Stopped by the Tesla dealership today to drop off vehicle to get some work done and pick up a loaner. The handling of the situation by the staff was expeditious and effortless. We were literally in and out in no time at all. The loaner car was a 2025 Tesla model 3 so we drove off in style. When it's time for pick up in roughly a week, I am optimistically sure that the work done will be to my satisfaction.

Had my demo almost a year ago, and finally we made it back for our own! What a wonderful experience. Whole process was so easy and exciting, Tesla team were great with communication. Our delivery girl was Jessica, so sweet and made sure to explain everything and walk us through the process. So far loving our model 3. Kids are on the 7th heaven that we finally have electric car.

9.16.25 UPDATE: I went back at 11:30am and the experience was much better with better customer service! I got my car, after paying uber 2x, which cost was around $50, to take me home and come back, my new baby was ready! Great experience & I even came back to this location later! After them messing up and telling me that I could come back in 24 hours if anything was wrong w the car, in which I did, but come to find out, you have to go thru service tab on ur app like regular service! THEY DEF NEED TO TIGHTEN UP THEIR COMMUNICATION! Otherwise, they did their best to make me satisfied and happy! Car drives wonderfully! 9.15.25: I literally took public transport here, in the HOT heat. Took 3 hours. To pick up my brand new 2026 Tesla Y.... All to be walked outside to a Tesla that wasn't mine. The female said it was her first day working. Smh. They messed up. She apologized but still, it's the experience, the memory, she looked like she wasn't paying attention at all. She re walked me to the right car, the car I bought! Beautiful! Clean! No scratches! Then, because I used my other ID, they had to verify my other ID, and told me it would take till the next day, or hours to get it verified, although it's my ID, it wasn't the same ID I used to sign up for the car. That's terrible. Shouldn't be like that. I spoke to the boss, she wanted to talk to me in public, lady, I don't ask to speak to the boss unless it's a convo I want to have in private. I asked her if there was a way to expedite the process of getting the ID verified, she said no, they can't make a phone call, I said wow, that's NOT convenient at all. She tried to explain how backed up they are and I told her that's common sense, don't need to hear that, just wanna get my car and get out of here. Smh! She walked out the lil office and didn't even direct me to where I can sit and wait a few hours to hear from the ID verification dept. Just LAZY!!!! I had to ask the boss, what do I do now? She's like you can wait in there... wow! The car doesn't reflect the customer service, picking up car process, or physical location of employees working for Tesla! The car is great, I got to check it out and sit in, get started but it's just the employees they hire and how they don't train them properly and I'll say, their process of getting customers their satisfaction is a lil off, but other than that, the car is wonderful, beautiful, amazing. They need to TIGHTEN UP here tho! These employees be lazy and even tho they work, they just be too chill at work. Esp for Tesla .... You represent the company! Make us customers happy!

1-Star Google Review for Tesla Title: First Tesla Purchase = Worst Car Buying Experience of My Life I was so excited to buy my first Tesla -- a used model directly from Tesla -- but this has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. 1. Buying Blind Tesla sells used cars with no photos, no condition report, and no option to see it beforehand. I was told if I didn't like it, I'd lose my $1,500 transport fee. The "used car advisor" texted back very slowly and promised a strict 102-point inspection before delivery. 2. Communication Failures I ordered 7/24 and followed all steps in the Tesla app (including giving a delivery address). No delivery date appeared. When I paid in full on 7/31, I finally got an ETA -- but learned my car wasn't coming to my address at all, only the dealership. 3. Delivery Disaster (Aug 7)     *    Arrived for my 11:30 AM pickup -- car had a flat tire.     *    Told to come back after lunch. Returned at 12:05... still no car.     *    At 1 PM, told it still needed to be washed & charged (why wasn't this done earlier?).     *    At 2:30 (3 hours late) I finally saw my car -- filthy inside, with brown stains on the seats, dirt in the tracks, and debris in the glove box. 4. No Accountability I refused delivery that day and requested 3 months of free Supercharging or mats/liners for my wasted time. A sales agent said this was possible. The manager (Becky) later said "no way" and offered nothing -- not even an apology. 5. Attempt #2 (Aug 8) Returned to pick up the car. Still waited 20 minutes past my appointment, and the glove box/trunk were still dirty. Becky gave a quick walk-through, no apology, no acknowledgment, and handed me the keys. Bottom line:     *    Tesla's 102-point inspection promise was not met.     *    Communication through the Tesla app was slow and misleading.     *    I wasted hours, was treated dismissively, and got zero compensation. I still believe in Tesla's mission -- but this is NOT the experience I expected. I hope someone from Tesla corporate sees this and makes it right with the free Supercharging and accessories I was promised.

