FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG! We called a few places on Wednesday and Tetris had great pricing, but they were also very pleasant on the phone and very nice and forthcoming with information. One place we called wouldn't even give us an idea of price without coming out to our house. So we made an appointment for the next afternoon. DJ Keegan called us half an hour ahead of time and said that he finished his last appointment early and could come by if we were ready, but he wasn't pushy and said he did not mind grabbing a bite to eat if we were not ok with him coming early. We agreed and he showed up five minutes later. From the moment he arrived we were incredibly happy with his friendliness and professionalism. Our two year old wanted to watch him soooo bad, and DJ even talked to him and engaged with him. It is clear that he has children of his own. He did an amazing job on our carpet, and it looks brand new. But as he was finishing up something incredible happened. My wife and I had to leave early because she is pregnant and had a bit of a pregnancy scare. She is fine, but we had to rush to the doctor. So my mother-in-law stayed behind to pay him when he finished. She explained to him why we had to leave and he immediately picked up his phone and called his wife so that they could pray for our family. This might mean nothing to you, but to me it is something unique and amazing! We are so incredibly thankful to be able to do business with DJ's company and we will always recommend Tetris to anyone and everyone who needs their carpets cleaned! Thank you so much DJ! This is a late, but well deserved 5 star review for DJ and Tetris. He did a fantastic job on our house in October, the carpets of which were trashed from 2 kids and 3 adopted grown pound puppies who haven't yet figured out the difference between outside and inside apparently. The dogs, not the kids, they learned pretty quickly. DJ was super courteous and acted like everyone's carpets looked like ours as he illuminated numerous crime scenes in every room with his ultrabright UV flashlight, much to our horror. After quickly deciding not to immediately move, we stepped aside and let DJ do his thing. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing along the way. Though he usually brings enough cleaning solution for a Costco sized house, it still wasn't enough to erase all of the misdeeds of a particularly ornery chihuahua who maybe should have been left at the pound. But he's soft, likes to sit in your lap and loves the ladies so he stayed around. But that's another story. DJ actually left to go get more solution and finished the job completely and the right way, rather than do what I am sure 99% of other cleaners would do and say they were done and here's your bill. For that we were grateful, and needless to say everything smelled and looked 100% better in the house. We were even thinking the ill-tempered chihuahua appreciated the result, until he was caught decorating a box that wasn't there before. We're looking forward to the next cleaning... read more

I was visiting my son in Cedar Park, Texas and we were getting his house ready to be put up on the market to be sold. I called Tetris Cleaning to come out to clean his carpets. He had two dogs and the carpets were quite dirty. I was quite impressed! They had special equipment that was used that I've never seen used before for deep cleaning! The person cleaning the carpet shared they are one of the few companies that use this equipment as it so expensive but it does an amazing jobs for cleaning carpets like a job like this. I was truly shocked that the carpet came cleaned!!! He was right!!! This machine in addition to the prep work and regular steam cleaning did the job! He was there on site for 3 hours. DJ is the epitome of a professional. From the moment we spoke on the phone to the time the job was finished DJ was able to answer all of my questions and to give me an exact idea of what to expect. He arrived exactly when he said that he would, and he finished up right on time. The service is stellar. The amount of stuff that will be extracted from the carpet will shock you, and it will make you realize that you would never be able to get all of that out with your home vacuum. If you are at all heath conscience then you need to have this service. You will not only see the difference, but you will also feel it with your toes. A small part of me died each time someone would spill something or an animal would have an accident, but knowing now that this service exists makes me feel better when it happens. The price is unbeatable. The only other qualitatively better alternative is to completely refinish the floors, which is way more expensive that having Tetris come in and clean it up. To be brief, I would happily refer anyone to this company for floor cleaning needs. After asking neighbors for referrals and contacting three companies for quotes and availability, my husband and I chose to work with DJ at Tetris. He answered my call immediately, provided detailed info about his services and fees, and he offered to fit me into his schedule on the day and time frame I requested with just a few days notice! Our house is primarily tile and carpet, and after 10 years, it was in desperate need of a deep clean. The grout went from dingy and gray to pristine and cream again. The carpeting is back to its original color, and you'd never know we have three dogs who have occasionally had accidents inside the house. The flooring looks nearly brand new, and it smells amazing! DJ was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and