I love kombucha more than anything LOL…read moreI live off of that HAHA but also their self-checkout is really fast and overall very helpful staff. Definitely easy to get lost here though that's my only gripe - I like knowing where to go grabbing my stuff and getting out of there lol I won my first Too Good to Go Bag from here and the staff were so nice in guiding me where to pick up my bag because I get lost easily ... LOL the bakery manager was so nice and congratulated me. When she handed me the bag I realized that this thing was substantially heavy (!!??) LOL definitely worth it!

After a long day of travel, I picked up an Amazon package here then stayed specifically to use the cafe/bar outlets to charge my dead phone so I could safely navigate the 50 minute walk back to my hotel. Every single outlet in the cafe and bar area is broken. When I asked for help, a team member named John was kind enough to charge my phone behind the counter but noted he couldn't be responsible for it. Because I was in visible physical distress and struggling to stand still due to POTS, I sat on the floor nearby to stay with my property while it charged. A supervisor named Taylor approached me and immediately escalated the situation. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy for a customer who was clearly disabled, she told me I "couldn't sit on the floor." When I asked if I could stand instead, she remained hostile and dismissive. She then claimed I couldn't use the outlets because they were "connected to the registers" and that plugging in a phone could lead to "hacking." As someone with a Master's in STEM and a career in IT, I can tell you that is technically impossible and an embarrassing, tech-illiterate excuse to use to mask poor facility maintenance. Taylor's behavior was unprofessional and frankly, a massive power-trip. If you need a functioning outlet or basic human decency in a multi-million dollar flagship store, go somewhere else. Taylor clearly values "store optics" over the actual safety and well-being of her customers.

I ordered 2 strawberry shortcake (other employee heard me and made them right away.) , she charges me for one which I shouldn't be complaining for the free drink but she needs to listen to her customers if she's gonna work in food service. I ordered 3 waffles. Got both of them nicely, given by the other employee. I was waiting for my third one by the wall for another 5 minutes, she then come and finally asks me what's wrong. I mentioned I'm waiting for the other waffle. She gave me an attitude while I was still ordering my food and wasn't smiling or giving attention to the customers in front of the store she works at. When she finally gave me my last waffle, she asked if I already had 3 puff n cream sauce.. which they decided to give it to me one by one along with my waffles I purchased. I said no and waited for her to give me the last one. She said just stood there, so I grabbed it from the counter, said my thanks and walked away. They weren't busy because they weren't doing much but there was 3 employees total & they were all tucked far away from the cash register where there was people waiting to be helped, so unprofessional. To whoever this employee is, I'm not sorry for putting you on blast. Your whole customer service attitude is shitty and if you hate to serve people without a smile, leave. You make people feel unwelcome. The whole wait took about 15 minutes. I won't be going here anymore as someone who's always coming here for your drinks.

The Tesla Supercharger station at Pearlridge Center in Aiea, Oahu, offers a convenient location for…read moreTesla owners, but it has notable drawbacks, particularly related to wait times. While it provides essential charging services for those traveling around the island, there are significant issues that may impact the overall experience. **Pros:** 1. **Convenient Location**: Located in Pearlridge Center, a major shopping mall near the H-1 freeway, this Supercharger is easy to access and is a logical stop for drivers commuting between Honolulu and the western or central parts of Oahu. 2. **Amenities at Pearlridge Center**: While waiting for your vehicle to charge, there are plenty of options to keep you occupied. Pearlridge Center offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options like a movie theater and a food court. It's a great way to pass the time if you're already waiting for a charging spot. 3. **Covered Parking**: The charging stalls are situated in a covered parking structure, which protects vehicles from sun and rain. This is especially helpful in Hawaii, where weather can change quickly. **Cons:** 1. **Long Wait Times**: The biggest drawback of the Pearlridge Supercharger is its consistently long wait times. Due to the station's popularity and limited number of stalls, it's not uncommon to encounter a line of Teslas waiting to charge, particularly during peak hours, weekends, and holidays. This can be frustrating for those who need a quick charge and are on a tight schedule. 2. **Limited Stalls and High Demand**: The station has a limited number of charging stalls, which often leads to congestion. This problem is exacerbated by the high demand from both local drivers and tourists exploring the island, creating a bottleneck that can result in extended waits. 3. **Parking Fees After a Certain Time**: While the first hour of parking is generally free, there may be fees for longer stays. Given the long wait times for a charging spot, some users may inadvertently exceed the free parking period, leading to additional costs. 4. **Charging Etiquette Issues**: There have been reports of drivers leaving their cars at charging stalls long after they are fully charged, which further compounds the waiting problem. This lack of charging etiquette can be frustrating and adds to the overall delays at the station. 5. **No Alternative Fast Charging Nearby**: For Tesla owners, there are limited fast-charging alternatives on this side of Oahu. This can make it difficult to plan around the long waits at Pearlridge, leaving some drivers with no choice but to wait it out. **Overall Impression**: The Tesla Supercharger at Pearlridge Center is a convenient but often overcrowded charging spot for EV owners. The combination of high demand, limited stalls, and poor charging etiquette among some users can result in long wait times, making it less reliable for a quick top-up. Tesla drivers may want to plan their charging stops carefully or seek alternative charging locations during peak periods to avoid these issues.