No hassle car dealer! Well if you have never experienced no hassle car dealer-I urge you to come to the Tesla dealer. This was my first time visiting Tesla dealer! And while I didn't buy the car I ended up test driving one for 30 minutes, and went over the options with the dealer. Very pleasant and easy going experience. The only down side is that Tesla has only a few car models, and limited options. However-no hassle goes far in my book....

Knowledgeable associates made my foray into Teslas exciting and educational. It is so easy to buy, finance and insure a Tesla. Why doesn't everyone do it this way??

Pretty hugely disappointed in my service here. I took my car in June 26 to look at the screen constantly resetting and a small 1mm movement in my seat. The shift in the seat was from day 1 of car delivery but I knew they wouldn't do any thing about it and say it was within manufacture boundaries. But the screen resetting and going black about 5/6 times a drive 3/4 times a week is ridiculous for a 60k car. When I got my car back 2 days later I read the service notes, it said neither the chair shift or screen reset could be replicated. Refrigerant and tp sensor replaces, ac accessed. If you drove the car for 5 min i promise you can replicate it. Or if you just sit in the chair and lean gently forward and back, I promise you can replicate it. But that's not even what upset me, what did make me pretty annoyed was when I got my car back, about 3/4 days later I noticed a wind deflecting sound. Later I noticed that 3 bolts under the car that secured the front skid plate (plastic shield) had fallen out. According to manufacturer service manual, these bolts are suppose to be held in by lock tite. They don't just fall out all at once by coincidence. It caused my skid plate to scrape the street and damage a little. The service worker I spoke to informed me immediately before I explained my reason to visit: "oh no, my techs do an amazing job they don't make mistakes." Before I even explained why I returned. Ohhh so you guys are perfect you're saying?? When I informed the service worker after why I showed up he immediately deflected responsibility. He said "you must have hit something." Which was just unprofessional and insulting. First off, I would feel or hear if the under body had hit anything that hard enough that would cause an entire skid frame to break off THREE BOLTS! also the skid plate sits higher than the front car lip, if something was ran over there would be damage first on the front lip and the car is perfect other than the skid plate slouching, also there would have been visible scrapes or damage on the skid plate, not just 3 glued on bolts falling out. already their excuses make no sense. When I explained this he said "well not necessarily." Like a smarta$$ to me. You can't sit and tell me all these glued in bolts fall out coincidentally right when I get the car back on return from the service center.. the only way this could happen is if the lock tite bolts were removed which would break the glue seal causing them to fail. The guy I spoke with (unsure if he was a supervisor or just a tech) was a Latino guy maybe in his 30's or mid 20's. I just wish I could have spoke to someone more respectful and not trying to divert blame, someone more older and responsible would have been better. He wanted to charge me $230 on fixing something they won't take responsibility for and have me wait a week to have mobile service do it. This is insane. Keep in mind this is all an hour before closing and there was no one here at all, him and one other guy was just sitting in the office doing nothing, chatting together when I pulled up. No point in arguing this over with a guy who didn't even look or work on my car. How would he know, he doesn't even know what job they did on my car and already just said, no they do a great job. I inspected one of the loose bolts and sure enough there's lock tite residue that has been reduced to powder at the tip of the bolt. I'm no forensic analysis but the lock tite glue is only applied on the neck upper part of the bolt so for there to be power glue residue on the tip mean the bolt was unscrewed breaking the glue seal and getting on the tip. Unless somehow glue power manages to travel up by itself to the tip? Whatever. I'm just gonna file an email complaint with upper management, from experience even if you have a table of evidence people will deny responsibility until the very end. I just wish this place would hire some responsiveadults instead of college kids younger than me.

Posting on behalf of my husband:…read more I am very disappointed with my recent service experience at this dealership. After purchasing my 2019 Cadillac CTS, my initial experience with sales was excellent. However, my experience since bringing the vehicle in for service has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication and delays. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment on May 23 and waited about 45 minutes before being helped. I also requested a loaner vehicle but was initially denied and told I would receive a call back from management, which I never received. Over the following week, I made multiple attempts to get updates with little to no response. Eventually, I was informed my vehicle had been transferred to another service location, where it still had not been fully diagnosed days later. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent, and I have been without my vehicle for over a week with no clear timeline for repair or resolution. In addition, I have not received important paperwork needed to register my vehicle, despite multiple follow-ups, and I am still waiting on resolution regarding financing details provided at the time of purchase. Overall, the lack of communication, delays in service, and lack of accountability have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers do not go through the same situation.

