This place is a little bit in a rough neighborhood, but don't let the exterior for you. The food was excellent. $11 for this plate. Just discovered this place, Teriyaki on Fire, and man, it's legit! I absolutely love their teriyaki chicken cheese fries. The sauce is delicious, and they definitely don't hold back on the chili paste. The food is packed with flavor and seriously fire! I'd definitely recommend everyone try this place at least once. This popped up as a hot and new restaurant on my feed so I had to try. It's in a small strip mall with the el pollo loco. I got the large chicken bowl with avocado. It was so good! The chicken is tender and juicy with just the right about of sauce. The avocado makes a perfect pairing. We came on a Friday night and there was a steady line of customers. Ordered via Foodja delivery for my office. We ordered the bento box, bowls and short rib plate. Foodja delivered the food on time which tells me the restaurant did an excellent job of making sure our order was ready when the driver came to pick up the order. Since this was a delivery order I don't know what the restaurant looks like. The bento box is generous and perfect for hungry eater. The beef and chicken are charbroiled which is how we prefer our teriyaki beef/chicken to taste. The veggies are boiled but perfect to dip into the teriyaki sauce. The teriyaki sauce is thick, dark and not overly sweet. The bowls are big too and everything is filling, nothing is skimped! Only suggestion I have maybe have a vinaigrette or a miso dressing for people who do not care for ranch or 1000 island dressing. Can't wait to try this place in person! read more

This place just recently opened as I notice balloons outside of their business. Went ahead and got myself the chicken teriyaki fries during my lunch time and it was amazing. Great portions and the chicken was moist and not dry or difficult to chew. Thank goodness as it is walking distance from my job. I tried the Teriyaki Bowl from Teriyaki On Fire and it was so good! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and most importantly, it wasn't dry at all. There was so much flavor in the bowl, and everything just went really well together. Sometimes teriyaki bowls can be pretty basic, but this one definitely wasn't. I'd absolutely order it again.
