I went to the location beside Terminal A. I had the chair massage. The guy giving massage was a Korean man. He seemed nice and said I was really tight in my shoulders & lower back. He was making small talk which is okay with me. Because I did not want to rush to pay after my massage, I paid first and gave usual tip. BIG MISTAKE! It was a slow day so no one was there. He said since he can do table instead. Stupid me I thought, maybe it was bec I gave a good tip (20%) plus it was a slow day, that he must be just helpful wanting to relieve my back. It felt odd though that he had to slide the door from the entrance closed since the place should still be open for other customers. I should have followed my gut at that time & left. Feel so dumb now saying that out loud. He had me on my stomach and he did a good job on my lower back. Then he had me lay on my back. He had my arm pulled up and massaged my armpit then he proceeded to push on my shoulders, upper chest & then my breasts. He thought he distracted me with his small talk but I knew what he was doing the whole time. He had a creepy smile on his face the whole time he was talking, he thought I did not notice his perversion. I got scared but did not want to show it for fear that he might become aggressive, so I just got up, and said thank you. I feel traumatized, violated. I wanted to get out of there quickly. I am just thankful that it didn't go any further, felt so unsafe after that. I actually hate myself not seeing the signs. My usual massage therapist was an man so I thought It was okay. So upset with myself. I'm sure this establishment is legit since it's situated in the airport. But next time I will just wait to get home for a masage. If you see a small Korean man, barely speaks English, please turn around, walk back out & just wait for your flight in your terminal. read more

I paid for an hour of deep tissue, and got an amateur that couldn't wait to go home. It wasn't even relaxing and he never even touched my lower back or glutes, which was the only reason I went. Very disappointed. And when I paid and she asked how it was, I was given a $9 discount. Worst $121 I ever spent. read more

I highly recommend this spa in Terminal A, Nicole in particular. Nicole is an amazing massage therapist. She is professional, yet has such a gentle and calming aura. She was able to read my body to best gauge the perfect pressure for each area. She has a magic touch that is better than experiences at the Pebble Beach Spa!!! You can call ahead to schedule an appointment. Looking forward to the next layover in SeaTac. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. Was at the airport and had time to kill, so stopped in to get a mani-pedi. The spa is really nice and super clean. Lori was an absolute gem! She is so friendly and actually educated me a lot about nails since the last person who did them was clearly terrible. I'm extremely disappointed by the customer service at this establishment. I paid twice as much as standard rate for a sub-par manicure (no cutical attention, uneven brush strokes). After over an hour of dry time (literally 12:50-2:15pm), I used the restroom and smudged one nail. I asked them to do a quick fix and they said I would have to come back another hour and a half later (after my flight had taken off). To fix one nail! I then asked if I could just put one brushstroke over the smudge myself and the attendant told me no. This is exceptionally poor form. read more

Spa at airport is genious idea. Wasn't expecting great service but I was in so much pain I had try it out I was sad when front girl told me because all the therapists were busy and I didn't want miss my flight back to Japan. But there was massage worker who walked in and said he would end break early to massage me. It made me so happy because I was so much pain . I book chair massage to save little money because I spend so much in Seattle. I was talking to therapist and explained to me he is best neck massage on table and took me back to room no extra charging me. Such a kind person and make me laugh so much. I never see someone so serious and funny at the same time. I am very fragile with touch and bruise easy but his hands were like water. He find all my painful spots and make sure he never push so hard and asked me how I am doing. I have never had good massage until him. I hope I see him again if I come back to Seattle. I had a 3 hour layover and decided I wanted to sit, relax, and have a pedicure. I chose the deluxe, 45 minute one. (It was worth every dime.) First, Nick at the front desk is wonderful - I watched him remember everyone's names, including mine, be incredibly courteous, gentle, a wonderful communicator, and he helped set the tone for once you walked into the spa. Vishret (I hope I am spelling his name correctly and that he'll forgive me if I am not) continued with the tone Nick set. He spoke just the right amount and was quiet just the right amount. I also watched how he interacted with a woman who walked in and was in a rush and had lost her red fingernail (she was in a pilot uniform and we smiled and said it was critical she not fly without matching nails) so he helped her out, she was gracious, he was gracious - it was really sweet to watch. Just the overall tone of the entire place. The airport can be a busy frenzied type of energy - and to have an escape that is staffed by really kind people was such a welcome surprise. (I watched a female masseuse behave this way as well - very customer focused, gracious.) I would absolutely return and recommend the C concourse location. And to boot - my toes look great! read more

Terrible survive, have many empty chairs, no information that they are booked, you come to empty place they turn you down saying "all booked". So dumb! They say that all things happen for a reason and I truly believe that I was meant to get my nails done at the Terminal Spa near Gates A3/4 at Seattle-Tacoma airport. The experience that I had was not simply about getting a manicure and pedicure, but rather having Chau be the nail tech to service me. Chau is meticulous with her skills and a pure pleasure to be around. Not only were my nails great after leaving the spa to board my flight, but my feelings were great! And, as a bonus, it was meant for me to have a great manicure because the a couple days later, my boyfriend proposed. I had a long layover today in Seattle. I stopped to get a gel manicure in the C concourse where Alaska has their hub and my technician was amazing! Thoughtful, thorough and professional. I wish she was located where I live! It was the best gel manicure I've had in a long time. Her name was Liliya. I will definitely look for her again on my next layover. This Spa never has staff available, when you walk up they have staff standing around but there is no sign in sheet and they never have anything available (even when there are no customers in the location) for less than an hour in the future. This is not a one time occurrence but has happened at least 8 times in the last 60 days. I travel a lot and find the location here at SeaTac to be the absolute worst. Had a long layover in the Seattle airport and went for a 10m chair massage initially. I'm a pianist in the peak of audition season, and generally blow massage therapists away with the amount of tension I hold. Terry, an all around kind-soul who's super comfortable to interact with, went above and beyond. He told me a lot about why certain areas in my body were tense and took time to give me stretches to fight future tension. He genuinely cares about helping people stay healthy and I couldn't be more grateful that he was the one assigned to me.