overall, a nice guy. We always prefer to find local business to work with, and we are so happy with this decision. Had a rug and upholstered chair cleaned. I literally called 15 different places for quotes and decided on Tetris because they had the best price and seemed the most knowledgable. I have a background in textiles and decided DJ (the owner and operator) knew his stuff. Anyway, he showed up on time and was very friendly and not a creeper. He cleaned both my rug and chair and explained to me why some of the stains didn't come out because the previous owners did permanant damage to them by bleaching them to try to clean out the stains...then he said they didn't clean up as well as he would have liked them to, so he said he wouldn't charger for them! Mind you, they look soooo much better than they did but he would not let me pay him and even gave me a free bottle of cleaner to spot clean! He told me he wouldn't charge if I wasn't happy with the results before he started and he meant it...except that I was actually happy. Lol! Will recommend him to everyone! BEST CARPET CLEANING EVER!!! This was the first time I used Tetris (I found them with a Google search) and after seeing what a superb job they did, I can't imagine using another company ever again. The owner, DJ Keegan, quoted me a very fair price via email and showed up exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. DJ, a most personable and friendly man, suggested some good tips for preserving my carpet, gave me a free bottle of touch-up cleaner, and then proceeded to carefully and methodically vacuum and power-clean every square foot of my upstairs and downstairs carpets better than I've ever had them cleaned before. As he was leaving, he told me several times that if I had any questions to call or email him anytime, and I promised I'd call HIM the next time I was ready for a cleaning. I needed carpet repair in 2 areas leading into my master bathroom, and DJ and his assistant Stetson were more than capable of fixing it for a great price, on schedule, and with a friendly demeanor. DJ took the extra time to explain the type of repair he'd recommend, both an easy fix (stretching) and then a more permanent fix (patch repair). He was extremely thorough and took the extra time to make sure the patch job looked perfect before he was satisfied. He truly did a great job. And did I mention the price? I had Tetris come out to my home again because I knew how much love DJ would put into getting my carpets looking fresh and clean to put it up on the market. It's been two years since they came out and I have 350lbs worth of dogs and had a few people live with me so my carpets were in pretty rough shape especially when we were potty training. They not only smell fresh and clean but they look beautiful compared to what they looked like before. He said he would do everything he could and he absolutely did. This company is on the ball with communication and did a great job on our carpets!! I would highly recommend them, and will be referring our management company to use their services. DJ was very polite and thorough in his explanation of services, and I received text messages two days before as a reminder, the morning of when they were on their way, and once the job was complete. They apparently also have an app you can download to see all the details of your job, book appointments and see them on a map when they are traveling to you! They worked quickly, but did a really good job, even got out some red ink stains from the previous residents (which previous carpet cleaners had not been able to get out). I called 3 carpet service companies. DJ was the only one who scheduled a same day appointment to give me a full quote. The other 2 gave me verbal estimates subject to change. DJ was the lowest price but because of his willingness to come meet me personally I would have been inclined to chose him anyway. I scheduled the work with DJ. He called first before coming, was very prompt, very professional, friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with his work. Just had all of my room carpets cleaned by Tetris and they did an AMAZING job!!! They were super professional, very thorough, conscientious of our home (put protective guards around the corners of our walls where the hoses were coming through) and delightful to work with. I usually try to be very frugal and use Group Ons or coupons but never had a company achieve these results. I will never again use anyone else. I plan on always having them clean our carpets and am going to use them in the future for my grout too. It is so great when you can find a company with superior customer service and character. Tetris cleaning service is the best in town! I have had my carpets and upholstery cleaned multiple times, and they look brand new every time. They are always on time for the appointment, and they go above and beyond to get stains and normal wear and tear to disappear! The owner DJ is extremely friendly, trustworthy, and professional. We called DJ to come out to clean our carpets after the addition of a new puppy to our family. After we got through the initial stages of house training the puppy, our carpets definitely needed to be cleaned. Our carpets are older (about 14 years) and original to the house, and we had never had them cleaned, thinking that not much could be done for them. We should have called DJ a long time ago. Outstanding Service! DJ and his team came out to clean up a mess that the previous company we hired had left. They re-cleaned the tile and grout with such attention to detail, and then sealed it. it is gorgeous!
