This is the kind of dining experience that gives you cognitive dissonance, and leaves you a little confused. First off, I appreciate the ample parking. When you walk in, it feels a little claustrophobic, as there are limited seating options. The staff was very friendly, and they stayed busy the entire time. The portions seem rather small for what you're paying, and I can say that the fried rice was pretty good! The teriyaki chicken seemed rather dry, but they do have separate teriyaki sauce available. The meat is a little stringy, and the crab Rangoon--reportedly the second-most popular item on their menu--had very little filling, with underwhelming, overly-sweet flavoring and lacking any savory taste. Perhaps the most bizarre thing for me was the music playing. It was overly loud, distracting country music, which didn't fit at all with the vibe of the cuisine or the restaurant experience. This was one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I've had in a while. Our order came to $65 for two entrées, four egg rolls, and a side of spicy orange chicken. At that price, I expected generous portions and a complete order. I ordered a large spicy chicken teriyaki bowl, paid extra for noodles and double protein, but the bowl arrived with very little sauce, surprisingly little protein, and barely any vegetables--about three pieces of broccoli, a couple slices of zucchini, and a few slivers of onion. The tossed in noodles I paid extra for was bone dry. My wife's beef teriyaki bowl was equally disappointing, with a very small portion of beef and almost no vegetables. What really frustrated us was the constant upcharges. Every sauce is extra uncharged! Ordered spicy, teriyaki and Yum Yum sauce but received the wrong ones. To be fair, once we added enough sauce that we had to pay extra for the food actually tasted great. The flavors are excellent. Unfortunately, the value simply isn't. Between the small portions, sparse vegetables, incorrect sauces, and extra charges for nearly everything, it felt like we paid premium prices for a very average experience. I'm shocked they didn't charge us for the plastic forks and napkins. This is a new little restaurant right off of County Line and Emerson. It is part of a small strip mall and shares free parking with the other businesses in the mall. The place has a small dining area with a television and music playing throughout. They serve teriyaki-covered proteins in a bowl of either rice or noodles. The proteins include salmon, steak, and chicken. They also have desserts and sides, such as egg rolls. I ordered the steak teriyaki with noodles and an egg roll. It took me about 12 minutes to get my food. It was fresh and hot. It was pretty good. If you do not have enough teriyaki on your food, there is a bottle on each table you can use to add more. The staff there was ok. My interaction with them was limited, but they just did their job. The restaurant itself was very clean, and they do offer catering for those in need of meals for a special event/occasion. I liked my meal and am glad that I was able to stop by. Indy needs more Teriyaki places period! And I'm not sure when this opened but I am excited to have found a new chain. As I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. I got a regular sized chicken teriyaki bowl to go. Since this was my first time I did not know what to expect but I loved it. It came with a lot of rice (I chose brown rice), and veggies. I liked how they seasoned the veggies- I almost want them as a separate order! Chicken was cooked to perfection. They put the teriyaki sauce on the side. It was even better with some sriracha sauce. Wow, this place busy very busy on a Saturday night. They haven't been open long - since May 2025 and appear to be a chain. Everyone must be excited to have them on the south side of Indy because it was a 30 minute wait. Several different protein options as well as bowl sizes. You are also able to pick from white or brown rice or noodles. Bowls come with broccoli, zucchini, cabbage and carrots. The veggies are not mixed in with the rice, so be sure to give it a mix so the ratio is right! I had the katsu chicken which was really good! Very generous portions and enough for two meals. My husband got the spicy teriyaki chicken which he also enjoyed. He said it was quiet spicy, but his heat level tolerance isn't usually very high. We spent right around $20 for two regular sized bowls and they made two meals, so we thought it was a really good value as well. read more

I happen to see this place was going in a strip mall close to home so I followed their facebook page and got lucky to snag 2 spots for their soft opening today Everything is made fresh to order which ensures everything is piping hot when it comes out which is a huge plus when it comes to noodle type dishes. You can dine in, carryout, delivery or cater your meal. Order at the counter upon entering and You start by selection your protein and then your carb option or may choose no carb. When it says spicy they mean spicy for sure. But it's a good spice. Some options for protein are Chicken, steak, tofu and salmon Carb option 3 different rice styles and noodles. Everything is customizable to your liking Now for what we ordered Spicy chicken Yaki style which means they add the protein, noodles and veggies back into the wok which works well as it coats everything in the spicy sauce and mixes it up making it easier to eat. The chicken has a great grilled flavor the noodles are cooked perfectly and the veggies are tender but not overcooked. Spicy steak with noodles and veggies. The steak was tender however the pieces were large making it difficult to eat. It wasn't ordered Yaki style so noodles were on the bottom then veggies then steak on top so it's a little hard to get a bite of everything at once. The portions were huge and lots of meat. Can't wait to try the rice next time. Crab Rangoon is light and crispy and not great there wasn't a ton of filling but it balanced out with the shell part being so light. Chicken potstickers were fried crispy they were average nothing stood out that made them any better than others. Overall super excited to have this place on the