Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. If you ask them to go up and listen for the barking dog, they do not go and treat you as though you are the complainer and must just hate dogs. They take the side of the nuisance dog owner every time over the person who is not having a good quality of life in their apartment complex due to the dog barking. There are supposed to be quiet hours, but if a dog is barking before or after those hours and is a nuisance, management does absolutely nothing. They do not enforce the nuisance clause at all.
