the city life for a few days and decompress. Dont know how much my liver can take though but let's see what the week has in store for me read more

The Resort looks beautiful after the renovation, all very modern and colorful. A lot of fun activities day and night with plenty of alcohol and music to get everyone in a party mood. Friendly staff. A perfect place for a honeymoon or anniversary celebration, we can't wait to go again ! read more
