    Great service. They didn't try to upsell me on anything ridiculous which was nice too. Prices were fantastic.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more Absolutely horrible experience at this Valvoline oil change location. I arrived around 10:30am 07/09/25 for a state inspection. The tech asked for payment up front. He charged my credit card $18.50. After several minutes he then takes a screw driver and yanks off my gas cap. He then states my gas cap will not fit their device for inspection. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to pay again. I asked for the manager who said he would issue me a refund. I then asked the manager to check and make sure his employee returned my gas cap to the way it was before he yanked it off. The manager then said it was broken and he couldn't fix it. I told him I wasn't exiting the stall until he repaired it. He said he would have to get the part and to give him 3 hours and he would come to my house and repair my gas cap. After several calls to the store and the corporate office my gas cap is still not repaired.

My vehicle was drivable then now my truck doesn't go into gear because they messed up something in the gear box and on top of that my key doesn't come out anymore, but they aren't at fault for that okay. So everyone beware DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! As far as management they are horrible they both lied and that they would get me a rental and what not and I got nothing and I'm coming out of pocket $1000+ to fix my vehicle for something that I didn't cause. Hunter & the assistant manager don't know what they are doing. The whole staff lacks knowledge of what they are there to do.

I agreed to have the tie rod ends replaced and then do the alignment. The next day, I went on line to check the cost of the tie rod ends vs the cost of what Firestone charged me for the parts. Having checked three different auto parts stores, the average price of one tie rod end was $19.99. Firestone charged me $49.99 for the same part. The other tie rod end was different and had an average cost of $20.99 vs what Firestone charged me $99.99. Do the math, and I'm the customer, why would you do this to your customers who are the life blood of your company? I don't blame the employees at this location, they are as much a victim as I am. My advice for auto service is to find a good local family run business that you can trust and values you as a customer.

Historically, it takes about 3 to four days to get my car back, not 4 weeks (4/13/2026) like this time. I have never had a vehicle after repair perform worst than when it went in. My vehicle had no power but the power would turn on if it was jumped. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the "check engine" light was on and I later realize that the A/C no longer worked. The "check engine" light has never been on this vehicle. I recently took it to AutoZone for a check out and the report indicated it couldn't detect an error. The A/C worked before I took it to Firestone. I'm 68 yrs old and I live in Texas; it gets scorching hot and I need A/C to survive. Through this whole event, all I heard was excuses and victim (vehicle) blaming on the check engine light from the staff and this store manager. Professionals take responsibility for the incompetence. Also I believe they are creating problems to sell products and services, shady tree mechanics.

Let…read moreme start off by saying I booked the 11am appointment but they called and asked if I could come in between 12p-1p because someone didn't show up to work, ok. Next, it took almost 2 hours for them to preform my oil change! It took the mechanic "30min to get the undercarriage cover off" I should have know then but I can 2 months ago for the same service and everything was fine. So oil is finally changed and they tell me they can't turn off the oil change light, fine. I turn out and I'm driving and I hear this dragging noise... so I immediately pull over and look under my car. IT WAS THE UNDERCARRIAGE COVER BENT BACK RIPPED FROM THE CAR!! I immediately call and the woman apologizes and say come back up and let them reattach it. I tell her it's ripped off and she said they could look into replacing it. Cool, I drive back up there and walk in and the manager says it was like that when I brought it up here. What?! No it was not!! He even told me my undercarriage was missing bolts, if that was the case why did it take your mechanic 30min to get it off in the first place?! He tells me they can't fix it and tells me not to raise my voice at him. I said cool just take my car down, he tells me to wait so he can take pics... why are you taking them now?! What he doesn't know I have a ring camera at my gate that videos everytime we come in and out the complex. I have video literally the hour before and NOTHING IS HANGING! I immediately called the pep boys 800 number and file a claim. During the call she tells me to pull up my service paperwork from a text they send and I see in the comments he added "undercarriage cover missing bolts" but I have the copy of paper he gave me when I left the first time and that comment isn't there! LOL He's actually falsifying documentation! I will never go to that location ever again!! I'm just thankful I have photos and videos to back up my claim or else I would have to cover the repairs myself!
