Let me start my review with the positives then I'll share my negatives. This business popped up on my IG. I started following them last year. I would see videos of all kinds of ppl saying come down best food/ hibachi in the IE. But I was hesitant cuz most of these videos were late at night and kids wildin out, not my kind of scene anymore lol. So this week the hubby has off and decided to go when they first open. Got there, we had no idea how to order. A young lady helped us with our order, then she saw it was my birthday she says I'll let you try the sauces for free this time, they are normally 1 dollar. I said cool, thank you so much. I didn't know anything about the sauces . She says it will take about 30 min. So we waited in our car. In about 20min our food was ready and we went home to try. We ordered a steak and chicken plate it came out to about 35 bucks. Our portion was good. Now let's dive into the flavors. I wanted to try the sauces first by themselves. The mayo one I'm going to assume it's for ppl who don't like spicy. And the other one when I first tasted it, I tasted 1,000 island dressing... but then a nice lil kick of heat gets you. That sauce had the perfect amount of heat that didn't take away from the food. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender. Chicken the same. The veggies were cooked to where they not soggy loved them. And that rice wow just brought all the flavors together. I stopped eating from food trucks about 8 years ago, but I took a chance with this one. I'm glad I did. Now let me get to the negatives. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!!!!! When I first drove up music was blasting from another food truck ( this is not so gud fault) then there was a drunk guy just wondering around ( the truck is parked in front of a liquor store) and also there was a guy on something talking to a tree and fence. ( again not so gud fault) even with my husband with me I didn't feel safe there. This is a mobile food truck, why the owner picked this location is a mystery. My second negative the sauces. Ppl are paying high prices for this amazing food, and you want to charge them for the sauce packets?!!?? That's crazy to me. I smaller plates should get their choice of 1 sauce and the bigger plates should get 2. That's just crazy to think I paid 35 bucks for the food and would have to pay a dollar for a sauce ( I got my free this day cuz it was my birthday). With all this said yes it's worth the money it is really good quality food coming from a food truck. But you really need to give sauces with ppls orders. And the location. I personally would probably never come back to this location and that's sad cuz I really did enjoy this food and would love to have it in the near future. If you ever change location I'll be there. Got the Leo plate which includes chicken, shrimp, & steak. I added lobster & spicy noodles, total was about $74. Have I had better hibachi yes but it was definitely good & will be going back. This is for banning location- I don't care how good the food is, I'll never give them a dollar ever again. Why does it take so long to get your food. They say call or text to order but then they won't answer or respond to text and calls. They should be transparent to tell you orders take 1.5-2 hours to make instead of people constantly asking if their order is ready. They are over priced for the food you get. If they work on customer service and timing we would recommend this place. We've came here 3 times and we were disappointed every time with how long it takes to get your food. 20 minutes in line to order then 1.5 hours to get your food! And to watch others who did NOT order ahead of you, get food is crazy. I think they have favorites and family or friends who they serve first, it's so obvious. read more

I have to say, I was referred here by Ponce and I was highly disappointed. I was happy to find something close to home. Noodles were too thick, rice was crunchy, chicken was dry, shrimp and steak was over cooked. And everything was not seasoned very well. For what I paid I would rather go to a sit down and have a better meal. read more

For starters the customer service was bad the female Employee that was taking orders was rude ( you would expect them to be nicer in situations where multiple people are complaining about their orders at the same time ) , no communication from staff to customers on the long wait times & backed up orders ! Wanted to share my highly unsatisfactory experience with your food truck. My initial attempt to visit yesterday was unsuccessful due to misleading information posted on your social media regarding your operational location. Today I tried again, upon my arrival at 9:52 PM, I was met with incredibly unhelpful and rude service from a female staff member. Despite my polite interactions, I received no response. Further, my order was significantly delayed, only being prepared by 10:14 PM, long after several as in 8 customers who arrived subsequent to me had received theirs before me! I've always seen them online but I'm loyal to the truck I usually go to for hibachi. The wait time was INSANE, two hours just to receive my food after a long work shift and wanting to go home and supporting a business. The lady who took my initial order she was polite, it was just so inconsistent with the times. Called at 5:34 and was told I had to text the order because they couldn't take it over the phone and the online ordering was down as well. Cool, I sent the text with the order and never got confirmation like I was told and luckily I went to the place shortly after to which I was told they hadn't even taken my order from the text so I had to again place it on the kiosk. At 6:07 I get a call regarding the text I sent with my order and the lady let me know she was taking the order now and I had to remind her it was fine I had ended up just coming and placing it luckily. Now an hour goes by I check in I'm told 10 More mins, I check back in after 10 mins just To be told the meat wasn't done an it still would be another 15-30 minutes for my order to be done Finally I get a text saying my order is complete and still needed to wait 6 minutes to get my food Overall if you're a busy person I don't recommend and their communication. Throughout is very misleading. It makes you not even want the food but I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. My mom and I picked up from the food truck and the food was really good! I love hibachi and enjoy trying different hibachi spots, and this place definitely did not disappoint. There was a small miscommunication with my order, but they handled it quickly and fixed everything with no issue, which I really appreciated. The portions were very generous--plenty of food for leftovers--and everything tasted great. My mom and I absolutely loved it too. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely recommend this spot! read more

