My wife and I frequent Brazilian steakhouses they are our favorite. This was the first Texas De Brazil the we have been to. I took my wife for Mother's Day. Fogo and our local are our regular spots. I was very disappointed in the service we wait an hour(on green) and had only been offered two cuts. We had to specifically request them to bring cuts from the menu. We are medium rare steak eaters and that is what they said was their normal temperature many cuts were way over cooked and tough. I had no idea that my own personal paradise has been sitting here waiting for me all of this time. It is truly a meat lovers paradise. I suppose the veggie lovers will be happy too, since they have a 50 item salad bar! As soon as I walked in and saw the meat racks in the back and the heroic soldiers of meat walking around cutting delciousness on to peoples plates....I knew I was home. So once you get seated you have the option to go up and start on the salad bar. I highly recommend against this. I know that sounds crazy, but this is an all you can eat meat lovers paradise. They come by with fresh steaks like sirloin and fillet mignon. You have a little disk on your table to help bring you food. If its flipped to green, they will keep coming to your table asking if you want more meat. If its turned to red, your on a meat break and they wont ask you. They also serve delicious garlic mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and cheese bread. I can't emphasize enough how much I loved eating at this restaurant. The one thing I need to warn you of is the price. It is very high. My wife and I paid about 120 bucks after all was said and done. So this is more of a rare treat kind of place. read more

I'm a fan of Brazil style BBQ, been to many varieties or copycat of Texas de Brazil, all have their own uniqueness and styles. I love the endless meats... oh yeah, they have salad bar too... Made reservation few weeks in advance for my nephew's birthday. We got there at 5pm, checked in and got seated. The waiter came, got our water, I had him explain how the system works to my nephew and niece, off we went. The salad bar was crowded, the lines were moving very slow and all I wanted to do was to check to see if they have my favorite or not... after spending 10 minutes up here, I found it!!! Basically it's salsa (or in this case, they call it in-house dressing), but I also grabbed some chimichurri. Personally, I would skip the salad bar... Back at the table, meats came out slow, we waited about 5 minutes before first visit, then another 10 minutes before we were hit with different options all at once - we grabbed what we wanted, then it was long drought for about 20 minutes. The waiter came by and asked if we needed anything and I said, yeah we need more meat!! lol... he asked what we wanted and we told him... then about 5 minutes later, what we asked for came. They need to work on the logistics in how the servers go around the tables with the meat selections. This place is huge and when we got there, it was full. On our side of the room, the the servers didn't really come around and some times, they would skip you and go to another table and never return. They should group the servers into zones, so they only serve those areas, this will allow all customers to have access to different meat selections and ensure that the customers are taken care of. Even when we asked the waiter for specific kind of meat, it took some time before they came by. Other joints I've been had better system, enabling you to endless supply of meat selections on a regular basis without the need to ask. Also, this place only has bottled beers, I guess it's better then not having them, but I was bit surprised that they did not serve beers on tap. read more

This is the second of two Brazilian Steakhouse I've been to. The first, being Rioz, in Myrtle Beach-who've set the bar very high. We had a table of four, two of us had been to Rioz. The other two have not. If you've not been to a Brazilian Steakhouse, you're in for a treat as Texas de Brazil does not disappoint. They have an extensive salad bar, with some great soup and premium offerings. I highly recommend the Lobster bisque. It was SO good. Our table went back for seconds and some, even thirds! As far as the meat portion of the meal, as in other Brazilian Steakhouses, they bring skewers of various types and cuts of meat . They have a great selection of beef (filet, bacon wrapped filet, flank sirloin and garlic sirloin) all medium rare; and all were delicious! They also had bacon wrapped chicken, lamb chops, ribs, pork and sausage. So much food.... oh yeah and they also bring unlimited garlic mashed potatoes...some of the best I've ever had....I would say the food was on par with what I've had at Rioz. Our server (I feel like a putz as I can't remember her name) was AWESOME! We didn't lack for anything. She was prompt in refilling our drinks, kept the sides coming and kept asking us what to bring next. She was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. I will definitely be back. My only knock on Texas de Brazil would be the cost. At $44, you get your money's worth, but it's a bit pricier than Rioz, for essentially the same meal. read more

