This location had a friendly staff and were rather fast. I ordered a two protein and veggie meal. Hoping to keep it low carb. Not sure if I accomplished that but at least they're complex carbs. The vegetables were really good and of course they had Pepsi zero. I did order a chicken egg roll but that never arrived, but even I forgot until I already ate and glanced at my receipt. If you ever ate teriyaki madness for the first time about 13 years ago, then you know how great it was then, and how low the quality of this restaurant is now. Its disappointing. The spicy sauce for the spicy teriyaki chicken is completely different, not spicy at all. I genuinely couldn't tell apart a regular chicken teriyaki bowl from a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl, that's how diluted the spicy sauce has gotten. Also, cant forget to mention how the food is never and I repeat never served freshly hot. This was my favorite place for many years. Unfortunately the last couple years or so, it has gotten so bad. Teriyaki Madness is a locals, neighborhood quick eats pseudo-Asian food restaurant, about 12 steps below Panda Express on the quality scale. Large open room with plenty of seating. The place was empty - that should have been a clue. The tables were dirty. The help hung out in the back laughing and talking. We could have walked out with the entire cooler contents. We ordered a large Chicken Katsu bowl with noodles and vegetables, chicken Chicke Pot-stickers, and a Salmon Teriyaki Power bowl. The veggies they serve are principally cheap cabbage, not broccoli as shown in the images. Their noodles were super over cooked and the Katsu was charred to a crisp and oily. The pot stickers were cooked far too long and were hard and crunchy. Really this was the worst. I wound up throwing it out. The counter help was disinterested. We helped ourselves to self-serve bottles of water from their cooler and the bottles had been opened previously, seal broken. I get what this place is supposed to be, but this falls far short. Anyone who gives this place a rating of more than 1 star has very, very low standards for what they will stick in their gobs. read more

Little did I know the types of steak has been changed and what I got is different then what's listed and pictures. I Got bland thinly sliced beef topped on noddles with teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top. Not at all what's pictured or what use to be, if there's an update on the menu it needs to be shared/updated. Sadly the only one treated today was my dog as she doesn't have a standard for food. A nice grilled texture and tasty spicy flavor. Veggies come on the side, not in meat or noodles. The food came out quickly, bagged up to-go style. This is a fast food style restaurant but they have tables and booths if you want to eat in. Ordering is pretty basic. Choose the size bowl, pick your protein from 8 choices (two proteins if you like) then add the sides. Sides are rice, noodle and veggie choices. My husband came in to order takeout for both of us. A mad spicy chicken for me and steak teriyaki for him. My bowl was about 1/2 the size of his even though he ordered 2 regular sized bowls. I didn't notice until he got home. I'm on keto and it is my cheat carb day so I am disappointed. Also, mad spicy should be a lot spicier (your mad spicy is child's play). The food is usually good, we order from there at least once every couple of weeks it is close to our house and the food is good. I normally pre-order my food so when I get there, it is ready for pick up. Today I called at 8:35 and no one answer the phone and it just rang and rang and ring. I called three more times, including as I was walking the door and they just let the phone drink. I guess if they are open, they said they close at nine and I said I've been trying to call. Her response was we do not answer. The phones after 8:30. And don't take any to go orders. So I asked if I could order she goes. It depends if it's not too complicated. Service was amazing. What wasn't amazing was the way the owner spoke to her employees... right in front of us. She calls him out for cleaning the windows wrong then continue to call him back out rudely to show him the window inside needed to be done again. "See do you see how this window isn't done correctly?!" She could have done this in such a better manor. Take your employee to the side and talk to him!! I have always loved Teriyaki Bowls. Big fan of Samarai Sams back in the day. Never had a bad meal there. But, the last few times I have been to Teriyaki Madness its gotten worse and worse. The meat quality has deteriorated below the threshold that I can no longer stay silent. I order from the APP and my food is always hot and ready when I arrive and the service is always solid at this location, the stadd is friendly and courteous and quick to add what I need. But, here is where the positives end. This last few months, the quality of the meat is garbage. The chicken is precooked and nuked, processed and "glued" together in spots. The steak is like processed beef jerky strips cut into flat squares (reminds me of "Sizzlelean" faux bacon from the 80s in look and texture. I am sorry that I cant eat here any longer. Well portioned and great presentation. My only compaint is that they forgot my utensils, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Thank God I was at home. It's not bad for what it is. It's fast, clean, and they provide more heat and char than most fast food restaurants. The cashier was pretty relaxed and quick. We got the orange chicken and two spicy chickens. The orange chicken surprisingly held up its crispiness in their tasty orange sauce. The veggies are simply steamed and got the job done. I wish the Mad hot sauce was hotter, but at least they're branching out to hotter sauces - the spice is about 3/10. Yakisoba is $1.50 extra but I'm not sure why. The noodles don't have any flavor to them and I would pass on the upgrade in the future. They provide extra teriyaki sauce with your bowl. Overall, I would eat here much more frequently if they offered lime and cilantro. That would make the meal so much better. read more

