He promised to speak to his supervisors and stated he'd call back the next day, Wed, 4/1/26. Despite several calls and texts he's never followed up with us again. A call to his business office was met with @we can take a message." They've never called us back either. They advertise as a family business serving the Coachella Valley for over 45 years but can't seem to service a prospective customer nor do they appear to care. The PURCOR technician pulled up to our curb and sat in his truck for 30 minutes, never once exiting the truck. My husband was sitting in his office with full view of the truck. Our dog never made a peep, when normally she would be freaking out. I called the PURCOR office and was told that the tech did a full service on the front of the house but could not gain access to the back yard. In fact, he never even tried to enter the back yard or the interior of the house. We are done.
