Amazing meal. After a night drinking this hits the spot tbe next day (so I hear lol). The mini-hot pot looks as good as it tastes and I liked the Teriaki chicken rice plate so much I forgot to take a picture. Highly recommend

Really good food. The waiter was busy but attentive and friendly. Food came out pretty fast. I had Korean Kim chi noodles with beef, two of my children had the miso noodles (one beef and one shrimp), and two others had the Thai coconut curry chicken. We all enjoyed our food. The 2 beef noodle diners would probably prefer chicken or vegetable next time instead of beef because it's a fatty cut to us. The shrimp diner was very happy with their selection. Portions are huge. The noodles were enough for dinner as well and the curry eaters were stuffed past dinner. I can't wait to go back and try more.

My brother referred me to this place, he could not stop talking about how great the food was, especially the crab rangoons. So I was in the area and decided I had to see what it was all about. I arrived at around 1PM and the place wasn't too busy. I was immediately greeted and seated. I took a look at the menu and other than the rangoons which I knew was going to order I got a hot and Spicey Sichuan soup and dumplings. While the name is ten second noodle, the food was out quickly, but not that fast. The rangoons and dumplings arrived with the soup. The portions were massive. The Rangoons and dumplings were about four bucks a piece, and were both on the larger side. The dumplings exterior was perfectly crispy, with a wonderful pork and green onion interior that exploded with flavor. They were excellent. I then tried the Rangoons. My test of a good Rangoon is a perfectly crispy exterior, but also an interior that has lots of crab meat, not just cream cheese. These did not disappoint. They were packed full of crab meat and a super tasty cheese blend. Pleased with both appetizers, I moved on to the soup. The broth was rich, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with the umami flavor you expect. The portion was absolutely massive. I ate my fill and still took home enough food for another meal. What really hits about this place, was that my two apps and entree amounted to just 24 bucks. The portion to price size was heavily in the customer's favor. Great service, incredible food, and prices that keep the wallet full too? Excellent place.

We kept seeing Ten Seconds Noodle when we would drive through the Forum and coupons for it on the back of HEB receipts so we finally made a stop here. Getting seated was easy enough on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm, there were just a few other tables occupied. I was confused on how the noodle ordering worked - you pick what broth base you want, the protein, and then if you want the toppings mixed in the bowl or have it in separate dishes to add yourself. I opted to have the toppings on the side to mix myself. I went with the pork bone broth with beef slices. The beef slices remind me of what you would get at a Mongolian grill - thin frozen slices. The broth was creamy and the toppings came out on a tray and individual toppings on little sauce plates. The half egg was very well cooked and the one shrimp looked a little suspicious - kind of wet looking. I was expecting ramen noodles, the kind of yellow/curly kind but these were straight rice noodles. My noodle bowl was pretty good, but nothing really stand out about it. My fiance got the curry chicken katsu rice dish. The katsu was good - a moderate amount of meat and the katsu itself was crunchy. The curry on the other hand was very weird. It was kind of powdery and had a very strong taste of ginger. It also had little squares of potatoes inside. I had a few pieces of the katsu but my fiance ate most of the dish. About 20 minutes after finishing our meal, we had to pull over at a gas station due to his stomach troubles. This continued for a few more hours. The noodle dish itself was ok but I would avoid the curry dishes. There are other noodle joints in the SA area that are much tastier and don't give you stomach troubles.

Been here a couple of times now, enjoyed my meal both times. Ten Seconds isn't anything fancy, but you get friendly service and a quick meal along with good food. I recommend the soup platter as well as the popcorn chicken, which was pleasantly delightful! The soup comes with lots of side items you can add in, and is warm and comforting on a chilly night. I cannot recommend the rangoons, which I found to be bland and chewy, unfortunately. Everything else we have tried has been quite tasty, though, and Ten Seconds will remain in our regular rotation!