My family has been going to this teriyaki madness location since it opened. It's slowly going downhill. The drink machine is always broken or out of certain flavors. They're always short of something whether it be cups, lids, or bowls. Today it was the soda machine was broken, and no extra teriyaki sauce. Add to that the significant price increases and shrinking portion size since Covid and I just can't recommend this location. For a family of four it used to be $40, now it's $75. This review is purely for their chicken katsu bowl and service. Service was quick and easy. They were pretty busy for the time we went in. But, they were fast and really friendly, so that's a plus! I got the chicken katsu bowl and it was just okay. The chicken to rice ratio was a little off (like a whole bunch of rice and some chicken) but that's okay, I don't eat much anyway. Thank goodness my friend wanted to eat some rice with his teriyaki chicken/vegetable bowl, otherwise there would have been so much rice left over. I gave them 4 stars because of service quality. But other than that, I'd probably only be back if my friend wanted to grab some food or if I wanted to sneak him a meal that he likes for work. :) read more

Well, this place has gone down hill. Last 3 times we got food from here we've had bad experiences with customer service, and our order/food. Today I walk inside, no one in line, a lot of people sitting down. The girl with glasses at the counter didn't greet me, stood there staring at me with a blank face. I said "Hi are you ready for me? She said "yeah." I ordered a chicken breast bowl with veggies and white rice. She said, $15 (which I was confused how it's that much) and I gave her cash. She asked for my name. Gave her my name and nothing else was said. No smile or eye contact. I sat down waited about 15mins or so. They put my bag on the counter and called my name and went in the back. Only 1 other person came in after me. But everyone was in the back talking. No one waited for me to get my order, check and ask me if I needed anything else or say "thank you have a nice day" NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have checked the food but I was upset I didn't feel welcomed so I just left. Got home and there was NO VEGGIES, only coleslaw... barely any teriyaki sauce on the chicken that didn't look good.. it didn't taste all that good either. I called to talk to the manager and the girl said he's not here he moves around stores she didn't know when he would be back. She took down my name and number and gave her half the reason I wanted to talk to the manager. I honestly think they threw it away and didn't give him my message. I use to love the food but I don't know when we will be going back if this is how we get treated and the food isn't worth $15. Very disappointing. They never gave me a receipt either. read more

I go to Teriyaki Madness a lot and at this location and this time I got white chicken breast and it was awful overdone.

I would give a ZERO if I could. Worst customer service ever!!!!! For the SECOND time in a matter of months we have gotten home only to find out that they did not include an item that we ordered. Shame on us for not checking and assuming that they will ineptly leave an item out of our order, but the bags are tied shut tightly. Got home today to find out that my son's orange chicken bowl was missing. My husband drove ALL the way back to the restaurant with a hungry kid waiting at home to tell the employees that a bowl was missing from our order- literally 10 minutes after he picked it up the first time. The employees told them they cannot give him what he was missing, basically saying he had to prove it was missing. So he called me and I sent him a screenshot of the online order. They continued to push back and then said they had to CALL THE OWNER because he requires pictures of the food out of the bag to prove it's actually missing!!!! How does that kind of proof even make sense?!? And why would we come back 10 minutes later to get 1 bowl like we were trying to get it for free?They literally called the owner and made my husband wait 20 minutes to get the food we already paid for. Clearly whoever made the food should or could remember in less than 10 minutes rhat he didn't make a junior orange chicken bowl with noodles. It's not even a common order. This place is a joke and the owner has to be the biggest a**h**e on the planet!!! We will NEVER be back!!! So I hadnt been to teriyaki madness in many years since my celiac diagnosis. I love their food so I decided to stop in one day to ask if maybe they had gluten free sauce. To my surprise the worker that day said they were basically trying to go all gluten free and all the sauces did not have gluten. He did state that the katsu and the fryer were off limits because of cross contamination. I was excited! But Here is the dilemma though, I have went back a couple times and have had mixed understanding of what was gluten free. The worker at this last visit, although helpful, could not give me without a doubt answers as to what was gluten free and what wasnt. Since becoming celiac it has been a nightmare dealing with restaurants because people get annoyed. I just want to know what your sauces are made out of so I can eat stress free. Hoping I can get a message from the owner so I can settle the debate. Food and service are great but the lack of knowledge of what is actually in the food is stressful, so for now I will have to give three stars. read more