Came here for a holiday party and I was worried about them being able to accommodate a large party but it worked out well! Lacey was an absolute excellent waitress, she has a great personality and really knows how to work under pressure. I was very impressed with her. She wasn't snobby but fun and personable! Really loved her. The picanha was what I was most excited for. Unfortunately that night, it was not on par to what I was used to. Their seasoning isn't consistent and it's very unfortunate. Meats were either extremely salty or bland. Flank steak, however, was amazingly seasoned, flavors popped right away. It was very tender. The pork had a gamey flavor and the chicken was extremely dried out. The ribs were also very gummy. The lamb was unevenly seasoned and not pleasant to eat. Everyone was happy with their cocktails, I really recommend the mojito. I can't recall the exact name but it came in a huge glass, beautiful orange color and tasted perfect. Garlic mashed potatoes were perfect with every bite of steak. I seriously cannot believe how amazing they taste! I am still drooling at the thought of them as I write this. For dessert, we got the key lime pie which I was not a huge fan of. It was a little dense for my taste but had a great lime flavor. At the cost, I would not come again unless it was a company outing of some sort. I do not feel like it is worth the money if you are looking for a special place to have a romantic dinner. This place over the years has consistency issues. I've had problems with hostesses refusing to sit our family even though we had a reservation (too many kids) or servers skipping our table. They've made mistakes with our bill. However, the most recent visit during Thanksgiving 2017 was great. Seemed like they had new management and our waitress was very attentive. Turkey was dried but we went for the steak. The crime brulee was torched wrong and they ended up warming the dessert. The Picahna server cut the slices too thickly. Well I have mixed reviews this time, while attempting to place a reservation onmine it said that there was no available tables,however we decided to go there anyway and fortunately there were plenty of tables available. I understand in post covid there may be some challenges with staffing etc but it seems that they had plenty of staff available. The food choices were extremely limited and every items was well over cooked, the salad bar did have less choices as well as no vinegar , there was 5 different choices of Oil however. Upon every visit I have had at a Texas De Brazil, the staff would ask how we liked the meat prepared Medium , well etc or if we had any specific choices of meat. That unfortunately did not happen during this visit, we asked for Filet and Beef ribs, both of these came over to our table 1 time, the Filet was a chewy piece of raw hide and the beef ribs while falling off the bone were tough, dry and tasted old. We never saw Beef Ribs or Filet again during our visit. Our waitress tried her best, but once again the restaurant failed to live up to it's standards, our drink order was taken and the waitress came back 3 times asking if we wanted a substitute, they had no Iced TeA, no Titos, no Sky,No Belvedere, so our Vodka and Tonic choices became very very limited. At one point in time covering a span of 30 minutes no one came over to us to offer any meats. Once again our waitress came over and asked how things were to which I advised of no service for an extended amount of time, she immediately went to the manager and within 5 minutes 2 servers came over, still without the Filet or beef ribs. We settled on just getting desert, which almost did not happen as well because we were advised they may only have decaffeinated coffee, somehow our waitress was able to provide us with coffee. So all in all, a fairly poor experience from a company which always prides itself with exceptional experiences. For $310.00 plus a $65 tip this was a far cry from a decent meal. Forget the Stop/Go chip, better used as a drink coaster....it meant nothing. Left there after 3 hours and had to stop at McDonald's, was starving. Terrible Experience. Went to a Brazilian steak house on a couple of cruises so was excited to find this was close to home and had to check it out. I can say it can't compare to the cruise steakhouse. The cold foods were cold but the mash potatoes and fried banana was cold .. asked for hot potatoes and they came out cold again. Asked for a hot specialty coffee and got it as ice coffee the first time and then the " hot"'one still came back cold. They tried but not what it was supposed to be. They did take it off our check. If potatoes and coffees were hot would give more stars for a rating. No crackers or breads on the salad bar to go with the meats and cheeses. The lobster bisque wasn't hot and tasted more of a tomato base and hardly any lobster taste. The servers were accommodating and a manager roamed the dinning room to keep eye on things. We went to dinner here last night. Although we walked in to eat while shopping at the mall, reservations appreciated here during busy times and masks are required to be seated. The cost is 45 bucks per person, not sure if kids are a lower cost. The value of food is well worth the 45 dollars per person. Plenty of meat brought to your table as you turn the token from red to green. The token sits in the table and informs the waiters when you're ready for more. These guys bring large skewers of meat from chicken to lamb. You can eat everything and give each slab a whirl or choose what you like. Salad bar is included in the price while drinks and desert are added cost. We had wine and scotch (Talisker 10) as our drinks. No desert. The staff is kind and attentive. Our servers were foreign and challenging to understand, especially under the wuflu masks. Overall, excellent food and drink; excellent service. Establishment very clean. read more

