The food orded was only 2 dishes with no special requests beyond add extra meat. The food was ordered through door dash and correctly input but when it was received got a small bowl of chicken without the extra portion and no noodles or veggies on one dish. Teriyaki Grill provided our group of 110 people just that. Lots of small restaurant did not want to serve us. But Roberto was willing to serve us in his small restaurant with nice lunch meal for each of us and more. Most of us even able to finish their meal right away, in the bus and in the restaurant. First off when walked in the cook was hugging the girl up front no mask!!! Then we preordered online I put mild for spice level and the food was not mild! It was hot! Made both my son and I sick. i love teriyaki grill! there's never been a time that i've gone and had a problem with the food or service! however in my most recent visit i went to the restroom and it was really gross. there was rings in the toilet, stains all over the sink and it smelled funny. i hope this can change because that is my only gripe with this place! read more

I was visiting this place during the shakespeare festival and we stopped here for lunch. The food came out quickly, I recommend the chicken teriyaki for sure. The chicken is really tender, but my friend told me the beef was hard. The noodles were really good as well as the brown rice. Their prices are relatively reasonable. It was a very cute little restaurant. I gave this place four stars, however, because they gave out plastic bags with your meal no matter what, which is a waste in my opinion. Called in a last minute order right before they closed, and they were very helpful and willing to take our order fifteen minutes before they closed. Showed up five minutes before closing, Kate was pleasant to work with; she split our order, had everything bagged up and ready to go (including silverware, soy sauce, and plenty of napkins). Ended up getting chicken teriyaki with noodles and steamed veggies, along with a cup of miso soup. The serving size was without question of a good size, and the food was delicious. The chicken was tender and full of flavor, the veggies were soft, and the noodles were sweet and delicious. The miso soup definitely hit the spot and soothed our stomachs from the long day of driving and road food. Kate was so kind and even gave us some ginger with our food in efforts to make our stomachs feel better. Thank you guys for the delicious meal, for taking our last minute order so graciously, and for having great customer service. The restaurant was in a nice location, seemed to have adequate room, was nice and clean, and had a nice environment. Great new cuisine choice in Cedar City! I'm all for new Asian options in southern Utah. Replaces New York Deli chain thingy in the Lin's Grocery complex, right next to Sonny's BBQ. Just had the chicken & shrimp combo with veggies and noodles. So tasty and fresh. Got it medium spicy, you get to choose. Loved it. Chicken is fresh, tangy and garlicky, as are the shrimp. Broccoli, carrots, cabbage all fresh stir-fried and crunchy, wonderful noodles. I'm an instant fan. Very reasonable prices, and each dish comes in "regular" and "small" versions.