I ordered two meals $87!!!!- mine was steak and shrimp with HALF garlic noodles and half fried rice. I was charged extra for the garlic noodles (double the side of noodles price). I was given almost 2lbs of fried rice, with 5 oz of noodles and the rest of the container was a little bit of steak and 7 shrimp. I told them when I ordered I don't want a lot of rice-they're known to fill the meal box with more rice and less of the actual food. I paid DOUBLE for the garlic noodles, and didn't receive what I ordered. I called and the first employee told me the extra rice was given as a "blessing." I asked to talk to someone else, and the man identified himself as the owner got on the phone. He proceeded to blame a 17 year-old he was "training," and said he "stepped away from the grill"- hence the mistake on my order. He also said they raised their prices from 2 weeks ago. Then, he said I could drive back over there and he would give me the garlic noodles (what I paid for). There was no offer to refund, and no other offer to make this right OTHER THAN FOR ME TO DRIVE BACK OVER THERE (10 mins) and get what I INITIALLY PAID FOR. $87 for TWO MEALS- this one, and the chicken and shrimp. Never again. Not to mention waiting almost an hour in the parking lot and we were the ONLY car around at 5pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NOT RETURN. This is my first time eating from here and I must say the food has a great flavor. The only thing I will say is the portion size is a little small for the price. $40+ dollars and the container isn't even halfway filled to the top. Paid over $90 for2 container plates that took over an hour only to get salty food and missing my veggies. It was my first and last time getting food here. Very poor communication and service. I drove from far to see what all the hype was about, and it was a complete disappointment. I waited about an hour & so for my food, only to be told they had already given it to me when that wasn't true. They ended up giving my order to someone else. 3/10 The food is good, but the service is consistently terrible. More than once I've gone to ask about my order and been ignored--no explanation, no "please wait," just turned away. Then, instead of any communication, I only notice my food because it's silently held out on the side of the truck. No greeting, no words, and even when I say "thank you," there's no response. To make matters worse, the portions keep getting more skimpy and smaller each time I come. Before I add the pictures and video I would like to know two things do they give sauce when you just buy a plate because they're saying that I would have got no sauce with my plate and then I would have had to pay for it and I did end up paying for one second is how did they determine how much shrimp to use because there's times I went there and got a nice amount of shrimp with the rice and vegetables this time I got eight shrimp and hardly any vegetables and like 70% rice so I would like to know how much weight are they supposed to have for the shrimp and the vegetables and if they give that much rice how come they don't give that much rice in fried rice. Pretty good Hibachi, chicken with fried rice is definitely the way to go! there ginger sauce pretty good as well. Recommend this place!

Service was on point right with professionalism, overly attentive, helpful with choices, food turnaround time was not long at all and even cooked food separately due to a food allergy. So I was a bit confused when she stated I needed to get rid of the rice in order to get the garlic noodles for free. Once again I've purchased from this truck a few times! So money was never the issue I was just confused on the special and the lady called me to explain except she was talking shit about me on the phone and didn't realize I had answered already. They started a food truck in the city of Beaumont. I couldn't wait to try it so I went over to the truck tonight. Placed an order for two plates, which is $85 then they let me know it would be an hour wait I told them I live around the corner so I would come back. She takes my number down and says I'll text you when it's ready. I thought that was great. an hour past never got a phone call or a message so I drove down over there after going back-and-forth with the cook. They basically said it's been three hours and we don't have your food. Do you want us to remake it or do you want your money back? Talk about shitty customer service they obviously can't do math because it was only an hour and 20 minutes. They're trying to establish themselves, not a good start. I won't be going back.