Wow, wow, wow. This is a place we have always wanted to try, but just never did. Well, tonight we said lets do it and now we regret waiting this long to try it. First, love they take reservations on open table. Why more places in this area do not do this, is crazy to me. The service was outstanding. We had Logan as our sever and he was wonderful. Wasn't too impressed with their salad/cold food offerings or their hot food selections- except for the lobster bisque soup and salami and manchego cheese. The main star is their meats- specifically the red meats and sausage. Love the house sirloin and flank steak. Make sure to get the chimichurri sauce and spread the love on the meats. Take a pass on any chicken or pork as they are dry. The caipirinha's are great. read more

I hadn't heard of Texas de Brazil before it opened its doors here. Having had the full Brazilian steakhouse experience in other parts of the world, I was looking forward to a similar experience here, especially since we were treating the family to something new. We made reservations for 10 guests at 4:15PM - it was indeed an early dinner. However, by the time everyone had arrived and the concept / process was explained to the Brazilian BBQ newbies, it was nearly 4:45PM. And so we began. Our waiter, Eduardo, was quite patient with our needs and requests, but there were a few times we caught him cleaning up after another server's mess, in which we found our water and drink glasses empty. We kept having to request certain meat cutters to return to our table; it seemed like the "go / stop" card process was being ignored. Overall, the service was decent - four stars at best. Some of the meats met my expectations of quality. The parmesan-encrusted pork and bacon-wrapped chicken were far too dry for my taste - nearly overcooked. But the picanhe, filet mignon, bacon-wrapped filet, garlic roasted top sirloin, lamb chops, and leg of lamb were cooked to my expectations (medium rare). I'm glad I ordered beer instead of just sipping water throughout the meal, though - it helped to cut through the saltiness of the picanhe. One of the beef cuts we had didn't have enough flavor - I think it was the flank steak that came out quite plain compared to the other meats (but perhaps my tongue was accustomed to something saltier at this point). I had a chance to visit the buffet bar for some pineapple carpaccio and greens to offset my meat intake. There wasn't anything groundbreaking at the station - some salad greens, olives, chilled seafood, and cheeses to select from, along with soups and chowders, should that tickle your fancy. Then came the desserts (after a 1.5 hour gorging session). We ordered a coffee and cappuccino to cut through the sweet, along with a flight of Godiva liqueur to sweeten everyone's palates before dessert was served. I then ordered the creme brulee and the bf ordered the chocolate mousse cake. The creme brulee could have come hot and been a tad sweeter, while the mousse cake could have been fluffier and less dense. There was a caramel cheesecake someone had ordered that was rather tasty, and a carrot cake that I heard was pretty flavorful. For the price, I'm not certain I'll be back ($50 a person before drinks, dessert, tax and tip), but it was a good experience to share with the family. read more

Service is always fast and friendly. The salad bar alone could fill you. All kinds of veggies, deli meats, cheeses, dressings, anything you'd want in a salad and more. I tend to stay away...while the salad bar is great, I'm here for MEAT. Standard sides of mashed potatoes, grilled plantains and cheese biscuits are served. All are very tasty. Then the meats come around. Oh, the meats... Servers come around every couple minutes with different grilled meats on spickets. You tell them what your preferred doneness of that meat is if you want it, and they freshly cut it off for you. They use a little card system. If you want servers to come around, green side. If you're all set or taking a little rest between plates, red side. There are tons of different meats to choose from. Different cuts/flavors of beef, pork, lamb and chicken, even sausages. Some are bacon wrapped, some seasoned, some marinated...all delicious. My favorite cuts are usually bacon wrapped beef tenderloin, filet mignon, and lamb chops. This was my first time here but it's similar to a place back in CA. Service was excellent & we didn't have to wait very long since we had a reservation. I was so excited to try this place but once I seen what was offered at the salad bar, I wasn't impressed. Thank goodness they bring you fresh bread and mashed potatoes to your table. The only meat I cared about was the filet mignon. If you like your meat medium rare, then you'll love this place. We went to this restaurant with a party of ten in celebration of a birthday. Only two of which had already been there. Now I'm not a big steak fan so I didn't know what to expect. Let's just say that everything was delicious! They came around with the meat plenty of times! Even just the salad bar is great, plenty of choices. I don't even know how I made room for dessert because I was so full but the cheesecake is phenomenal! I had to share it with everyone because it was so delicious.
