Inside the terminal there are enough food and drink options to grab a snack, relax for a bit, or enjoy the obligatory pre-flight cocktail before boarding. Seating areas are comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels much less chaotic than many major hubs. TSA has consistently been friendly during our trips, and security lines move surprisingly fast, which definitely helps take some of the stress out of traveling. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly because the airport is showing its age in certain areas and the ongoing construction can make parts of the experience feel a little less polished right now. That said, the convenience factor is hard to beat. For travelers in the Omaha area, this is one of those airports that simply gets the job done without turning travel day into a headache. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV.
