    Frank's Irvine Subaru - Me

If Frank's Irvine Subaru ever loses Sam F, they should immediately launch a nationwide search…read moreparty, offer a reward, and possibly notify local authorities. My wife and I live in Oceanside. There are plenty of dealerships between us and Irvine. Plenty. Yet every time we need anything Subaru-related, we willingly sign up for the I-5 traffic obstacle course because Sam is worth every mile. Most service advisors help you maintain your car. Sam somehow manages to maintain your faith in customer service. She has achieved the rare and mythical balance of being incredibly professional while also making the entire process feel like you're catching up with a friend who genuinely wants to help. Somehow, she remembers details, communicates proactively, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel like just another appointment on a calendar. At this point, if Sam switched careers and started selling hiking boots, insurance, or artisanal pickles, I'd probably at least hear her out. The truth is that trust is hard to earn, especially when it comes to vehicle service. Sam has earned ours completely. We don't drive from Oceanside to Irvine because of the dealership, the coffee, or the waiting room. We drive there because of Sam. Frank's is lucky to have her. The rest of the staff is great, but Sam is the reason we keep coming back. Give her a raise, a trophy, a parking spot with her name on it, or at minimum, whatever magical resources she needs to keep being the absolute rockstar she is. Thank you, Sam, for turning what is usually an errand into an experience that reminds people what exceptional customer service actually looks like

First off, they had more of a selection than the other guys, which was a big plus. Secondly, I was helped by Troy, who was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and had no problem finding a model that was within my budget. Thirdly, Tyler was my finance guy and he was super cool and made the process fast and easy. These guys are amazing. I'll tell the world to go to Tuttle-Click Ford; I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I ended up running numbers on a couple different options and decided to go with a Select. Johny and Reza seamlessly tag teamed helping me out while getting another customer wrapped up. They were very transparent on pricing, and played no games when I asked to clarify and see MF, residual, GAP. There were no 'gotcha's' to be found. Masoud walked me through all the documents and it was probably the fastest signing I've ever done. Everyone there was just that friendly-professional and calm that you want to have when weighing your options. One thing that was nice was that every single employee congratulated me on my way out. They're my neighborhood Ford dealer so I'm glad I was able to keep it local and look forward to seeing them in 5k miles.

My husband and I are both car people, and Day really let us just test drive the vehicle and check out the features without fuss or being pressing. When it came to pricing for the lease - I can't argue. The deals were very reasonable and at this current time, included maintenance, which is awesome. I had never looked at or really considered a VW before. If you're in the market for a new car, I would go see Mr. Yang. He was great.

Please review your contract before you sign!!!…read more When I leased my 2022 VW ID.4, the process seemed easy and happened very quickly. Unfortunately, my experience of pay off experience was not pleasant. There were essentially two stages of upselling -- first with the salesperson and then again in the finance office. I was presented with a high APR, information about paying off the vehicle, and several additional products that I did not feel I needed. Here are the additional products that were added to my contract: * ETHOS Group Extended Warranty -- $2,250 * EG Key Replacement, 3 Years -- $450 * Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Waiver -- $716 * EG Theft Deterrent -- $632 Total: $4,048 Looking back, I wish I had taken more time to read and understand every page of the contract before signing. My advice: Don't rush. Read your entire contract carefully, ask questions about every fee and add-on, and scan the contract into ChatGPT or another tool to help you understand what you're actually paying for before you sign. I learned this lesson the hard way. I hope sharing my experience can help someone else avoid making the same mistake.

We visited on July 29 at approximately 11:30 a.m. and worked with a sales manager whose name I unfortunately do not remember, but you should be able to identify who was working with us at that time. We came in genuinely ready to purchase a Genesis. Instead of working with us, we were repeatedly told that we would need to put over $5,000 down. Every time we questioned the numbers or asked about other options, the sales manager was unwilling to properly explain anything or work with us. We left feeling completely frustrated, dismissed, and unheard. We ended up going elsewhere, and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE. They got us into a Genesis with ZERO money down and even waived our first TWO monthly payments. That is a huge difference compared to what we were being told. You can even look up my account and see that I ultimately purchased the vehicle elsewhere. What makes this situation even worse is that the problems clearly go beyond the sales department. The managers I have dealt with in multiple departments have been just as bad. Instead of management trying to professionally resolve my concerns, I have experienced dismissive, hostile, and unprofessional behavior. Now I am also being THREATENED simply for speaking up about my experience and raising concerns about how I have been treated. Instead of anyone taking accountability or trying to fix the situation, the response has been threats, hostility, and attempts to make me feel intimidated for complaining. That is completely unacceptable. At this point, this is clearly not an issue with one employee. When management across multiple departments behaves this way and a customer feels threatened for raising legitimate concerns, it raises serious questions about how this dealership is being managed. I specifically want the OWNER to review this personally. I do NOT want my complaint redirected to the same managers I am complaining about. I want the owner to understand exactly what has been happening and how a Genesis customer is being treated.