During that service visit, the mechanic also reported: * Noticeable rust underneath the vehicle * The need for all fluids to be flushed * Concerns regarding overall drivability Now, as a fairly new purchase, the vehicle continues to drive improperly and most recently the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON. When I attempted to get assistance beyond the warranty process, I was repeatedly told only to take the car back to the same repair shop, with no direct involvement from DriveTime as the dealer. For a vehicle financed directly through DriveTime, I expected a safe and reliable car. Instead, new mechanical issues keep appearing right after purchase. This has been a very concerning experience so far.

The car is a 2014 Toyota Scion xB, and it seemed fine during the test drive. However, on March 28, I noticed that whenever I stopped at a stop sign, the engine made a strange noise. Something didn't feel right. I texted the salesperson, Melanie, but received no response. I then went to the shop and explained the issue. They test-drove the car, and I also mentioned that I had already filled the gas tank twice within a week. They told me to bring the car back the next day. I brought the vehicle in early the following morning. They said a mechanic would fix it, and later they called to say the car was ready. This was on March 29, 2026. However, it was a late call, and I didn't have enough time to pick it up. After two days, the check engine light came on. I texted Henry, and he told me to bring the vehicle back. On March 31, 2026, I dropped it off again. They said they would fix it, but after leaving it there all day, nothing was repaired. Instead, they told me to come back early on April 3. I returned again, having to use Uber, which was very frustrating. It's disappointing to buy a vehicle with engine problems, especially since this dealership was recommended by my cousin. I trusted them, but they have not been helpful at all. I have a 5-year-old child who needs to get to school, and I also need a reliable vehicle for work. I'm worried about my safety--what if the engine fails completely? The check engine light is still on, and it feels like they don't care. I plan to report this to the DMV because of their lack of action and concern for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to buy a vehicle from this place. If you do, make sure to bring an expert mechanic to inspect the engine. They don't even provide a proper service history of the vehicle. I hope they learn to treat customers better, but based on my experience, they do not care. Once you purchase a vehicle, they only seem interested in getting good ratings. I have since deleted the positive review I left for my salesperson, Melanie, because they did not help me at all.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of her. Unfortunately, the experience after that really brought everything down. I was told the vehicle had been detailed, but when I picked it up (around 11:30pm), it was very dirty. There wasn't visible trash, but there were fingerprints and smudges all over the interior, and the windows and mirrors were extremely dirty. I ended up having to hand wash the car myself inside and out. I also found a scratch about 6 inches long on the hood that I hadn't noticed before. I called two days later to speak with the sales associate to address the condition of the vehicle and the scratch. I was told I would receive a call back, but it has now been two more days with no response. I also didn't appreciate being asked to get car insurance on the vehicle before the numbers were even finalized. It made me feel more obligated to go through with the purchase. She did a great job during the sales process, but the follow-through and overall delivery experience really missed the mark. I would strongly encourage future customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle inside and out before leaving the dealership, confirm any cosmetic issues in writing, and make sure all numbers are finalized before setting up insurance. Learn from my experience and double-check everything so you don't end up dealing with the same frustrations. Updated Review Updating my original review. I originally had some concerns after picking up my vehicle late at night. The car was dirtier than expected and I later noticed a light clear coat scratch on the hood once I saw it in daylight. I contacted the dealership about it and we scheduled an appointment for Friday to take a look at it. I'm happy to say they took care of the issue and buffed out the scratch, which I really appreciated. They made the situation right and that goes a long way with me. I also want to give credit to the sales representative who helped me from the beginning. She was extremely kind, friendly, and never pushy. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a vehicle that matched exactly what I wanted in terms of comfort and storage space. I would definitely recommend asking for Jordan Pfluke if you're shopping here. This dealership stood behind the vehicle they sold and made sure the issue was corrected, which I respect. Because of that follow-through, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars.

OH MY- what a gem she is! When I told her what I was having repaired, she mentioned that seatbelts shouldn't go out like that, especially before 100,000 miles. She said it may be covered under warranty. She looked up my vehicle and sure it enough- the seatbelt would be covered up to 100,000 miles or Sept 25th of this year. My vehicle only has 97,000 miles so I fell within the timeframe! Once I got to Nissan, I met Becky in person! She was so helpful, kind, down to earth and full of personality!
