After only 3 years/30,000 miles. Car is clean. All marks are dings/chips due to thin cheap Tesla paint.
    Natalie R.

I test drove and purchased my new $90,000 model X from this store and took delivery of it in June 2018. I regret this purchase and DO NOT recommend the model X. I believe most of the issues stem from rushed production, cheap materials and cutting corners. Michael Curtis was our sales guy and when I asked where the nearest service center was he told me it was 10 mins away but that I'd never be in there. He said unlike combustion engine vehicles there is just less stuff to break on a Telsa and less overall service needed so I would rarely have to take it in for service. After owning the car for 3+ years nothing could be further from the truth. My husband and I have had to take it in for service more than a dozen times and that doesn't include all the mobile services calls where they worked on the car in our driveway. The model x has given me more issues than 2 Fords and 1 BMW I previously owned COMBINED. One of the Fords was a used car and the other two cars were convertibles. Owning this car has been very time consuming and a huge hassle but Tesla has covered the cost to fix most of these issues because it's under warranty. I'm nervous because the warranty expires in June 2022. After that I'll have to pay for all the issues that pop up. And they pop up frequently! I recently requested that Tesla provide the extended service agreement free of charge. I would still have to pay a deductible but that would at least help the car from turning into more of a money pit. Tesla declined. I will request it again in the spring and will update this review with Tesla's final decision. Below are SOME issues experienced with the model X: - After owning the car less than a week the leather on the back bench began to fall off and an entire new leather wrap for the back bench had to be ordered. So wasteful. Took weeks to receive it. - Windshield wipers didn't work at delivery. Fluid line was never connected and not checked before delivery. - After only 3 years the paint on the front and hood were completely chipped and covered with dozens of dings [Photos of clean car posted] I had to spend $2,500 to get it repainted and $1,500 to apply a clear bra to prevent it from happening again. Tesla blamed this on the rocks on Arizona roads but I bought a new BMW here in the Valley and it didn't have any paint dings or chips after 3 years. Ask any autobody shop and they will tell you, when measuring the mill (millimetre) thickness of paint most cars measure at 14. Tesla's measure at 6! Thin cheap paint is to blame for this! - Tires on a model X are only good for 20,000 miles!!! I wish we had been warned prior to having a blowout on the way home from San Diego. We had to be towed from Dateland, AZ to Discount Tire in Phoenix. We assumed it was a nail and were shocked when Discount Tire said it wasn't safe to let us drive off without replacing ALL FOUR TIRES. Was even more shocked when I reached out to Tesla and was told that is normal for the model X. For reference, most vehicles only need new tires every 50,000 - 60,000 miles. - Roof rattled when driving, they couldn't fix it so a new headliner had to be ordered (took months to receive) - Rearview camera sometimes has an intermittent green line - Somtimes the car goes completely black while driving -- no navigation sound, no camera, speedlimit, display, etc. - Camera was stuck on bottom of screen (safety issue!) - Charge port intermittent failure to close so port had to be replaced - Passenger gull-wing door interior rattling and passenger visor rattling. Both had to be replaced. - Driver visor broke and magnet fell out - Exterior front wheel liner popped out - Rear passager door handle randomly fell off while driving - No WiFi, music or touch to speak. Had to replace the entire screen and it was in the shop for 3 days.

This is not a review for the showroom but for the Tesla Supercharging station on N. Kierland Avenue. For some reason, it's not showing up on Yelp. There are 8 stalls and is very convenient to nearby stores. Charging hits around 245mi/hr but may be higher for others.

Scheduled a test drive for a Model 3 online and showed up a little early. I was warmly greeted by the sales team and was given a water. My rep Jesse was awesome and knowledgeable about everything Tesla related. He actually was a Model 3 owner himself and gave me his input on his configuration and what he liked and disliked. After the test drive Jesse helped me configure my own Model 3 online and answered all my questions and concerns. I placed my order within the store and received the car 3 weeks later. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever experienced. Thanks Jesse.

