Very low tech. - No customer service is available after hours and none on Saturday and Sunday. So you are forced to pay late fee. - If you are late by more than 5 minutes in returning the car, you will be charge for a full hour of late fee at 1.5 times the hourly rate, even if you are only late by 5 minutes and 1 second. It is a complete rip-off. - They also charge you $6.5 for tax per rental per day. If you rent multiple times of the same car within the same day, you will have to pay tax multiple times even though the state car rental tax should only be charged one time per car per day. - The customer support is rude and unhelpful. They cannot help you unlock the car or open the gate of the parking where the rental car is parked or extend the rental. They seem to be there to just recite the fine print of the rental agreement, and reprimand the customers for not reading the rental agreement and not plan better. Very useless. - They claim to have everything on the app. But there are a lot of things you cannot do with the app. And their customer service is not available most of the time, and definitely not on weekends and after hours. It is a flawed service.

So you gotta watch for the birds. These chargers are 24hrs. There are lots of restaurants and shops around here. Lots to do while waiting for your car. But there is so much. Your car will be waiting for you. As always be considerate of others. Return to your car when it's done and move to another stall. Watch out for Teslas... They sit there all day!

A friend recommended the shop and I'm so glad I went. Gerard and Dalbert were the mechanics helping me and they were amazing. It ended up being a blown fuse, but they also fixed my blinkers, fuel gauge, checked my tire pressure, did an oil change, and gave it a full tune-up. Since I bought it from them, everything was covered under the 2-year warranty. They made everything easy to understand, answered all my questions, and even showed me things I never knew about my moped. Joe, the owner, is just as great. They're all hilarious, super helpful, and just fun to be around. Even with other customers coming in, they made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. Totally recommend them. Today we walked into Moped Garage with 0 knowledge, and walked out with a brand new moped. The guy…read morethat helped us (I think his name was Marc) is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about all the different mopeds and items in the shop. We didn't know anything about mopeds and he was able to educate us fully on everything we needed to know as a first time moped owner. We were able to purchase 1 moped (with an alarm system equipped), 1 helmet, safety inspection complete, registration complete (good for a year), phone mount, and a heavy duty bike lock. The total cost including those listed items + tax was about $1,800. If you are interested in purchasing a moped for the first time, I highly recommend you go to this shop. The pricing is fair and the person running the shop will have all the answers to any questions you might have. It's a one stop shop for everything and you will be able to ride that moped out the store after purchasing with them. BONUS: there's free parking located in the lot behind the building the shop is in.

I believe his name was Alex. He took the time to text me a parts diagram to make sure we were talking about the same part for the correct year motor. He indeed identified the correct part and advised me he had one in stock. unlike past experiences where the guy in the parts department would tell you bring in the old part so they can match it up.