This is a small restaurant located near the Target shopping center. I was impressed with the variety of boba tea options. I ordered the taro flavor and was disappointed that the boba in the bottom had a bitter taste. I ordered the hot Schezchuan mini hot pot. The chicken was tender but lacked flavor. Al of the hot pots come with corn, lettuce, mushrooms, these little sausages that taste like hot dog, and a bowl of rice. The broth was alright but I don't know if I'll return again.

Finally a place to enjoy hot pot in San Antonio! I've been missing hot pot ever since moving from Houston. We were in the area and looking for a spot to have lunch. I remembered wanting to try this spot out although it was 70s weather in January! The menu is pretty simple, where you can pick your broth, protein, and add ons. We each got the mini hot pot with different soup bases. I also ordered extra mushrooms without knowing they provide mushrooms in the set already. My soup base was the miso and my meat or choice being the brisket. The brisket is absolutely delicious and I regret not ordering extra. Also, adding noodles will be something I do next time. Soup was good and toppings were fresh! I definitely will have to come back.

This place was very different & filling... I had the kimchi beef noodle soup, it had a good flavor but there wasn't much kimchi in it...& not as spicy as I expected. I got my daughter the Chicken Katsudon With Curry... I ate the curry it was pretty good, the chicken was very flavorful & crispy. My husband got the Hot & Spicy beef Rice Noodle Soup, that one was the best flavorful one. I'd get this one next time we go... I definitely recommend this place.. the service was great too.

Warm and friendly service. Great taste and large portion. Enough to take home. We had soup, ragoons and a beef and rice dish. Everything was fresh, hot and tasty. Perfect spice. The restaurant is clean and good seating options. The food was ready quickly. We will definitely eat here again.

Smashed Cucumber. Crispy. Well seasoned. A little tangy. A little spicy, but just the right spices.

We ordered the chicken satay and larb (laab). The "chicken satay" was simply a whole chicken breast served with a coconut sauce. Calling it Thai chicken satay is honestly embarrassing. Authentic Thai chicken satay is marinated in coconut milk, curry powder or yellow curry paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic, fish sauce, and palm sugar. It develops its signature yellow color and sweet-savory flavor before being grilled on skewers. Please look at the picture and judge for yourself. The larb was also disappointing. It was so sweet it tasted more like a dessert than larb. Authentic larb should be: * Tangy from lime juice * Savory from fish sauce * Fresh from herbs * Spicy from chilies * Slightly nutty from toasted rice powder Instead, it lacked the bright, bold flavors that make larb one of Thailand's most famous dishes. It was disappointing to see two simple and well-known Thai dishes prepared so far from their authentic flavors. I understand that restaurants sometimes adapt recipes to local tastes, but when a restaurant advertises itself as Thai, I expect dishes that at least resemble the flavors and preparation of traditional Thai food.

Restaurant: Pho 4 Star What We Ordered:…read more Large Vietnamese Egg Rolls PW5 Combo (Thập Cẩm) Mango Sticky Rice A-List Take: The food was the star of the visit. The pho was flavorful, the meats were tender, and everything tasted fresh. The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious and ended the meal on a high note. The large Vietnamese egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, but I was surprised they weren't served with a lemon wedge, which is something I usually expect. The PW5 Combo listed bean sprouts on the menu, but they were missing from the dish. While it didn't take away from the overall flavor, I do think it's important for the dish to match the menu description. Service started off strong. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly at the beginning of the meal. However, as our dinner progressed it became difficult to get his attention when we were ready for a to-go container and the check. Would I Order It Again?Absolutely. The food alone is worth coming back for. I'd just hope for a little more consistency with the menu items and a more attentive finish to the dining experience. Final Take: Great food, especially the pho and mango sticky rice. A few small service and presentation details kept it from earning five s, but it's definitely a restaurant I'd recommend. I guess it matches its name (4 s). A-List Rating: (4/5) Until next bite... this is A-List, keeping it deliciously honest.
