The French Dip is a nice roll, toasted well, but the dip sauce has a long way to go to be developed into a more salty/savory addition. The Turkey sandwich, likewise is fresh but needs an aoli or perhaps the option for cranberry compot. And the Snickerdoodle Cookie was undercooked and honestly tasted like a disappointing gluten-free desert. I fear that the food is underperforming at a level that will undermine the overall mission to feed all comers.
