His employee Oscar also identified that our main problem was due to a bad stucco job from a remodel before we purchased the house. Irving came out to project lead and Kevin the owner even came out to deliver materials for his team and check in. Not only did they repair the roof where it was needed but they alerted me to some other cracked tiles that would obviously be problematic in the future. We were so scared to have a crack on my corner roof especially when it has been raining a lot recently. I requested a quote and Terrazas Roofjng was one of the company the reached out in a timely manner. I requested last night if they can come at 11am and Tomas came 10 minutes early which was awesome! I hired Terrazas Roofing in December 2020 to replace my home's 20+ year old 3rd story flat roof. It looks nice from above when viewing it from a nearby hill that is at a higher elevation, and so far, it has performed as it should by being waterproof. Irving and Kevin are both extremely knowledgeable about roofing and are very talented in designing and installing the best possible roofing solution. Then, in April 2021 they came out again to do some repair work on an adjacent portion of the 2nd story roof and I was again very, very impressed. Terrazas arranged for their roofers Claudio and Michael to perform the repair job, and the craftsmanship that Claudio performed on the roof and the support and post-repair cleanup work that Michael did at ground level was elite-level and as excellent as I could have possibly hoped for. I was extremely impressed by this team, and the repair job that Claudio did on the 2nd story roof is literally a "work of art." Superior Roofing Company! I interviewed 17 roofing contractors over a 3 month period to ensure I chose the best roofing company. This company was the best and they lived up to my standards in every way. Irving always answered and returned all phone calls and was excellent in his communications with me. The owner Kevin, kept his word and performed the roofing project with the correct and accurate materials. All of the workers on Kevin's team were courteous, respectful, and professional, and very hard working. My project was unique and entailed the removal of the existing roof with the addition of 5 layers of roofing materials to include rigid foam insulation. All the roofing materials had to be installed without puncturing my open beam wood ceilings. And the entire crew did an excellent job of accomplishing this feat. The reason I chose to go with Terrazas Roofing was from the start when meeting with Irving he himself told me if I didn't have the money since we just purchased the house that after he inspected the roof I could wait a year or two.
