Terrazas Roofing truly merits a 5 stars review. We have paint peeling off our walls which may indicate presence of moisture and a leaking roof. We asked for a roof inspection which was offered free of charge. Gus from Terrazas came to the appointment on time and inspected the damage on our walls and took pictures of the roof using a drone. Since, we have no obvious wet spot / water mark, Gus called the next business day and offered to make another visit to check for moisture in the walls. He also climbed into our attic to look for leak and found no problem on his returned visit. Gus was thorough and honest. Our tile roofing was completed on 4/1/20. One day before expected completion. The play room was a "torch down" cover due to it being flat. They matched the colors nicely to complement the house. The tile room is simply gorgeous! The team did a fantastic job. We also wanted seamless gutters to be done and their contracted company came out to complete that. The guys arrived around 10am the following day.Informed me of the options for placement (for aesthetics). The two options they gave me were on either side of our garage lights but we wanted them a bit hidden. I ran an idea but the gentleman and he said it's doable. Good communication and completed the job quickly. Our last competent to this project is roofing insulation which Irving was kind enough to get us some pricing and contacts for. I needed to do partial reroof of about 80% of my roof. I got several roofing quotes, and only very few are willing to do partial reroof unfortunately. Their main concerns were the valley area. Terrazas is the only one who could explain really well how they will do it, and it really gave me peace of mind. Tomas patiently and expertly explained everything in detail. Not only that, he was also very responsive. The longest wait to get his response is 2 hours. Not only that, Lani from the office is also very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. They finished the whole project in 3 days. The foremen are very knowledgeable and true experts. They did leak repairs also on the same day and they're done right, considering how close they were with the solar bracket. They cleaned up really well and the crew were courteous. Not only that, they also walked an extra mile to cover few things that normally roofers don't. They were by far the highest quote, but as I stated the only one to actually engage through the quote so I'm not sure on relative value, but they were very thorough in repairing the leak point and inspecting entire roof for broken tiles. They replaced all the damaged plywood and underlayment around the leak and replaced all the damaged tiles and concrete caps on the 1st/2nd story roof.
