I was surprised at the size of this restaurant. Very big and spacious. They have about 10 buffet stations with multiple dishes. They have a sushi bar, Pho bar, seafood, American options like chicken, FF, pizza etc, salad bar and a dessert bar with chocolate fountain. The price is super affordable. I enjoyed General Tso chicken, stuffed mushrooms, sushi and beef & broccoli. The calamari was fried too much almost burnt tasting. This has become an annual stop for us for my friends birthday. We love stopping in and getting our fill of Asian food. To start, this is a buffet so expect buffet quality food and service, however, they do have quite a wide selection of offerings from Asian food to American food and they even have a Pho station. This year, I was disappointed in the selection and freshness of the food as they didn't have any sweet and sour chicken, or similar, and it seemed that they were not as on top of refilling the items as they have been in the past. Good food overall. I love the soup that they have & always my favorite! The servers are polite & helpful!! The large salted shrimp is a must to eat w/ white rice & salad bar is a great addition.. I also like a bowl of pho & the worker was very attentive as well! Only one complaint is the slippery floor that the restaurant is built in. Soo shiny & slippery! Good lunch buffet today. Lots of variety and value here. My favorite was surprisingly the fried rice which I usually don't get at buffets cause it's a hit or miss. My go to food at asian buffet is the chow mei fun white noodles and it's just OK here. Pork chops where good and so where the clams every thing else was just average nothing really stood out. Some of the less then average was the clam chowder, sugar buns, fettuccine Alfredo, and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was horrible; Tasteless n a waste time. This food is pretty good compared to Buffetts food in the area. Was it worth all that money? ONLY if you like the type of food that is served. I don't eat the seafood much so can't comment on those. If I did eat seafood it'd be worth my money. These foods are Asian style, NOT American. So if you're here to eat pizza, fried, clam chowder or macaroni you'll be disappointed. Even the textures, tenderness of meats and seasonings are different so if you don't like Asian textures or seasonings, you won't like it. Waitresses are usually attentive but most of them don't speak English or communicate well which defeats the purpose of service beyond getting your plates cleared or water refilled. The woman who works at the front desk is one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered! It surprises me that she still works there, unless she is the owner. When I came here before I had a question about whether we eat first or pay first and she just SHUSTED ME, and continued to SHUST me and wouldn't let me speak. I was with a large group at that time. Customers have the right to ask these questions and inquire about payment requirements before eating. Her shushing me to my face and continue to ignore my question just making making hand movements for us to follow and sit down is the epitome of rudeness and is why I don't like to come here or support this place. Yes, she can talk. She was just being rude. Their options are limited if you want variety. Most of their dishes are carbs or meat. There is very little variety when it comes to vegetables dishes or vegetables with meat. You expect buffet food when you go to a buffet, but this place is weird. They have 20 different types of chicken dishes that all look the same and all taste the same - with the exception being the spicy chicken which had a good taste but a super weird texture. I was hoping for at least the favorites like chow mein, kung pao, etc.. but everything was chicken with a different color sauce on it. And as others have said, none of it was a very good temperature. My Family ( African Americans) celebrated a Birthday and we were treated very poorly by staff. The food is delicious. They have some American options. The service is great they are very welcoming and you usually don't end up waiting. The ambiance is great I love the koi pond in the front of the restaurant. I also love the wood furniture. The seating where you eat is very comfortable. Was it the best Chinese buffet I've ever had? No. Would I recommend it? Yes, definitely. It's the largest Chinese-adjacent buffet in the area by a landslide. It's not even close to authentic Japanese food and they have quite a bit of American food available. I was disappointed to see the teppanyaki area to make your own dish was closed. But they had 8 islands with hot foot options and plenty of variety that was kept well stocked. Sushi was also an option. Service was good. We were seated right away and our server visited our table several times during our visit to clear our plates, ask about our meal and top off our drinks. I am aware it is not a five-star's restaurant, but the quality was always consistent on the fair side of things and tastes. The place was always clean. The variety of food is exquisite. Let me just say that I'm VERY relieved that they've gone back to actual dishes as those styrofoam plates & plastic utensils were appalling. While I do miss the wide variety of ice cream they used to have ("Birthday Cake" & "Green Tea" were my favorites) despite LOOKING like that cheap, grainy ice cream that schools serve, it's nice & creamy. The staff is friendly, professional, and patient with my Dad's fading hearing & the environment is pleasing. The koi look happy & healthy as the swim towards your shadow.
