This Tesla location is a dealer with a showroom and service center. They have a parking lot but I think it's just for dropping off and picking up vehicles that were in service. This is also where people pick up their vehicles after purchasing one. There were some parking on street, which I believe is metered. We had to drop our vehicle for service to replace a malfunctioning computer. Communication and making an appointment was done all through the Tesla app. It took about a month to get an appointment; they had to get the parts in. They were able to send a temporary on air software patch to fix our vehicle, in the meantime. On the appointment day, dropping off was easy. The communication and customer service was spot on; they were friendly, responsive, and prompt. They also provided us a loaner vehicle. We were able to pick up our vehicle two days later; picking up was easy. The whole process was seamless and we had a good experience.

Went for a ride, that is an hour long, with a friend who had a 9:30 appointment, to have routine service. We were there early. Over FOUR hours later, they decided to give him a loaner. I took photos of some minor damages on the loaner; just in case. Because NOTHING was done. WELL, at least the staff in the back had lunch. Smelled good! We were offered a small bag of Pop Corners, insipid chips. Exceptionally poor customer relations. In the past 6 years it's rare to see the same people AND it's always the same: terrible customer service and a garage that seems perpetually overwhelmed! If they know this; just give their customer a loaner and let them get something done with the rest of their day. Their time IS worth something and should be compensated; in some more meaningful manner, than a cockamamie bag of chips.

As great as the car is the customer service is very mediocre. Picked up a model Y on Nov 10, 2023. They respected my appointment time but the car took forever to get. Once the car was ready it felt like a very rushed experience. No customer help with setting up app or all the great things the car has to offer. Had to find this out by chance. Also the car was never charged when received, another bummer.

This is the referral popup that I saw when I placed the order the Model Y. The Tesla "lawyer" told me not to believe my lying eyes.

Long story short, Tesla has a glitch apparently in the website ordering. This was confirmed by a Tesla rep I spoke with today. If you try to use the referral link to get the benefit of 3 mo full self-driving and 6 mo supercharging, it might not apply. In my case, I found out just hours before driving 2 hours to pick up a new Model Y. The only solution Tesla has for this glitch is to have you cancel the order (and they say 'breach' your purchase contract), lose your $250 purchase order charge, pay another $250 and place another order. This is the only solution possible they say. I worked my way up to Tesla corporate after 2 hours of nonsense and this is what a Tesla lawyer told me - losing $250 was my fault because I breached the purchase contract by canceling the order after learning they would not honor the referral benefits.

From sales to administration, they have their act down pat. I needed to trade in my Lexus RX330 for whatever I could get(mindset was to downsize to the best used Camry ,with the lowest miles). I did a lot of homework first before going there....had my car appraised by three different shops, searched for cars privately on Yahoo, Craigslist, Ebay, Google (and of course dealer online inventory). Mega had the perfect car for me, and offered me top dollar on my trade. My Toyota was an excellent buy compared to the prices I saw all over the place, and I could not be happier with my experience at Mega.

He let us take a lengthy test drive. He was transparent about the car's history and some recent work he had completed. He gave us what I felt was a fair price. He told us a few maintenance items that might need taking care or down the road (which we had done). The car was registered and inspected, cleaned and ready when he said it would be. Best of all, now that we have 15k more miles on this VW, and gotten to know the car, we know this was a fair deal, which given a 10+ year old car is perhaps unusual. Thanks Ernest. I know we'll be back someday, next time we need a good used car.

Both insisted they would need to do a full diagnostic on the vehicle that could take at least an hour and possibly more at over $200 per hour rate. I contacted my salesperson; Alex and he gave be simple instructions that took less than two minutes. I am sure the local dealers knew that and were just trying to upsell. Had I been more naive, I probably would have acquiesced. Cannot speak more highly of this dealer and specifically, my salesperson, Alex.

Months later, I received a letter from the bank stating that I owed over $3,500, which had already begun damaging my credit. This came as a complete shock, as I relied on the information provided by the dealership at the time of lease return. After receiving the notice, I contacted the dealership numerous times. I was repeatedly told that they were working with the bank and that part of the balance would be taken care of. Unfortunately, after those assurances, communication stopped entirely. No one followed up with me, and no resolution was provided. I emailed the manager, Haris Deljanin, on April 6th of this year and never received a response. Daniel Salamanca, the sales manager, was in contact with me briefly but failed to follow through or return my calls as promised. As a result of misinformation and lack of accountability, my credit has been significantly impacted. This situation could have been avoided with accurate communication and proper follow-up. Instead, I was left to deal with the financial and credit consequences on my own. I expected professionalism and transparency from a dealership representing the Honda brand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I have contact the attorney generals office and forwarded all proof. These types of dealerships are why people do NOT trust car salesmen.

We settled and shook hands on a price, which we both agreed included ALL dealer fees, and everything but taxes. An hour later they slip in an additional $200 cleaning fee (car looked exactly the same) and approx $100 to search a title . Which means I need to take a THIRD trip just to get what they should have had on the first day. Mind you I live over an hour away. Now I have been calling the salesman Antonio to try and get my spare key. They send me to his voicemail where he does not return calls. I went up here from NYC to try and get a better experience, but this place is your typical sketchy dealer, sucking as many dollars as they can, and once they get your money they treat you as if they are doing you a favor just to get what you paid for. Very unhappy with this experience, stay far away. *****UPDATE******* Yesterday Mt Kisco Chevrolet sent a specialist to my home and programmed a key for me. The woman was polite and professional.