Nice and spacious show room, clean and modern look. There were 3 vehicles to sit in and test out. We tried the SUV Model X. Beautiful vehicle. The customer service was great and they answered all of our questions. In order to test drive the cars you have to schedule an appointment. The best part was that it didn't even feel like a car dealership. We were never pressured, the sales staff was very detailed and informative. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, it made me want to give them my money and drive away with a beautiful Tesla and not look back at another dealership till I get a different Tesla in 10 years. Well done Tesla, well done indeed. Cheers!

Welcome Tesla to North Scottsdale. Tonight was the grand opening celebration of Tesla's Kierland Commons location. Free drinks, food and desserts. Of course, its invite only and entry with name on the guest list. It was a huge turnout. Meeting some of the employees and fellow Tesla owners was fun and exciting. Hope this location does as well as their fashion square location. Stop by and take a look and maybe get on the waitlist for their more affordable model 3.

Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. Went home put the battery back in the truck and had it TOWED to dealership. 3 days in the shop to replace the battery and a .20cent fuse in the radio. In passing I made the comment to my service technician that I might be interested in trading it in. It is a 2021 Alfa Stelvio and a great car, but a lousy dealership. I am surprised since they are a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. I turned in a 2019 Giulia Quad early on June 22nd and it took Ally (their leasing company) until July 5th to post the $60,600 check. Then on July 12th the payment was "reversed" for some reason. I was told by Ally their check bounced... On July 15th, Ally debited my account in the amount of $1,473 because Ally said I did not turn off Auto-Pay...can't believe it. When something is paid off, shouldn't the payments stop? I have been to the main dealership (Chrysler/Jeep) and spoken to Mo Paracha who has been of absolutely no help. Nor has Chris Nasralla in Finance...the only person worth anything here is Jon Kenny in Service. Since this dealership has been completely unresponsive, I have been in direct contact with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in Dallas (972-536-2900). I have also lodged a consumer banking complaint against Ally for continuing to debit my account after the lease had been paid off. I now have to attempt to get a refund from Ally...and will probably have to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get it. These guys are all thieves...BEWARE!

It couldn't have been more easier, the gentleman who helped me over the phone was very courteous and professional. After the call, I received an email confirmation and I later went to Pinnacle Nissan on the day of my appointment. Checking in was superb: as I pulled up into the service bay area, I was immediately greeted by an attendant that confirmed my scheduled appointment, handed the keys to him and proceeded to the waiting area. The service bay waiting area is extremely roomy similar to a large hotel lobby. There is also seating options outdoors as I found the air condition to be super ice cold. The waiting area is generously stocked with complimentary amenities: ice cold full size bottled water, variety of packaged snacks, selection of herbal teas, and hot coffee. Super hospital level clean restrooms. There is also a section reserved for small kids if you happen to bring them along. There are full rows of children's books and a few toys in a corner that offers a degree of privacy while you wait with your kids from the other people waiting there. I was initially told by the attendant upon checking in that my service appointment would take 2 hours however I only waited a little over 1 hour. The service department was very busy so there were already over a dozen people waiting in the large lobby size waiting area. The services performed: oil change, tire inspection, 18 point vehicle inspection, and complementary car wash. The tech that helped me check out with my paperwork was Wes Auer. Hopefully you are lucky enough to get him if you go to Pinnacle Nissan service dept as he is extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. This is my first review of Pinnacle Nissan Service department and the experience was EPIC. There is literally nothing they can do to improve their system. If the 5 star hotel Ritz Carlton went into the auto service business, no doubt they themselves would duplicate exactly the type of system that Pinnacle Peak Nissan already use. Thank you to Wes Auer for turning a simple routine car service experience into a positive EPIC final boss level highlight of the day. I bought a new Murano on Black Friday that was delivered with a cut in the rear leather seat, which I reported immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership told me to find my own upholstery shop. Even worse, I was explicitly told during the sale that the vehicle included remote start and climate control functionality, which turned out to be false. Management acknowledged the mistake but blamed me for not verifying features at delivery. My interaction with Cameron Fisher, the Sales General Manager, was particularly disappointing. He told me he would personally call me to explain how this would be resolved. He never did. I was treated poorly for simply asking the dealership to stand behind what they sold. After years of loyalty, I was ignored and dismissed once the deal was done. I will never do business with Pinnacle Nissan again as long as they employ staff who treat customers this way, and I strongly advise others to get everything in writing.