south side and despite being a soft opening everyone was friendly and working as quick as possible to get your food out to you fast and accurate. It is a little loud in there right now as every table is full and people are standing around waiting on to go orders but I feel like that'll get better over time. Love hitting this place when I need something filling, protein filled, and fast. I always get the grilled chicken breast with veggies and rice. It's so good and doesn't feel heavy and greasy like typical fast food. The side dishes are also great. I have tried the egg roll and edamame and found both enjoyable. I've been wanting to try this place. Too bad it was a hard fail. My crab Rangoon was almost all wrapper and the smallest amount of filling. Seriously it was like a teaspoon of filling with oversized burned wrappers. What made it worse was that I was over fried (burnt) and tasted like it was fried in old oil. The worst I've ever had. The Madness didn't stop at the appetizer. I got a beef and chicken bowl with mixed vegetables that was almost all zucchini (almost zero broccoli). And the meat was lacking much meat. Would've been better off at just about any random Chinese takeout from anywhere (even a bad one). For the price, I would have been able to buy a second meal at any of those other places. I had to come on here and leave a review because this place honestly blew me away. I went to Teriyaki Madness (they've got locations on the south side in Greenwood and also in the Castleton area), I believe they are also expanding to more locations and from the moment I walked in, everything about the experience was top-tier. First off, I got the spicy teriyaki chicken bowl (regular size), and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was packed with flavor. The portion size was more than fair for the price around $10.99 for the combo and it genuinely felt like you're getting your money's worth. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the sauce had just the right kick, and everything was fresh. I also grabbed an egg roll on the side (not included in the combo), and it was 100% worth it great size, crispy, and just done right. Now I'll be honest, I usually don't go for yakisoba noodles, but the co-owner, Brandy, insisted I try them. She had my girlfriend get rice so we could swap and compare, and I'm glad we did because both were seriously amazing. I'd go back for either one without hesitation. But what really made this experience stand out wasn't just the food it was the service. Brandy is hands down one of the most welcoming and genuine people I've ever met in the service industry, and I've been in it myself for over 7.5 years. The way she greeted us, asked if it was our first time, explained things, and just kept such a positive, upbeat energy the whole time it made a huge difference. She even came by to check on us while we were eating, which you barely see anymore unless you're at a sit-down restaurant and even then, some places don't do it well. She absolutely nailed it. If that's the level of care and energy she brings as a co-owner, I can only imagine how strong her team is. She sets the tone, and it shows. Overall, this place gets 5 stars across the board from me honestly, if I could give 10, I would give 12. And Brandy? 10 stars easy. She's doing everything right and deserves all the recognition. Chose to try this place out. The potstickers were delicious with the honey, but was a little too crunchy. The teriyaki chicken tasted great, and the noodles were some of the best I've had. It was little gross with the teriyaki sauce clashing with the noodles at the bottom of the bowl, so next time I'll probably just get a side of the noodles. read more

I can confidently say, after eating here, I won't go back to Panda Express and I have loved Panda Express for years. The building is so clean, the staff is so friendly, and the food is just as good. I have to say my mouth has been watering nonstop since I went there yesterday for the first time. The sign says it's addictive... I'm just going to say it now, and I'll die on this hill. I had placed my order for delivery. I had ordered their chicken eggroll, chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and potstickers. Let me tell you that the chicken teriyaki was very delicious. The chicken egg roll was amazingly the best chicken egg roll that I have ever eaten. The potstickers were really good as well. The fried rice (in my opinion) seem to be their white rice with soy sauce added to it and it was super sticky, not cooked fried. Great food with great tastes. Everything is fresh and made to order. Everything comes out warm or hot. The wait might be a little longer than other places but, the freshness or the food makes up for it. I would rather wait 15-20 minutes for fresh food than 5 minutes for room temperature food. I am missing so much of my mobile order! Noodles were supposed to be buy one, get one free and only one came. Paid extra for a n additional 3oz teriyaki chicken, didn't get it. Paid for 2 sides of yum yum sauce, didn't get it. I ordered crab rangoon AND egg rolls and they put one packet of sweet and sour, like really? Missing utensils. And the cherry on top, the phone number listed on their flier in the bag and on their website is disconnected. They must not want to hear all of the complaints from their poor service. OK, so the food is good but I am furious with the guilt trip they place on tipping here. This is walk up counter service and most people take home. Even if you stay, you bus your own table. Tipping is called gratuity but that has lost its meaning...it is meant for good service but there is no service at a walk up counter for carry out. You shouldn't even be prompted to tip. True, you can choose "no tip" but it's crazy to even ask at a place that's not a full service restaurant, especially with the person standing right in front of you. As I mentioned, the food is good, but am getting sick of the amount of tipping that is expected in places you never saw it before. Quit expecting me to subsidize your labor at a walk up counter. Leave a tip jar, that is fine but the prompt at the card reader is getting ridiculous.
